Fantastic experience: I am so grateful that I have found Vital Care Rehab. I just moved to Az and have a painful shoulder injury. The office staff, Rebecca and Rachel, have been kind, and attentive to help me navigate the course with my insurance and answer my questions. The physical therapists, Andrea and Tim, have been very supportive while in discussing my challenges, showing me how to do the exercises, and doing some shoulder massage to help loosen it up. They are a great company and I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: After knee replacement surgery I came to Vital Care for rehab. At the beginning of treatment I could hardly lift my leg off the table. By the time I was done I could lift my leg with a 3 lb weight on it. All the staff is knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They made this difficult time actually enjoyable! Fantastic experience: I had a full knee replacement and was referred to Vital Care Rehabilitation. My experience was totally satisfactory. The staff worked together as a team. Goals were set to monitor my improvement. I was informed regarding my progress. The staff retained professional standards and still provided a "personal touch." It is no wonder that all goals were met. It is quite likely that I will have a second knee replacement several months from now. My choice for rehab at that time will be Vital Care Rehabilitation. First impressions are everything, and the front desk staff there do an awesome job of making you feel welcome. The physical therapists are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I have lived in Sun City West since 2004. I found Vital Care Rehab because my massage therapist rented a room at their facility when there were also in SCW. Because of the care I saw them giving, when I had need of P/T from surgeries, etc., I asked to go to Vital Care. Each time I've needed therapy, I have always received top quality care at V/C. Therapists are very knowledgeable and work with you to develop the best rehab program possible. Currently, I'm learning specific strengthening exercises. Kristy has been super in helping me with my program. I highly recommend Vital Care!

Fantastic experience: Such a positive place. Makes you feel that you are important. No complaint is to small. After a pacemaker, gallbladder removal, drainage tubes place in and removed, hernia repair and 6 months prior to that a full knee replacement. 5 weeks in the hospital within 3 months and 2 1/2 weeks of that stay in the ICU. Upon being released I had no strength or energy. After being treat like a human I started feeling like a human again. I can not say enough about this place and their customer service. So very understanding. One on one customer service is the best!

Tim is excellent also in his knowledge of getting your limbs better. I first started with Vital Care after my rotator cuff surgery which was back in 2017. Fast forward to today 8-2023 I’ve had a total hip replacement and Vital Care has been a life saver again. I graduated early with the excellent care from Andrea and Tim. Fantastic experience: I've been treated by Andrea at Vital Care for a chronic severe case of BPPV Vertigo. Although I have also used vestibular clinics over the years that specialize in such conditions, I have never experienced the degree of success I've had with Andrea. I give her my highest recommendation and also a thumbs up for Tim, another PT therapist there who understands vestibular issues very well.

Fantastic experience: I had a case of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo and after an initial treatment at urgent care to reduce the spinning. I needed to see a vestibular therapist so I followed up with Andrea at Vital Care and she was able to eliminate the residual effects with a few visits. Very professional and knowledgeable staff would recommend to anyone with vertigo or even mild dizziness. They are qualified vestibular therapists.

Fantastic experience: I started with Vital Care for severe vertigo. I had it in both ears, and after several visits Andrea & Tim we're able to cure it. I also had equilibrium issues, which home exercises given by them fixed that. Neck tightness was also an issue, and thru heat and massage they resolved that. Also home exercises really help. Great physical therapists, and front desk staff. All are warm and welcoming, and really know what works for your particular problem. I highly recommend Vital Care, and if I ever need any help again, they will be my first choice.

