Fantastic experience: Nice enough place, make sure to book an appointment. Walk-ins have to wait. Ignore Google Maps taking you to the front of the building, drive around to the back where the entrance and parking are located.

Positive experience: Came in for a drug test, was out in 15 minutes. Not too bad. Can see why people complain about the older front desk lady. She made snide remarks as one of the customers left due to time issues.

Fantastic experience: I was injured at work and had the best medical experience here that I have had in years. The bad reviews for this place has to be from sad people that just want to complain. Very attentive staff with focused attention to detail, served up with a sense of humor. Everyone here did a great job from the front desk to the nurses and x-rays and the practition

Fantastic experience: I was a little leary about coming coming here at first because of the previous reviews. I had to come here for a D.O.T physical all I can say is it was the best experience I've had after 30 Year's of trucking. The staff was very polite and professional. I will be back.

Fantastic experience: Employer sent me here for pre employment physical and drug screen. As far as those go it was a 5/5 the staff are all friendly and I was seen sooner than I would be at my own PCP I only made it a point to rate this place because the people who have posted bad reviews must be full of it. Only suggestion I can give you is that the parking is near the south side of the building.

Positive experience: My experience with my visit was very good. Everyone I met was very friendly and professional. Receptionist was very friendly, Jeremy made me feel very at ease. He calmed my nerves with his friendliness. Dr. Dennis, Again very professional. Took her time and ask questions For physical. My only complaint would be the musty smell of the building in general.

Fantastic experience: After reading these reviews, i was prepared for a bad day. Completely opposite actually happened. Went in for a drug screen, filled out a paper and signed in, everyone was nice. Whole thing took about 20 minutes.

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience with IWIRC. I had to do drug screen/fingerprinting and get a TDAP, and varicella titer. During my blood draw I started to feel sick and like I was about to go down but two ladies took amazing care of me. I wish I could remember their names, but they were so nice and made me feel comfortable, and made sure I was safe to go. :)

Fantastic experience: I read previous reviews and was prepared for a bad experience. I was surprised to find the staff polite, professional and engaging. Everyone was awesome. I was determined to remember to write this review and set the record straight. Evidently only people who have trouble, for whatever reason, write reviews. My advice is, don't be impatient, don't have an attitude and do treat people nice. A smile never hurts either. These people do their job and do it well. My thanks goes out to them. Awesome staff.
