PVHMC Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation - La Verne

Fantastic experience: The word EXCELLENT is not enough to describe the super attention given tp me during my therapy sessions. The receptionists and all therapy associates were very attentive. Now I can walk up and down stairs, my legs are no longer experiencing stiffness, and my knee pain has gone from a level of 8 down to 1. I have learned quite a few tips for simple home exercises. Thanks

Negative experience: Making an appointment was terrible. The office staff are not friendly or helpful at all.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing water therapy there for several weeks. The therapist are amazing!! They have helped me so much. I just got a referral for there wellness plan now I get to continue at a discounted rate. I can go two times a week for 60.00 a month. I can’t wait to go back for two x’s weekly instead of just once a week. I am really shocked at the reviews. Everyone there has been so helpful and amazing. From the front desk to the therapist. I am super blessed to be able to go there.

Negative experience: walked in trying to make appointent, the lady on the left side told me to wait, she was doing paper work, left me standing there like fool, really bad feeling. needs customer training. will not go there for sure.

Negative experience: All staff in La Verne are excellent, except in front customer service (a lady on the left side) isn't qualified in dealing with visitors, It happened today December 15, 2020 between 9:30 am to 11:30 am

Fantastic experience: This is their newest Physical therapy center. They have a very nice pool water therapy, for rehabilitating from surgery or pain management.

Fantastic experience: This is really a great place to go for physical therapy and especially the aquatic physical therapy where the pool is. I really believe that this is going to help a lot. Very very friendly.

Negative experience: Called and left a message, I never received a call back. I just read the response, interesting that they want me to email them now, rather than return my call. Why not just return the call like most business do.