Fantastic experience: I have had physical therapy for the past four years in Minnesota. Those have never compared to my sessions at Vital Care Therapy. The entire staff and therapists at Vital Care are very professional, competent, courteous, and friendly. I especially enjoyed the therapists routine and the fact that they didn't rely only on machines. They were personal and set up a specific personal program and routine based on the patient's goals. Their individual routine ended with a deep massage for those with back problems. I personally felt better after each session. Fantastic experience: I needed PT after having reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Vital Care was recommended to me by a friend that had used their services and had a successful outcome. Tim was my primary therapist and worked with me to improve my range of motion and rebuilding my shoulder strength. Michelle and Andrea worked with me as well and I was pleased with the consistency of the treatment from all three therapists. My outcome was better than I had anticipated it would be and am grateful for the care, patience, and encouragement that I received. If I need PT again in the future, I will definitely use Vital Care Rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Labyrinthitis and Vestibular neuritis. Damage to left Inner ear nerve, no cure, lightheadedness constantly. Andrea worked with me for a month on retraining the brain basically, helping with balance and reduced the lightheadedness considerably- I am so thankful that I found Vital Care. I still have some dizziness and will probably always have to do some vestibular therapy at home, but Andrea brought me a whole lot of improvement!!! I would highly recommend her and all the staff there!

Fantastic experience: Dr. McWhorter and her team did an outstanding job with my pre-surgical prep and post surgical recovery after rotator cuff surgery. Appointments were always on time and there were no insurance issues whatsoever. I have been to other physical therapy providers but recommend Vital Care.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to thank Andrea and her staff for helping me. I woke up with Vertigo one morning and was so dizzy and nauseous. My head was spinning and I had to hold onto walls just to walk. With only one 30 minute treatment with Andrea the dizziness was gone. With eye balance exercises and two follow up appointments, I gained back my balance and resumed all my activities. I would highly recommend Vital Care to anyone with Vertigo .

Fantastic experience: I was very fortunate to be referred to Vital Care physical therapy for help with my sciatica. The people there are very professional, caring individuals. I appreciated the fact that they gave me the tools (instructional handouts) that I could use on days I was not receiving physical therapy and after my appointments were completed. This definitely helped speed my recovery. I am careful about the activities I do, but I am back to golfing and doing things I wondered if I would ever be able to do again. I would definitely return if I needed help in the future and overwhelmingly recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Vital Care for 7 weeks on balance and strengthening following cancer treatment that left my legs weak and almost completely numb. Andrea taught me effective exercises, gave me an in-home regimen, and followed-up to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly. She is very knowledgeable and proficient. I saw great results and now have the confidence to perform many of the activities that were too difficult before. I also found the front desk staff to be very polite, friendly, helpful and caring.

Fantastic experience: I went to my doctor completely expecting news that either a steroid shot or surgery would be required to heal my shoulder. My doctor suggested that we try physical therapy first before any invasive methods were used. Fantastic experience: I have had 4 surgeries on my left shoulder. Replaced 3 times plus a scope surgery. I could barely move my arm and took several pain killers. Since going to Vital Care, I am off pain killers and I have good range of motion. I love Andrea and Abby! They have given me back my life! I highly recommend Vital Care!

Fantastic experience: I had a very painful hip and was sent to Vital Care for PT. I had heard they were great but had no personal experience. From the very first evaluation, I knew I had been sent to the right place. Michelle really listened to me and validated my concerns with my hip, but after a thorough exam she said she was sure my pain was actually coming from my back, even though I had NO back pain. The entire staff that worked with me was so knowledgeable and taught me so many important preventative things, like getting in and out of bed correctly! I had no idea I was doing it wrong. Strengthening my core, and how to do it with simple moving around my house. What to avoid and how my body will respond. I'm still doing the exercises because they are simple and they work! Each and every time I went to PT, I left with more understanding of what to do and WHY!!!! These people know their stuff!!!! I've seen an Osteopath in CA for 40 years and saw him the week after being discharged from Vital Care. He was so impressed with everything they said and did and told me to compliment them on my treatments and education. He shared that this is the first time, in his career, that a PT location was absolutely 100% right on , and by the way.......my pain WAS coming from my back, not my hip. Fantastic experience: Surprise, AZ. I have plantar fasciitis and a heel spur, extremely painful. After three cortizone shots, new inserts and shoes this was my last stop before surgery. I was amazed at the caring, professional and personable staff. The results have been beyond belief. Now, after proper stretching, I can easily walk 3 miles without pain. Highly recommend.
