Fantastic experience: My son started PT at three months for torticollis and now being at five months, he has improved so much! We’re still working on things but he has worked with Sarah M, Bailey, Sarah P, and Madison and they are all amazing! We are very thankful for T4K!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been attending for speech since March and has made such a significant improvement that she’s already ready to graduate! I can’t believe how quickly she progressed. Miss Hannah and Miss Sarah are incredible (we’ve worked with other teachers too, all wonderful) and made this experience so enjoyable for my daughter. I truly can’t sing their praises enough. It did take us awhile to get in to be evaluated (space was limited at the time) but I can’t believe we’re already ending our journey. Absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our girl loves her time with Ms Hannah and Ms Sam each week. Her speech goals are being met and her little spirit is growing more confident. Team4kids has been such a positive experience for us and Ms Hannah & Ms Sam are both an answer to our family’s prayer.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been seeing Lily for almost a year now and the progress she’s made is impeccable. Lily makes it fun for her so it’s never a fight to go but something she looks forward to. Hands down one of the best and couldn’t recommend her more to aid in any kiddos needs.

Fantastic experience: Lily has seen my baby for 3yrs maybe more and she has done an incredible job with him. She has worked tirelessly with sign language and she doesn’t take no for an answer unless the no is coming from Alex lol that was his first word for her from him. I am for ever grateful!

Fantastic experience: We are so happy with our experience at Team 4 Kids Peoria. From the schedulers to the front desk and our awesome therapist, the entire team is caring and extremely accommodating.

Positive experience: Spoke with Jacqueline today at TEAM 4 Kids and had a very pleasant experience. She was exceptionally friendly, thorough and knew exactly what she was talking about. She explained how everything would work and even explain that TEAM 4 Kids currently has a long wait to be able to get in a new patient, but stated that my child would be placed on a cancellation list if anything came up they would call me. She took some of my information about myself & child and then told me that she would email me a link to fill out (as they needed this information done before they could schedule) and I had I believe 48 hrs before the link expired. After we got off the phone, I received the link and I immediately filled out the information that was needed and called back to schedule an appointment. HOWEVER, when I called back someone other than Jaqueline helped me (I didn't catch her name though) and told me that their first available appointment wasn't until May 31st at their Surprise location or June 3rd at their Peoria location. SAY WHAT!!! I knew that I was advised there would be a wait to get in but having to wait 2 1/2 months for an appointment for occupational therapy just seems a little long to be waiting when its pertaining to something pretty important. My review would have been 5 stars but I felt because of the wait trying to get in as a new patient was way to long to have to wait so thats why my rating is what it is. If I was basing it off of the staff and how they have treated myself so far it would have been 5 stars no questions asked.

Fantastic experience: Spoke to Dasia for my 3 year old to set up services and she was very nice, personable and answered all of my questions. It was quick and easy. I’m excited to have my kiddo start there! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We are new to the T4K family and haven’t had any sessions yet. However, the front office staff, especially Dacia have been so incredibly helpful in regards to answering my many questions and scheduling needs. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Our son joined the T4K family in June after his autism diagnosis and we are so grateful for their entire staff! Front office and all therapists are always amazing to work with and they do a great job working around schedules. Our son utilizes speech, OT, ABA and soon food therapy. Establishing our relationship with T4K for our son was the greatest Christmas gift we could have received and we’re so thankful for them daily!

