Fantastic experience: I have been having PT for years for chronic pain but recently I was sent to a new place and it wonderful- I actually feel like I am healing my body for the first time- The OT doctors are amazing- and everyone in the office has been nothing but supportive- all the assistants and office staff are proactive and helpful-

Positive experience: This place is pretty good. I have had PT a lot in my life and Anne was really attentive and gave good treatment. The PT assistants (I can't remember their names) were not very good and didn't seem knowledgeable. When I let them know that I couldn't do what they were asking they dismissed it and continued to try to get me to do things I couldn't. It was apparent that I was just a folder to them, not a patient. Be an advocate for yourself and ask for Anne.

Negative experience: Giving another 1 star because they removed my negative review of Able Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I limped into able physical therapy. After just one visit, my limp was gone. My doctors were wanting to replace my hip and now, just after a month or so of therapy, my hip is pretty close to being back to normal. The therapist as well as the ladies working in the front office have been nothing short of amazing! I appreciate everyone of the employee's that run able physical therapy in pomona! And am extremely grateful to you all! Thank you so much! And all you haters out there writing bad reviews, maybe you aught to check your attitude and appreciate the hard work these people do to make us all feel better!

Negative experience: Terrible, I call a young lady answers with please hold and hangs up. Unprofessional, take my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Took my son to this place three times, unpleasant experience. Find another place if you have choice.

Fantastic experience: First off the staff here are amazing!!! Had a knee replacement and love coming to physical therapy. Christina is my PT and really cares about getting me back up on my feet. I recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I was happy with my visit today (February 15, 2021). It was my bad for being late and they did not make a big deal out of it. The person who took me in was welcoming and friendly

Fantastic experience: It may not be the top of the physical therapy like other places I've been to, but the employee there are the best!! Especially Bobbie she awesome!! If you have a question or a problem she will try to answer them!! The staff is very helpful and positive!!! Thank you all for working your timeless hours helping us injured people!!!

Negative experience: This place is super unprofessional. Bobby is so rude to everyone and yells at all the staff members. Management could use alott of work. All the staff run around and dont get anyting done. The clinic always smells bad. I would not recommend it anyone trying to work there.

Negative experience: this people u say good morning they dont answer you..and then they expect you to translate for other people..sorry but I dont get paid to translate for you. that's your job..so you need to hire more people to translate for you or dont get into this line of work.
