Negative experience: Front desk woman is so rude and condescending. She has no manners and has a terrible attitude. Not coming back here.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly place the staff are funny and kind especially the PT is very understanding and kind only down side is that its a smell space and office so when its busy it will be a little hard to excises and continue your PT but would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Great therapist

Negative experience: When you go to a doctor you expect good customer service. That is not the case in this office, do not expect to be treated like a human being. I can't say much for the doctor but I can say that the receptionist had a bad attitude in a nasty way of dealing with people. I was told to come for an appointment at 3 PM and when I got there the receptionist claimed that she told me to be there at a different time when I told her I was not told to come in at 11 that I was actually told to come in at three she claimed that nobody would say such a thing and that I was mistaken and I am making up stories. it's one thing to claim that you have made a mistake, but it's a problem when you accuse the client of being a liar. Do not recommend this place to anybody since I left this place I found a much better physical therapy office to go to. Completely recommend the office at 811 Clifton Ave. the staff the doctors and everyone there are very helpful.