Negative experience: If I can rate the therapist alone, Id give Hannah a 10/10, we loved her. Hannah thank you for all the effort you put in with Eziah! On to the receptionist and lead..The office called me a month ago to move my sons appt to 11:30 because they were putting a lunch hour at his 12:30 appt. I agreed to accommodate their schedule change but because it was made a month ago I forgot about the change and was on my way to his 12:30 appt. I even had an alarm every Tuesday for his 12:30 time to ensure I do not miss his appointments. While I was on my way I got a call saying I missed my appt appointment and that my son would still be able to get seen at 1pm but Id have to pay $50 before getting seen. The fact that they wanted to charge me a $50 fee for a no show plus bill the insurance all in the same day seemed wrong . It would have been different if I would have just no showed but I was on my way to his regular appt time and it was the first day of the change. I have paid the fee when it was genuinely my fault for missing but in this situation I was on my way, so there is no understanding or sympathy from these people. They have called me the day of, an hour before my sons appointment to cancel because of whatever reason but if I call them the morning of because my child is sick they'd give me hell if for some reason I couldn't r/s. Ive taken my son sick before because they wanted me to r/s his appointment for that same week just so I can avoid paying a Fee. Ive heard other parents in the waiting room talk about "shes been sick but I had to bring her". Ive walked out of the waiting room and waited outside plenty of times because of kids in there with hacking coughs. But this place really doesn't give parents many options with the pressure they put on you to bring your child no matter what. Ridiculous, unfair and unethical practice! Glad Im done with them!

Negative experience: **editing again because now this place has done nothing but cancel every appointment we’ve had. What is wrong with this place? They have serious issues. They call DAY OF to cancel but if I call day of to cancel I owe them money. Weird how they’re canceling all my appointments SAME DAY. They have failed my son from the start and it’s time to be done with them. **Editing **because Ashley’s supervisor called me, and my insurance and confirmed Ashley was in fact wrong I do not have an co pay, as I had been telling this Ashley girl. She(ashley) even ended up calling the insurance herself (after this encounter below with her) and made notes in my sons billing account that were NOT accurate and still trying to charge us…Her supervisor Jessica however was wonderful and very helpful. But if you ever have issues with your billing maybe just call another office cause I don’t think Ashley knows what she’s doing nor knows how to take accountability for being inaccurate. Not only do they not know how to run insurance properly but then they blame you for their mistakes and tell you that “it’s your responsibility” at first they told me it was $198 for the evaluation and $90 per visit. I about hit the floor. No, it was not, and should never have been. After going back and forth with this Ashley girl she finally figured it to be much lower but still not accurate. We previously did speech elsewhere with THE SAME insurance and it had never costed us anything. My husband called our insurance and they stated exactly what we knew… no cost to us. Covered 100%. I called this Ashley girl to let her know and she decided that whatever our insurance was telling us doesn’t matter because she had a portal she puts things into and that’s what she’s going off of. I told her to call my insurance and hear it for herself. She refused and wanted to three way. So we did. She told me “they’re likely gonna tell you exactly what I’m telling you” insanely snotty. Because Ashley knows everything, right the lady DID INFACT NOT SAY THE SAME THING ASHLEY SAID. Ashley got mad and said “FINE ILL PUT IT NO CONPAY BY PATIENT AND IF IT COMES BACK YOU OWE YOU HAVE TO PAY!” I then let her know that she could happily call our insurance herself and do her job properly and input codes correctly… she then told me she’d have her lead call me and if “I talk to her lead this way it won’t be good” ahhh so now I’m threatened because I asked Ashley to do her job and she was scared and thought I was yelling at her. Nah I’m frustrated that you can’t take accountability for what you’re doing wrong, there’s a difference ASHLEY What a piece of trash.

Fantastic experience: First off, their customer service is awesome. I spoke with Heather about scheduling and she was very helpful and patient. We’ve been seeing Ms. Chelsea for PT and she is amazing! They all are! Definitely recommend TEAM4KIDS!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been seeing Ms. Whitney for speech therapy for a little over a year now. She absolutely loves doing speech! She looks forward to it and enjoys theirs sessions. And bonus points that Ms. Whitney is fluent in sign language to help communicate with my daughter. In their time together my daughter has made amazing progress and is even starting to say words now and vocalize so many sounds! As a parent this makes me so excited to see and helps me feel hopeful for the future! I looked forward to seeing the continued goals being met and we're so grateful to have found Ms. Whitney at Team 4 kids!

