ATI Physical Therapy - Peoria

Positive experience: Staff is caring and pleasant. It would be nice to have some hands -on care from the PT at each visit in addition to working with the assistants.It would also be helpful to have a place to put my purse during therapy.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were cared for by the professional therapy team here at ATI-PEORIA. I completed my therapy about six week ago and when my wife needed therapy we did not hesitate to start her treatment here. The staff is very caring and professional in their work with patients. My only suggestion would be to not schedule appointments on Christmas Eve.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very cordial and professional. They seem attentive to the patient's concerns and in exploring options and therapies to eventually alleviate pain and, hopefully, allow said patient to return to the workforce as soon as is practical.

Fantastic experience: Stays on top of my therapy and asks questions about my outcome after therapy. Make it easy to put your trust in their hands. Seem very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd time in 5 years doing PT. I’ve only had 3 appointments so far and it has been good. My therapist Ryan, is very pleasant and encouraging. I feel confident that he will cure my shoulder pains.

Fantastic experience: So I sought out a specific Physical Therapist who had assisted with my shoulder recovery 12yrs ago. Come to find out now that he only works part time. Good for you sir... so moving forward, the group who now run the place have been nothing less than fantastic!!! I am very happy that I chose ATI over who the hospital had selected for me especially after experiencing a run around and incompetent staff my wife had been working with (Banner). The group at ATI are genuinely caring, they listen and modify your exercises if necessary. They give undivided attention to the individual who they are working with. I look forward to my next visit and continuing PT. Much respect and appreciation to the group.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with any PT provider and all of my appointments have been great! The staff knows my name and acknowledges me when I arrive. I can transition through all parts of my therapy with the guidance of all the staff. All staff make sure the patients are safe and not waiting for a specific PT or PT tech to guide them through the next exercise. My PT carefully assessed my condition and set up a course of therapy. Her recommended exercises and muscle manipulation have already given me relief from my pain and numbness.

Fantastic experience: 2018, I had a TIA, and ATI was where I was referred to. They treated me for desensitization on my R- leg. Now, in 2023, I'm here for a degenerating tendon on my R-foot. Some days are tough, but the staff is amazing. They are knowledgeable. kind and are like family! On my worst days They work around me and still make sure I'm receiving adequate therapy. You spend enough time to see how they work with other patients to know that no matter what part of the body that needs tending to, they definitely know their stuff. I highly recommend them. Like cheers, all the staff greets you by your name upon entry that makes your visit very personal.Thank you, Chelsea, Felix, Taylor and Dustin for all your committed hard and dedicated work on making sure that im receiving excellent care and above all that I'm healing to be back at my self.

He is thorough and works hard to ensure that he’s treating the right condition the right way. I highly recommend him! Fantastic experience: ATI is thee best physical therapy group I have experienced. I have been using them first in Charleston S.C. for Siatic pain and strength training since 2020 for 4 fusion back surgery. Moved to Arizona early 2022 had surgery in June. Went to another PT group had no growth so came back to ATI in Peoria. So so happy I did. Felix and his group have me back on track and I feel at home. Looking forward to finishing my work and getting ready too walk without assistance. I highly recommend ATI for all your therapy needs!

I don't know their system, but it's loud and clear it's a team-work system. They seem to get along well which makes them an even stronger team. And these are the kind of folks I want tending to me! They are always on top of the patient's next treatment and all participate when they can. Again, outstanding team-work. I do appreciate that they ask every single time, if the can charge my card. Overall, I'm impressed with their team-work.

My primary therapist (Karlee) has worked miracles on my neck, shoulders and back. She has also provided me with some exercises to ensure there is no repeat of my current condition. Fantastic experience: My husband has Parkinson’s Disease and has received a great deal of PT due to falls and balance issues. Until we began at ATI, I saw little change after many sessions. The sessions he is having at ATI have truly been a miracle. Not only is he doing things I never thought he could do but it is carrying over to home. The facility is spotless, the staff is encouraging and my husband looks forward to going.

Negative experience: Phil helped me think outside the box and for that I'm grateful........ was it worth $1200+? Nope. 2 patients at a time, 30-40 minutes "exercising" on my own. I don't blame the "therapists", it's the structure of ATI. If you need a massage, go to a masuess; need exercise, find a nice gym. Anywhere. Just go anywhere else!
