Fantastic experience: So grateful to have found the awesome folks at Maywood Physical Therapy. They are professional, courteous, supportive and encouraging in helping and guiding you through the rehab from an injury. They are thorough, listen and answer questions so you can understand. The staff helped me with a knee injury a year ago and when I recently broke my wrist and had surgery, I immediately returned when I was cleared for therapy. I have always felt like they treated me as an individual case and not just someone on an assembly line. I have regained most of my mobility and strength in my wrist and couldn’t have achieved this on my own. I am especially grateful to Dr. Ian Thomson for his upbeat attitude, answering all my questions and explaining in depth the work we were doing. He was always willing to be creative in finding ways and exercises for my needs. He is the best!!! I highly recommend Maywood Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I love Maywood Physical Therapy! I had hand surgery in January and first went to a hand occupational therapist for 12 visits but was told Medicare/my insurance would not pay for anyone visits. I called my insurance company and was told I was able to take plenty more visits. I started to go to Maywood because I really felt I needed more therapy. My therapist was Janki and she was great….she really worked on my hand and I felt so much better! I finished my last visit yesterday but would not say this is the last time they will see!

Initial some visits i had some concerns but from Management Patel called me and understood my concerns and rectified it quickly. Environment is really good and friendly PTs and Docs. Fantastic experience: Maywood PT is one the warmest places with such a professional team of therapist and chiropractors. The place is always energized with chit-chat with patients, talks among the team and best part is the big TV with seasonal stuff on ( horror, sci-fi, cartoons - may be as per mood of the team) lol Front desk is absolutely easy to get to for appointments, or rescheduling or anything else. I would recommend anyone (of course in need) to meet this great bunch of therapists. Kudos to you guys!

Fantastic experience: Every single one of these guys is great. From the assistants to the therapists, I have received consistently excellent care. I've worked primarily with Alan and Ian, and periodically with Jeremi (sp?) and Dr. Ramani. The exercises are challenging (especially Ian's), but I'm 6 months post spinal surgery and I feel amazing. The best PT I've ever received and I've been around the PT block a few times. I 100% recommend, and also, I'll miss these guys. Even Ian, with his insanely intricate exercises.

Fantastic experience: I have a love/hate relationship with physical therapy. I used to go to another place but I wanted someplace closer when I got off the bus or train from working in NYC. I Found Maywood Physical Therapy back in March of 2017 and I am so happy that I picked this spot. I had bursitis of the left hip. I tell you, these hips…they affect everything especially your lower back. I feel so much better now and I’m back to my workout regimen. is so much better. I now have neck/trap issues and this became a problem due to all this WFH during COVID; now, I’m being treated for this. I have no idea how long I will be at Maywood Physical Therapy. At this point, I think I will be here forever or at least until I move out of the area-lol. You can’t go wrong with anyone on the staff. They are all amazing since each one brings something different to the mix. I encourage you to try Maywood PT out and I guarantee that you will be happy. His commitment to not only helping you with your healing process, but also informing you on how and why the current injury may have occurred and how we can go about correcting the problem, as well as building strength and protection to avoid any further instances from taking place, was bar none. Highly adaptive and responsive to your questions and needs, you’re not going to find a better up and coming Doctor in the field. Communication is key in every relationship, and Dr. Thomson is capable of listening to your explanations, and relaying his response in a manner to help you understand his view points and opinions. Fantastic experience: Great staff, encouraging and friendly environment. I miss those guys! I had ACL reconstruction surgery in 2016. I struggled for years to get back to normalcy. I am active and always on the go. The pain was daily agony on simple tasks like going up and down steps. After every workout session, recovery was a week along ordeal, at minimum. I thought my days of competitive sports were over and was willing to settle for regular pain management. But these guys brought me back. They were patient and knowledgeable. Always asking questions to help you and adjust the routines. I’m back to great condition and feel myself getting stronger every day. I will continue to practice the things they taught me. Fantastic experience: I came to Maywood physical therapy back in February to March. I was In sever lower back pain from lifting a marble table. They help me by provide me with stretching exercise and by strengthening my lower back. The chiropractor Dr. Ramani was extremely helpful in relieving my pain and discomfort. He provide varied types of exercise which help me heal my lower right back pain. The PTs Allan, Baron ,Cliff and the staff at the Maywood location are extremely knowledgeable and so kind. I am happy I was treated by such caring and kindly staff. I highly recommend this practice.

I started going to Maywood PT to treat diastasis recti that developed during my pregnancy. I had been told that I would not be able to recover without surgery and that was not an option for me. I was feeling frustrated and sad that I would never be able to regain my strength in my core and alleviate the pain in my back. Fantastic experience: I love Maywood Physical Therapy & Rehab Center. My friend, Linda recommended it when I was looking for a new chiropractor. They are a "one stop shopping" center, covering all aspects including chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy and massage. I had some severe neck pain with numbness shooting down my arms when I slept. I've had this issue on and off for about 10 years. Until now, no one has been able to "fix it". After only a few sessions, I was feeling SO much better. I think maybe for the first time, this Center will be able to alleviate my pain permanently. All of the therapists are wonderful. It's a very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend them.