Fantastic experience: Team 4 kids has been such a blessing to my family for my son. My son has made leaps and bounds and has come so far since he started coming here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend steam 4 Kids to anyone needing speech or occupational therapy for their child.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this place by my doctor and I'm thankful she did. My child has been attending for a few months and has made great progress. We love working with Chelsea because she is kind, patient and great at calming my baby down when she gets upset. Our experience has been pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a minute and share my experience at T.4.K. It has been nothing short of amazing! I have been taking my grandson there for the last 3 weeks, he is an NAS baby. We had lots of concerns. Yet from, intake to actual therapy, has been seamless. He is making amazing strides in his therapy and is absolutely crushing his goals. A huge Shout Out, to our angel, Doctor Arlene! She has been working with our boy, and teaching us, what to do at home. She is a gem. If your child is in need of any type of therapy. Don't hesitate to reach out to Team 4 Kids. I trust them with my grandson, you should trust them too.

Fantastic experience: Previously working with Sarah and more recently working with Whitney, our son has made some really amazing progress with feeding therapy. He looks forward to each session and it has been a positive experience for him, which we are so thankful for. We have learned so much about particular eaters and our babe, specifically. So far, so good! Thanks for all you do to help us and our little dude :)

Negative experience: Sadly, I have to change this review. We moved away and moved back and needed to get our child back into therapy. They did another evaluation for him but had no ongoing appointments to offer. I was told I would receive a call 2 weeks after the evaluation after they processed everything through insurance (never received that call). I had to follow up and then was told I would receive emails/texts when there were openings (haven't received a single email or text with potential openings). Then on another follow up call I made, I was also told I would be put on a list to receive last minute openings (never received any calls for last minute openings). Now, it has been nearly 5 months without a therapy appointment. When I just talked to them I was told that a new evaluation would need to be done in order to try to get our child who has been waiting since July into therapy. Make it make sense… if you don’t have openings for new patients for therapy, don’t do the evaluation. Instead of doing evaluations, charging insurance then never being able to render the services needed and then saying another evaluation needs to be done before waiting again to maybe get an appointment (but probably not)… while charging insurance for another evaluation. Additionally, the evaluation they conducted was useless when provided to the school because they didn’t actually score anything and it wasn’t up to industry standards. Save your time and money and go to a therapy center that will 1. Actually give a thorough evaluation that is up to industry standards and will help when trying to get your child support at school 2. Will actually be able to support your child and render the services needed by having available appointments 3. Will actually do what they say they will do and follow up/follow through So disappointed in Team4Kids now.

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming here to T.E.A.M 4 for kids for a while now and we came been here for feeding therapy and now speech I love the staff here all the staff has great smiles from the moment you walk in to when you leave every single time! Sarah has been great she’s our sons Therapist she has change our lives in the best way possible she has helped Alex feel more and more comfortable with food it’s a journey and she has helped me as well as Alex and given us the confidence and tools to help alex more at home thru his journey she genuinely cares for alex and wants the best for him and greats him every single session with a great smile and makes him feel comfortable during difficult days. I love TEAM 4 kids Alex also has speech I highly recommend TEAM 4 Kids I can’t thank Sarah enough for all she’s done for Alex and how much she’s changed our lives during our food journey!

Fantastic experience: TEAM 4 Kids has been so amazing in helping my newborn son with feeding. He has had some struggles with his tongue and lip tie and with gaining weight and Ms. Whitney has been helping him get back on track. I love that I have TEAM 4 Kids’ support to help my son grow and develop and help me learn from Ms. Whitney to support him along the way. Ms. Lily and the rest of the admin team are so caring and make sure my little guy gets what he needs. Thank you TEAM 4 Kids!

Negative experience: Very poor communication with their onboarding and lack of empathy. As a provider myself, I I understand how important it is to meet families where they are at in their journey and simply be kind. The staff was more concerned about getting paperwork filled out than listening to our needs to see if they could support us. Very saddened about our experience and witnessing the standard that is being set for a new special needs family.

