Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough about this place. Jonathan and Jeremy are both tremendous at what they do. I’ve personally worked with Jonathan a few times now with different issues I’ve dealt with and his knowledge is second to none. Such a personable guy who truly explains the why for things and the plan of action moving forward… he is a true expert in his field. You know when it’s a business that genuinely cares when your therapist reaches out personally and asks for you to stay in contact even after you’re done with their services. A true class act kind of business. I can’t recommend Moose Physical Therapy enough. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: No ritz or glitz, just the FIX I am impressed! John and Jeremy are the real deal and I could not have imagined a better PT service than Moose. They have significant expertise, all the recovery equipment and work you hands on. Aside from great character and conversation they are motivating, kind and will push you hard to achieve your best recovery. Unfortunately, I have had a few surgeries so I am speaking with knowledge- If you are serious about your recovery go to Moose, you are not just a number here.

Fantastic experience: I went to Jonathan Hamm at Moose Physical Therapy after my second total knee replacement in October 2023 because I was not impressed with the therapy I had received with another company after my first total knee replacement. Oh my goodness, instead of receiving a canned treatment plan that almost every patient received, Jonathan personalizes the therapy you need based on your symptoms and progress each visit. The exercises he gave me each visit/week were different from the exercises I had done for my other knee replacement. These were targeted specifically for my issues which were different each week. Jonathan went the extra mile anytime I didn’t progress as we thought I might, always evaluating what I needed next. Not only is he a fantastic therapist but also a very nice Christian man who publicly gives thanks to God for his gifts as a therapist. He gives God all the glory. If you need any kind of physical therapy I highly recommend Moose Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Moose PT is by far the best PT in Central Illinois. I followed Jonathan to his opening of Moose from UPH/PTS. Jonathan & Jeremy care about you as a person, not just a number, dollar sign, or random other patient. If you need PT or Dry Needling I HIGHLY recommend Moose PT!!!

Fantastic experience: I was having a lot of pain after a previous hernia repair that went on for months until I started seeing Jeremy. As a previous college football player and someone who has been to numerous physical therapists, Jeremy's by far one of the best I've been to. His use of visual aids is top notch in showing you exactly what's going on and how to correct it.

Fantastic experience: First I will say that both Jeremy and Johnathan are excellent physical therapists with very dynamic personalities. I have been a client of Jeremy for over a year. He has been helping me regain strength post prostate cancer. His technique and openess made me feel very comfortable from the start. To have such a caring individual for a difficult situation is beyond what I expected. Definitely will return if I need any other physical therapy assistance!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Moose Physical Therapy by Dr. Banno’s office. I have worked primarily with Jeremy but have also worked with Johnathan. Both of them are very knowledgable. They care about your treatment and are very easy to talk to about anything. I can’t say enough great things about these guys and the practice they run. I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your trust in caring for your physical therapy needs. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have been Jonathan's patient for a long time. He takes the time to listen to you as a patient and analyze the best path to recovery. He takes time to not only help you overcome your ailment he is dedicated to helping you as a person. He brings such a positive attitude to everything he does and makes recovery fun while remaining safe. I have been with him for years and followed him to Moose. I couldn't recommend a more down-to-earth Physical Therapy office. The relationship between Johnathan and Jeremy is comforting. They work very well together. Their new office is beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. I have also experienced dry needling with some of my chronic pain and it helps the muscle relax and recover without being painful. I can't thank Johnathan enough for all he has done for me and the encouragement he has provided me to better my mind, body, and soul. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Jonathan for approx a year. What started as PT for the pain in my back, related to 2 fusions 8 years ago, turned to so much more. I have been to multiple physical therapist across 4 states and I have never stuck with it. I now find myself doing my exercises almost daily and my back feels the best it ever has, honestly. He modified them when needed, and he has offered options to keep it interesting. The past 4 months I have faced challenges. I developed plantar fasciitis in both feet which I have never had. I would show up and he turned his focus to whatever was causing the most limitation and pain. Then, there was another area in my foot that turned out to be bursitis with neuromas. Between taping it to offer comfort, ultrasound, and trying to desensitize the area, he never gave up on trying to figure out a way to help. He communicated with my PCP which helped her decide on next steps in my plan of care. And lastly, when I was losing hope, he prayed with me. He is a servant of the Lord, allowing Jesus to work in him and through him touching each person he encounters. I would highly recommended Moose Physical Therapy to anyone and everyone. He won’t give up on you, he will challenge you, and he will believe in you.
