Negative experience: Muy mal , estoy en silla de ruedas estuve una hora completa esperando y resulta que las recepcionistas incompetentes nisiquiera me anotaron ni llevaron mi expediente para ser atendida, 6 personas que llegaron mucho después de yo fueron atendidas antes y cuando me acerque a la recepción se culpaban unas a otras y nadie sabia nada. Estoy decepcionada mi salud es muy delicada recientemente recibi transfusiónes de sangre me tuvieron una hora completa rodeada de enfermos por suerte traía mi equipo de cuidados y mi cubreboca. fueron INCOMPETENTES NEGLIGENTES E IRRESPONSABLES conmigo. Tuve que marcharme y perdí mi cita.

Fantastic experience: Juliet was one of the sweetest doctors there amongst others, great work at Drawing my blood and very nice. The Service was amazing and felt like I was in good hands, love the staff ♡♡♡♡

Negative experience: This place should be sued for malpractice! I am on anti-depressants and received a call from my pharmacy that the physician who prescribed them was not returning their calls to authorize a refill. So I called to find out why the call was not being returned. I was told that they want me to see a behavioral health specialist to give me more meds. I advised them I just had major back surgery & was on mandatory bedrest for the time being. I just needed 1 more refill to get me through my bedrest & promised I would see Behavioral Health as soon as I was back on my feet. I was told they would ask the physician if it would be possible for me to get a refill & would call me back to let me know. The following week, I have been off my meds for 3 days now and I call to see what the status is since NO ONE CALLED ME BACK...AGAIN! Now I am told that they have made my medication INACTIVE! They were supposed to see if I could get just 1 refill & call me back, but instead made the medication inactive. They obviously don't care about their patient's health or wellbeing! They don't know how to return calls, they are negligent and they couldn't possibly care less!

Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter here for her first adult blood draw, Juliet Nunez was super sweet and gentle. Made the whole process quick and easy. My daughter didn’t even feel it (crazy but true!) the whole staff is always super inviting and helpful. 10 out of 10. Will always come here for our health needs.

Negative experience: Im very disappointed, this clinic is not a low income and don’t help low-income patients. They asked for your income and they say you will be on low-income , but it’s not truth, it looks like they charge you a lot more. Also as a cash patient this people over charge you. Im moving to a different clinic, I don’t want to dealing with this ripp off clinic. SHAME ON THIS CLINIC

Referrals for specialist are top notch and Doctors here are informative and caring, as is all the staff and assists especially MA II Juliet N. Who was terrific, kind, and great at her job. Fantastic experience: I had a visit for blood work today and Ms Juliet assisted me and she was great! She was very informative we spoke about which of my veins were normally used for taking blood and she told me she felt another vein where she could take blood and which needles she would use. I was nervous at first but she made me feel very comfortable and secure. I appreciated her warmth and welcoming nature. Thank you Juliet! God bless you♥️

We had a nurse whose name was Juliet I believe, she’s the absolute sweetest! Every time we go in, she’s been very attentive and caring. My family and I always have a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I recently came in for an appointment and I’m new to the area so this was my first time coming into SCMC so I was hoping the process would be smooth and thankfully it was. The staff was kind and attentive as soon as I checked in. I was helped by an Awesome nurse named Juliet, she was informative, helpful and made my appointment very smooth and easy. She was great!! No one likes going to the Doctor but Now I’m looking forward to future visits if this is the kind of service that is given.

Fantastic experience: My experience at SCMC was nothing but enjoyable. While it is not fun to go to the doctors office, it’s definitely a necessity, and they made things extremely easy for me. Great service with great personalities. I was late to do my labs and Ms. Julie Nunez (I hope I remembered her name correctly ‍) made an exception for me! Kept the labs open just for me . Definitely glad to be getting my healthcare from these ladies! (And a few gents ).