Fantastic experience: My son is three and has been coming to Team4Kids for about four weeks now. His occupational therapist, Arlene, is truly do great with him,; her overall disposition is always smiling, and trying to find ways to connect with my son. I am so grateful and appreciative at how awesome all of the staff is at the Peoria location. You can always find a smile, answers to questions and hopeful resolution at Team4Kids.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! I go between Peoria and Avondale and my son has learned and grown so much with their help! The front desk is so friendly, especially Dacia! They’re always willing to help and accommodate for the kiddos

Fantastic experience: I work in a pediatric place where I refer patients to TEAM4Kids all the time especially because communication is amazing and the feedback is always great. Now my own child get services from here and I couldn’t be more happier with the results thus far, the friendly and accommodating staff, and the flexibility in scheduling. Thank you TEAM4Kids I look forward to the many more visits my child has and to see the progress.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had torticollis in her neck. We were told by her neurologist that she recommended physical therapy. Also by her pediatrician to help her walk. I did my research to find the best physical therapist place that would help my daughter meet her needs. Team for kids has been truly been an amazing experience, Her dad and I truly appreciate her physical therapist Chelsea and her assistants. Thank you for the support and your time to help Chayse walk. It a big deal for us and for Chayse and a huge accomplishment that she is walking!!!!! We can wait to celebrate her this coming week for her last physical therapy session. For anyone that is looking for a physical therapy for their children I highly recommend this place. Team 4 kids is here to help you for anything your child needs help with.

Fantastic experience: We just started being seen at team 4 kids, and my son has so much fun at his appointments. The staff is very patient and helpful. We’ve already seen some improvements in my sons speech in just a couple weeks. Miss Courtney and Miss Megan are our favorites!

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 daughters at Team4Kids and we have nothing but good things to say! My middle daughter went for speech for about a year and the improvement on her problem sounds was great! I now have my 2 1/2 year old in for speech and OT. She went from being almost non verbal to talking all the time. They have given me so many tools to help her excel and it has been amazing! I highly recommend them!

Our initial call to obtain more information not only resulted in a wealth of information but we also received the opportunity to setup some initial assessments. Our assistant Cait was very kind, caring, knowledgeable and sympathetic. ​ Looking forward to our first visit as this establishment appears to have their frontline people, and processes in order. Fantastic experience: My daughter is currently going here and attends therapy at the Peoria office. Adam is the therapist who is working with my daughter and let me tell you, he is amazing. We did have to miss a couple of sessions due to her being sick but it honestly did not matter. He works with her so well that we see more improvement every day. She loves him too. Adam is personable and listens to every concern, he is even patient with my daughter who is 1. I will definitely recommend Team 4 Kids to others who are looking for a place to take their children to therapy.

Fantastic experience: My 2.5yo son has made immediate improvement being at team 4 kids Peoria in a little over a months time. He has gone from nonverbal to quickly verbal. His progress from OT and speech therapy is undeniable and so exciting to witness. We especially love and are grateful for Ms. Alex and Mrs. Kristyn. My son is excited to come work with both of them for each appointment (Whereas the first couple visits he had major sensory overload and didn’t want to go inside. Now he sometimes cries that he has to leave !! )

Fantastic experience: We have had a great experience working with TEAM 4 Kids! Our OT, E, is amazing!! She really listens to my concerns as a parent and offers valuable insight and suggestions to help my child be his best. I would very much recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I got the opportunity to do my clinical rotation with this amazing PT team and they are so talented in their field. Adam is an amazing PTA who cares about every kid, and he has so much knowledge, I was able to learn a lot from him. The entire PT team helped me a lot and were so willing to give me a helping hand when I needed it. You couldn't ask for a better therapy team. Thank you, Adam, Sarah, Chelsea, Nicole, Alyssa, Steve, Cindy, Hillary and Amanda for everything!

Fantastic experience: It's been amazing to see the progress my son has made since he started at Team4kids. When he first started, he struggled to form 2-word sentences, but after 8 months, he's now able to identify cars and can express himself using 6-word sentences and more. I would highly recommend Team4kids to other parents experiencing similar challenges.

