Fantastic experience: I started seeing Paul and crew this year (2018) after all but resigning myself to both ankles having surgery. I had seen Dr. Parisa Morris next door and she was supportive and encouraged me to give PT a try before undergoing surgery, after I brought up my reluctance to endure a long recovery and rehab process. Thank you to Dr. Morris for her belief in having surgery as a last resort. In any event, I knew after my very first visit to PT that it was going to make a positive difference and either negate the need for surgery entirely or if it became a necessity, it would likely be a long way down the road and then just on my left ankle due to arthritis damage from prior injury. The regimen prescribed that has been working everything from hips to toes has paid great dividends and made life in general a whole lot better in regard to not just getting around, but has benefited all muscle groups involved. Flexibility, range of motion, strength, all have improved more than I expected. It hasn't been a cakewalk, but I can pretty much assure anyone that if they stick with the program, they too will experience gains that they may not have thought possible. So a big thanks from me to Paul, Julie and the whole crew at Ortho PT on Thunderbird Road!
