Fantastic experience: Great experience. I actually looked forward to going. Each and every person I worked with (6 or 7 people) were fun to talk to while keeping me on track with my therapy. Felt like they cared about how much better I was getting. Love this place

Fantastic experience: Everyone on staff is extremely friendly. When I first walked in even the receptionist are friendly. The therapists are knowledgeable and encouraging. They didn’t have attitude when you couldn’t do something if it caused pain. I loved all the therapist I worked with, so I can’t recommend just one, but the ones I worked with the most are Gabe and Nicole. If you are looking for a group who will get to the root of your pain issues and help you to get back to yourself again, this is the group I would recommend!!

Negative experience: Great crew. They took great care of me and helped improve my pain level and range of motion! Edit: just got my bill from them. This place is a rip off. They even glance your way and it's $75. They helped but the cost is RIDICULOUS. Yikes. They just do extra stuff and then charge you without talking to you about it. If you have to go here be very VERY clear about expectations. They pulled on my back to try to adjust me, failed, then charged me a ton of money. What a scam.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with PTS North on multiple occasions. All the therapists have been professional , caring, and courteous. With their help I have the tools to continue improving. I would definitely recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Tessa was assigned as my physical therapist. I had the usual exercises for my particular treatment but her therapy on my neck and shoulders was outstanding. She's the best!

Fantastic experience: They fixed my shoulder and enabled me to swim and do bench presses again. Lower back: got great pain reduction; set me up for success for a necessary invasive procedure. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very professional staff. They helped me work through an injury by giving me an appropriate and accurate assessment of my needs. They then prescribed me exercises to challenge me to improve my Range of Motion and overall flexibility. Super impressed with their ability to speak in terms that I understood and give advice on how to supplement my workout to repair my injury. Great work team!

Positive experience: The reception area and staff are amazing but since I went here for a certain therapist and he has left to start his own practice I will unfortunately not be back.

Fantastic experience: I never could have achieved the positive change in my overall condition without the help in the last year of their staff. I had lost strength overall in my body and problems with arthritis. I am thankful every day I arise for their help. I am truly a new person.

Fantastic experience: I was having headaches and neck pain off and on for about four months. The pain was affecting my sleep and making me feel like I was never rested. Jonathan Hamm DPT, was able to pinpoint the primary pain source as my neck and provide treatment to address this pain. The treatment included dry needling which removed my pain completely! I am sure everyone responds differently, but for me dry needling was life changing! No headaches or neck pain for 6 weeks now and I am now getting a normal night's sleep!!

Fantastic experience: Jonathan Hamm is an amazing PT and great for TMJ. The north clinic staff is so nice and accommodating!