Fantastic experience: I am an OTD student who completed my doctoral capstone here! I really enjoyed my time at Team4Kids Pediatric Therapy. All the staff was so welcoming and contributed to a positive learning environment! I appreciated the extra time my mentors spent with me to educate and foster my clinical reasoning skills. They have a great system in place for mentorship. I loved my experience here and recommend Team4Kids to any student interested in pediatrics!

Fantastic experience: So far everything has gone really good! I’ve been to the Avondale location last July and they were helpful on showing us at home workouts for our son. We just got referred again and Cait was super helpful on looking at all the locations to see who could get us in as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience: Oh! Where to begin! T.E.A.M.4Kids has been such a godsend, if you will. My littlest guy had zero words, and as his mama, I am his biggest advocate. After being told countless times that my child was "fine," we called T4K for a speech evaluation. I cannot describe how grateful we are for their support! My sweet little guy has had amazing growth in speech! My daughter also has had tremendous progress in articulation. T4K really does have amazing therapists from all variations in style. We love Miss Kristin, Miss Tori, Miss Hannah, Mr. Brent, and the amazing ladies up front who help keep our schedules consistent and convenient. On the days where my littles have to make up an appt, there's never any fear as to who other Speech Therapist they would see because all of the Speech Therapists are incredible! I've never imagined this journey to have such sweet and supportive people who are invested in my children's lives. Thank you T.E.A.M.4Kids for not only helping my children but for gently and unknowingly guiding my family through the journey of speech delay and ASL. As a mama of five, it means the world to me to find those who can be a part of our tribe.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate how much they care! From the start I felt they really wanted to meet my concerns with my daughter's communication skills. Even though the evaluation was scheduled 6 months out initially, after completing the intake paperwork, their staff was able to have her seen 3 months early! So now I travel 30 mins early in the morning to get to Peoria but it is so worth it because of Riley and Samantha! These ladies have really created a friendship with my daughter. This bond helps her want to improve at therapy and at home too! Thank you for all we have achieved and are continuing to learn because of you, T.E.A.M. 4 Kids!

Fantastic experience: My son does feeding therapy with TEAM4KIDS ! The staff is friendly and Kind. My sons therapist is Sarah B. She is very creative and incorporates his feeding sessions with what he is interested in which makes his sessions enjoyable for him . I would definitely recommend TEAM4KIDS .

Fantastic experience: From my first call to finding out more information for assistance for my son, Kate was very patient and extremely helpful and throughout with my questions. She even scheduled a call back for me to do my intake forms. Ashley F called me back promptly at my appointment time and was wonderful! She went through each question and answer for me in booking 3 different evaluations & assisted me in finding the right days & times. As a new mom with a special needs son the initial process of starting his care can be daunting and stressful, but with the help from the Team 4 Kids staff, I can honestly say I’m very happy with the care and consideration we’ve been given to give my son the right therapies. I look forward to starting my son off here on the right foot and highly recommend calling in to find top notch help for your children.

Fantastic experience: My 8 years old son expressed interest in speech therapy because he’s having issues pronouncing letters and words. The intake receptionist was a little fast in her words but I did understand some of the instructions. She told me speech therapy is in demand at this moment and scheduled me for the next evaluation in May. However she will put me on the priority list.

