Fantastic experience: I suffered for several years from numerous traumas. Rachel has helped me the past two months, 3x a week. I was finally able to significantly reduce pain meds and have restful sleep. Although I still I have a way to go, both Rich and Rachel are fantastic in setting you straight with a plan to live your best life.

Fantastic experience: I severely pulled a groin muscle playing tennis. Richard Balch began treatment for it for 3 weeks. I needed further treatment but I had a prearranged trip that would last for 6 weeks in Florida. Richard said I should seek out a PT there. He provided me with a copy of the complete notes for all of the treatment he had provided. He also gave me advice as to how to select a therapist. The PT I went to in Florida was very impressed by his notes. I can tell you that the level of care that Richard provided was outstanding vs. the care I received in Florida. He is a "hands on" PT vs. a PT who just puts you on various machines or has you do exercises without any physical involvement on the part of the therapist. I also want to report that this was the third experience I had with Richard. The previous two were rehab for knee injuries. Both of those experiences were equally impressive. You should also know that his staff, Anna and Ruth Anne were delightful to work with to accommodate my schedule.

Fantastic experience: I sought out services at this facility to rehabilitate a surgically repaired knee. I completed approximately 16 physical therapy session. I offer this information to substantiate that I had a large sample of treatment experiences with the front office staff, physical therapists and aides. Everyone was attentive, professional and responsive to my needs. I was very happy with my rehab experience and would not hesitate to refer friends and family to this facility.

Fantastic experience: Went to Orthopedic Care following left knee replacement surgery. Rich Balch and the team took genuine interest in my case and worked hard to make me whole. Enjoyed sessions as I felt assured that I was doing the right things to make great progress. Was playing golf gently by month 4 and in full swing in the 6th month, often walking 18 holes. Rich Balch is a skilled technician and a caring therapist. Always felt that I could trust his counsel. I had spoken with Rich in advance of surgery to understand expectations and I received excellent advice with respect to doctors, therapy and recovery. I am one grateful patient. Various members of my family have called on Orthopedic Care therapy as needed over the years and always the results have been excellent. I can highly recommend Orthopedic Care Physical Therapy. Fantastic experience: My husband and I would say this place is a GOD SEND!!!! Before we came here we had experiences with 4 other orthopedic care facilities . Not one of them could compare to this one. The level of knowledge , care and compassion from staff is second to none. My husbands journey will be a long one but I have such confidence in this facility that i know we made the best choice.We come here three times a week and it's always clean calm friendly and professional .I know he is getting the care that he needs. Working in the medical profession I have seen a few facilities and I would recommend this to every person I know. Which I have!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 2 opportunities to work with Rich and his wonderful staff. Most recently, after a long illness and extended hospital stay, I had several vertebral fractures and was extremely decondtioned. Fantastic experience: I can not say enough positive things about Orthopedic Care and their staff. I have been seeing Rich Balch since 1997 for my various physical therapy needs over the years. My level of confidence in Rich is extremely high. He explains everything and answers any and all of my questions thoroughly. The therapists, therapy assistants, and office staff are all caring and engaged in your progress. I am currently seeing Rich and I have had the opportunity to also work with Pam and Rachel. I can honestly recommend all the therapists there. Orthopedic Care always gets me back to my active self!

The staff is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
