Fantastic experience: The whole staff is super awesome! I worked with quite a few different members of the team & every single one of them went above and beyond for me every visit! I was super nervous about recovery, but they made it feel like a breeze. Thank you all again for helping me with my elbow, I woulda been done for without y’all! I highly highly recommend this place for therapy!

Negative experience: The therapists are wonderful. There billing department stinks. The checks I sent them remain uncashed for over a month.

Fantastic experience: I was very lucky to have been referred to and work with Mrs Tondalaya and her assistant Mrs Elizabeth they helped me regain a lot of use of my hand and arm back thank you lady's

Fantastic experience: I had major back surgery at Methodist Carle hospital down town Peoria on May 6. 2024. After being there for 4 days I was transported to Carle rehabilitation on Knoxville Road. I was there 8 days. EVERYONE that I can into contact with was wonderful. They all made me feel comfortable and safe. I have the highest respect for every one of your employees. Kimber, Mary Beth, Samson, Amanda, Shawn, Amber, Romona, Nativa, housekeeping staff, and everyone in therapy. I hope I didn’t miss anyone. You can tell when someone enjoys their job….it’s apparent that this staff does! They each made my stay enjoyable. Beautiful clean rooms .Rehab was awesome. 5 stars is not enough for this group….100 stars !!! I will definitely spread the word.

Fantastic experience: I came to PTS for help with some shoulder issues. Melissa S did a great job listening to me and providing a great in office and at home rehab program. Totally recommend!

Fantastic experience: Kyle was my physical therapist and it seems to me that the staff here are dedicated to helping the patients get better and stronger, and in my opinion the enjoy there work and consider it to be more of a career choice than a job because they care about their patients and their health and I would definitely recommend that anyone in the Peoria area seeking Physical Therapy should look into this place cause they care and they also take state medical insurance such as Meridian which is what I have. I could barely walk a block without serious pain when I started my Physical therapy and now that I have completed my therapy I am able to go up and down the stairs with very little difficulty and I am able to walk a distance of 4 miles with very little difficulty and almost no pain at all. Thank you Kyle and everyone at Carle Health Methodist Outpatient Therapy located in the Methodist Atrium, Peoria, Illinois.

Fantastic experience: I had excellent therapists, Chris, Kyle, Tessa and Melissa!!! They were always very professional, full of knowledge and expertise. They always acted liked they cared genuinely and only focused on me getting better! Thank you for helping me get better so I can live like yo the fullest!

Positive experience: I have a Dr. there and I use the Wellness center and pool. Those are all good. However, I passed through Subway and note that almost everything there were food I was warned to stay away from. I wonder if there is any way to substitute better food in the Subway spot. It seems curious that in the same building where you are warned about unhealthy eating, you find some of the worst foods.

Fantastic experience: Have to give a shout out to johnny who helped mom with the process of having a wheelchair fitted and made just for her. He is extremely helpfull and funny making the experience easy and a blast. Keep up the amazing work!!!

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Appointments were easy to schedule. Facilities and equipment were cleaned after each use. It was only a few blocks from home.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael is a miracle worker. I was living with sporadic minor dizziness (BPPV) for two months after dealing with a day of full on vertigo in late March. I used the 1/2 somersault technique at home which resolved the majority of the dizziness, but I couldn't look straight up or down or over my left shoulder when in a reclined position without feeling that spinning sensation. I was referred to Dr. Michael by my Primary Care Practitioner. Dr. Michael used the Epley Maneuver and gave me a few eye exercises to do at home. He said I would likely know within a day or two if it had completely resolved my issue. I'm not dizzy anymore! I'm so grateful!

Negative experience: We are going for speech for my daughter. It’s not going well, we can’t get routine appointments, we haven’t seen much improvement. The therapist is kind but her office is so tiny and despite little attempts not kid friendly.

Fantastic experience: Received physical therapy from Dan Routh. He was excellent. Explained the issues and therapy very well. His answers to questions were useful. I recovered from my Achilles tendonitis quickly. Kathy at the front desk was very helpful and she was prompt to schedule appointments. I highly recommend PTS.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was very friendly and professional. Dan and Christie are excellent therapists, they understood my problem and chose the correct exercises I needed. They explained everything and asked my opinion in the treatment. I would definitely recommend this PTS to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, on May 13th, I benefited by having an appointment with Michael (in Washington, Il) who increased by awareness of how to strengthen physically. Not being strong, and with the results of serious falls years ago, I am extremely impressed and thankful for the gain of strength and balance I have through Michael and his co-working therapist Tonya. THANK YOU for the benefit of your caring attitudes and for my increased awareness of physical strength through Physical Therapy. You are helping me to lesson pain and to gain both strength and hope!

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but a pleasant experience at the Methodist outpatient therapy at the atrium building the reception people are very nice checking on time my therapist that I have dealt with Maggie Taylor Carrie Kyle are all wonderful and knowledgeable and they have helped me understand what I need to do in my recovery each one of them get five stars and above and thank you

Fantastic experience: Had my first knee replacement rehab 3 years ago at Professional Therapy Services and I knew when if the 2nd knee needs done that's where I'd go again. 2nd knee replacement this past June and I finished rehab with same great results. Awesome staff all throughout PTS. Great appointment times. A team that listens to your concerns and works with you on them. When I ever need therapy again you know whom I'll be calling.... Professional Therapy Services.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I was doubtful therapy could reduce my pain from adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), but Tyler was able to use his extensive knowledge to determine the best treatment for me. He also took the time to understand my personality so he could successfully motivate me to work hard for the results he knew were possible. So grateful for his dedication to excellence. All staff at the Morton facility is very knowledgeable & true professionals who care about their patients !!

Fantastic experience: The PTS staff I have been working with @ Unitypoint Health Methodist are absolutely amazing. They really get to know their patients, are very caring, professional and work with you on your therapy goals!