Fantastic experience: We love TEAM 4 KIDS! Feeding therapy has been so incredible and helpful for my son. We are so appreciative of our therapist Whitney. She is the best! I cannot recommend her enough. She has made a daunting process so seamless and has been so supportive. The staff is friendly and personable as well.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always extremely happy and positive while we are here, the entire team gets excited when they see my son and recognize him when we walk through the doors. The ones who don't work with him even call him by his name and ask how we are doing. They truly care about your babies as if they are their own. I always will recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: We are so thankful to have found TEAM 4 Kids. We had 2 negative experiences with PT/OT prior to this so I wasn’t sure how this was going to go but every part of our experience here has been positive and encouraging. From scheduling appointments, going through evaluations, therapies, cost communication, setting expectations etc…Reception is absolutely wonderful. Every time we call or come in we are met with smiling and kind faces! Extra props to Felicia who has helped me over and over to adjust our schedule for our Kiddo without complaint. Thank you!!! Fantastic experience: My son was born with congenital knee dislocation and clubbed feet and has one surgery and is due for another one here soon! I was so fearful he would never crawl or walk! But team for kids has shown me that there is hope for my child! My son is now able to crawl (not a normal typical crawl but his own army crawl ) Adam and some of the other physical therapists have completely changed my son. They gave him the ability to move and help show him he’s capable of more than he knows! Thank you guys for helping my child.

Fantastic experience: The past 11 months my daughter has struggled with feeding! Being a heart warrior she’s been through some tough stuff, but feeding was proving to be on the top of the list. Then we met Whitney. In a time of desperation we found exactly what we needed. Whitney has shown patience, kindness, and dedication towards my daughter and our family as we navigated our eating difficulties. Her expertise and knowledge in her field is top notch. Whitney is passionate about helping her patients reach their goals! Just ask my daughter, she’s nothing but smiles whenever Whitney’s around. We are blessed to have found her. My daughter is excelling like never before because of Whitney and Team 4 Kids.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at T4K. From the initial phone call to schedule with Laura who was very professional and friendly, to our therapist Mrs. E who is knowledgeable and fun. My child loved coming each week to work with her. She has a very calm and in control demeaner which is perfect in this environment. He graduated after 2.5 months and we've seen great improvement with all of our goals. Thanks T4K!

Fantastic experience: My son loves working with Chelsea the PT. She challenges him but also know knows his limits and respect those. She makes every session fun and interesting and he never complains about going! She’s great about helping him To think outside the box what areas to work on and how to do that

Fantastic experience: We love Sarah B. at TEAM 4 Kids! My son, age 5, is currently receiving feeding therapy here and I can’t say enough amazing things about it. His confidence with chewing/swallowing and willingness to try new foods has grown tremendously. He loves coming here too! He asks everyday "is today feeding therapy day?” Big shout out to Sarah B! She asks questions, listens, observes, makes recommendations and has developed the best personalized treatment plan for our son. She has such a positive, can-do attitude that makes coming to feeding therapy such a fun experience!

Fantastic experience: Caitlin is my son's speech therapist. She has been very kind to my son and very informative in terms of letting the parent know what they learned together. Caitlin has been very kind and patient with my son, he is a fast learner and a little stubborn. I am seeing great progress in my son's ability and desire to speak after seeing the speech therapist. The receptionist are very helpful and kind when making appointments.

Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing Sarah May for about 5 years. She is absolutely wonderful! She is great with my son, has great ideas and methods to help him. She is great at communicating with me about how he did and things we can work on at home. Highly recommend her for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: My daughter goes to Team 4 Kids for speech therapy and we have been so beyond impressed. The receptionists and therapists have all been so kind, respectful, and make my daughter look forward to her weekly appointments. Alaina London is the best at making my daughter excited for therapy, helping her to meet her goals, and making my family and I feel reassured by answering all of our questions and keeping us involved. Fantastic experience: I have to say my Daughter had the evaluation for Kayla and she did amazing she took the time listening and addressed a lot of questions. Fantastic experience: Chelsea is my favorite PT there. She was amazing with giving me suggestions to help my daughter at home and avoiding certain baby products on the market that could affect her progress correcting Torticollis. With all the baby products out there and being a first time mom, it was really helpful to have direction from someone who is not trying to prolong time in PT for us. Would highly recommend them for any PT, OT, or speech issue your little one might have.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a month since starting speech therapy with Ms Kristyn. What a world of difference it has made. In front Ms. Lily greets us with such warmth. We love team 4 kids! It is truly a wonderful place!
