Fantastic experience: I have always loved Pomona Valley Hospital! I am the 3rd generation of 5generations and I have never wanted to go to any other hospital. I like the Pomona Hospital since you have been putting the Mont Vista one closer to go to now, but if any surgery is needed I have PVH. I have a new doctor and he is very good. But I miss the one I had for 42years. He was GREAT. DR. Styles. Thank you I had him . Every one of your people who work are always so nice and help so NEAT. From when I was born there and I am now 80years old!!

Fantastic experience: Stopped by for labs. The sign in kiosks help to keep things moving.

Negative experience: Tried making an appointment due to sinus infection and to check on my asthma. Apparently, having asthma means you have COVID-19. The lady on the phone today was very rude. 15 minute wait time to speak to someone and another 10 of nothing but the run around. Save your time and find another doctors office.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about the care here. I was a patient of Dr Holsteins for 24 years and would still be if I would continue the 45 minute drive.

Fantastic experience: My 3 yr old daughter was ill with a cold for a couple days with worsening symptoms. Persistent cough, thick phlegm, and a mild fever. We decided to take he to an urgent care. It was 12/23/2017- the the day before Christmas Eve. We are located in the city of Ontario so Chino Hills seemed closer... We went to both affiliated Pomona Valley Health Center locations in Chino Hills and both were CLOSED! My husband suggested we attempt Claremont location, so we headed that way. It was easy to locate and it was OPEN! Check in was ok, like any other urgent care/ER check in... But I was mostly impressed with the back office staff. As a mother, I was mostly worried about how my ill daughter would react to the office staff and the attending doctor but they were so good with her! We were assisted by Mauricio and Dr. Dana Homer. The experience brought us so much comfort. Mauricio had a way with kids and even offered a coloring book. Dr. Homer, came in and right away made my lil one feel comfortable. She gave my daughter a thorough check and immediately identified my daughter had the Left lobe pneumonia, in which she immediately called in antibiotics, an inhaler, along with a mask. She gave us detailed instructions and took her time with us. It was such a good experience and we truly appreciate it. I would HIGHLY recommend any parent to access this urgent care if there lil ones are ill... They great with kids!!!
