Fantastic experience: Following a recent work accident, I was referred to physical therapy. My case was assigned to Jake, a specialist in vestibular injuries, among other areas. Regrettably, two weeks into my therapy, Jake relocated to Athletico, a facility situated several miles from the original location. Despite this setback, I was deeply impressed by the care I received and promptly arranged to follow him. My commitment to my physical well-being outweighed the inconvenience of the commute. Jake and the entire team at Athletico demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and accommodating nature. Their dedication to recovery was evident in their approach. Furthermore, they exhibited genuine respect and kindness, which contributed to my positive experience. Since returning to work, I am profoundly grateful for Jake, the Athletico team, and my successful recovery.

Fantastic experience: Athletico on Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria, Arizona is amazing. Nicole is very pleasant and Jake my PT guy is awesome! He listens to me and is very caring. My neck and back pain stopped and so did the tingling of my arms, hands, fingers. I have not had a headache in three weeks since going. I completely recommend this Athletico for physical therapy!! The suite is clean, the equipment is always santitzed and clean. Love this place!!!

Fantastic experience: Roger is awesome! He helped my mom recover from a big stroke. She could barely lift her head and could not sit up on her own when we first went to see him. Now she is walking with a cane, swimming on her own and still making improvements. Roger is very kind and patient and finds ways to motivate her, she’s a tough patient. He always finds new ways to challenge her physically and mentally. It’s never the same. If I had a ton of money I would Hire him full time!

Fantastic experience: My experience with the staff was great. Tore my Achilles back in February and after surgery and PT twice a week, 6 months later I was cleared (eat my shorts Aaron Rodgers) Diego was my PT and with the touch of his hands I was healed in no time. Great program week after week. Diego, Sarah and Kaylee pushed me to get stronger and challenged me with a variety of new workouts. Roger is typically who you will see first. Great guy, very knowledgeable but with only one flaw. He is a Bills fan. Ricky challenged me one day in Diego’s absence and boy was that one of the most intense sessions I had. Soft spoken guy but he wants to inflict pain onto you….in a good way. I would recommend this location to anyone. Was great and they feel like family as time passes. Go Chiefs!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever attended! The staff from top to bottom are all competent and welcoming. They keep you busy the entire therapeutic hour and mix up the therapies. As a result, my recovery is well ahead of schedule. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: I came in to Athletico in June for some tendinitis and a partial tear in my patellar tendon that stopped me from playing baseball. Not only is the facility very nice and clean, but Roger and Ricky both go above and beyond to help you heal. They are both very knowledgeable and are definitely looking out for the patient. They do cupping, dry needling and have a wide variety of exercises to help strengthen the injury. I am very happy I went to this location as they helped me fully heal in under two months. I would recommend Athletico to anyone looking to recover from an injury young or old. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Amazing people doing great things at this location. I was unable to walk for multiple months and had back surgery to get things corrected. I’ve seen mass improvements after going to see Mike and staff. Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and attentive staff. They do a great job of managing to my comfort/pain levels but push me hard enough for recovery. I'm ahead of the recovery curve and appreciate the support I've received. They're great at updating my in-office and home work outs as I've progressed through recovery.

Fantastic experience: If you want to go to physical therapy facility and Achieve positive results, Athletico Physical Therapy on North Lake Pleasant is the place to go. I am a pickleball player and overdid it. I couldn't reach up to put away a high pickleball coming my way. I couldn't reach up and comb the back of my hair. I could not scratch my back. After 1 month, going 2x a wk working with Ricky and Roger, I am back on the pickleball courts and able to wash my hair, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about the awesome staff. I had so much siatica pain when I started therapy I could barely walk. Now I'm able to walk several miles. They are very hands on. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Peoria Athletico is better than going to Tuesday, no place I rather be. All the therapists are amazeballs and you will not better service any where else, not to mention Others will be jealous of the Tom Selleck stache! Go to Peoria Athletico for great therapy and great staff.

Fantastic experience: The Athletico PT Peoria was a great experience for me. All the staff is great, the PT, PTA and PT tech are all great as well. I started my treatment with Patrick and finished with Roger, both are great professionals.

Fantastic experience: I recently went for my very first Physical Therapy session after having 2 somewhat minor falls but caused some issues for my right knee. I had gone to the orthopedic doctor, received Cortizone shots and subsequently had three gel shots and taking anti-inflammatories. The next step was to have physical therapy. I was fortunate enough to be under the care of Pat, who definitely knew the types of exercises and movements to strengthen my muscles around that knee and to regain stability.after 3-4 weeks. I felt as tho Pat was looking out me to be better but also knowing when we needed to stop or change what we were doing until my knee was stronger. I am now stable and confident to resume most normal activities. Athletico, Peoria and their staff including Pat, offer such a friendly, welcoming and open environment. I found the therapists and staff to be very professional and knowledgeable. I saw these same qualities not only with my care but observed several patients while I was there and their interactions with the same team members. Also the facilities are immaculately clean! I can highly recommend this facility. The location was also very convenient to where I live.

Fantastic experience: Mike, Chase, and Nick were extremely professional and set up a physical therapy program that helped me recover quickly. They made each session fun and varied the exercises so that I was constantly challenged in order to become stronger and resume my racquetball activities. I’d strongly recommend them and Athletico to anyone who has physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: As a 71-year-old grandma, I’ve had many experiences with physical therapy throughout the years. I’m happy to report the experience I had at Athletico Physical Therapy was outstanding. Some physical therapy clinics are so large, busy and crammed with patients that you seldom interact with your own physical therapist. You most likely have an assistant supervise your exercises or treatment. Athletico is different. You are personally greeted when you come in the door and a high-level of personal attention continues throughout your course of treatment. It’s a smaller clinic but offers all of the equipment and staff expertise needed to handle anyone’s rehabilitation after surgery, illness or an accident. I was experiencing a bad case of vertigo (dizziness) about one week before I was scheduled to leave for a lengthy cruise to Alaska. I needed help quickly. I called this office since it was close to home and was evaluated by PT Michael Sahli the same day. In the past I have waited weeks to receive an initial PT evaluation at other clinics. Mike was personable, professional and very familiar with my condition. He knew the best treatment option for this problem. Without going into boring details, Mike performed an “Epley maneuver” several times that cleared up my vertigo and allowed me to travel safely. He had me check in with him when I returned home to make sure I was doing well, even sharing his cell phone number with me! I’ve never had a health care professional do that. I was super impressed. Writing this review is long overdue. However, if I ever need physical therapy again, Athletico Physical Therapy will be my first choice. If you decide to give them a try, I know you will be placed in good, caring hands.
