Fantastic experience: New to Highbar Phyical Therapy and very happy with my decision! It’s located on the East Side of Providence, has its own parking lot and appts can be made on line, in person or over the phone. They try to schedule you with the same therapist which I like since everyone has their own way of doing things. Very pleased with Brian who is very professional and helpful. He asks questions about how you’re progressing and answers all of my questions. Seeing improvement already

Fantastic experience: Excellent PT as usual (my 2nd course of treatment). Focused treatment exercises which worked to resolve condition. Also important effective teaching on use of EMS electronic therapy on atrophied calf resulting from spinal stenosis.

Fantastic experience: Ryan is exceptional at what he does. I've worked with several other staff members here, and while they are all amazing and provide great service, Ryan truly stood out. He quickly identified the issue and provided the tools I needed to manage my situation. As a makeup artist, my posture is crucial, and High Bar Physical Therapy has been instrumental in addressing my needs. Thanks to Ryan, my issue is now under control. I am incredibly grateful for his help and will continue to seek his expertise wherever he goes!

Fantastic experience: Mariah Ramsey, my physical therapist at the Seekonk St Highbar office, is just amazing. Not only did she help reduce my back pain, she is helping me become more stable and stronger. I could barely tie my sneakers when I started and today, a little over a month later, I was able to work for 3 hours in my garden— lifting, raking and planting. I still have a little way to go but I feel in the best hands! I feel grateful and relieved to have her both her kindness and professional expertise.

The physiotherapists are well-trained and responsive to client needs and concerns, as are the exercise assistants. I feel monitored with compassion and encouragement. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Highbar with all staff, leader Alwxanfra, John, Isabel, Ethan and Rachel. In about two months my pain level went from a 10 to a 1, and I am no longer thinking about hip surgery. I left with. Comprehensive home program of stretches and exercises that I do at home. A very well run operation over all.

Fantastic experience: Conor Bray helped me with a pinched nerve in my neck that also affected my shoulder and arm. His expertise helped to resolved the condition, and his insight and skill helped me understand my posture and the mechanics of how I carry myself. I received great care. The Highbar facility is wonderful, but only works because of therapists like Conor. He's a marvel. I will return to him if I need P/T in future. I also wish to note that the folks behind the front desk were always friendly and efficient. They were a pleasure.

Fantastic experience: I chose Highbar after researching multiple physical therapy options. Once I selected Highbar the process to set up physical therapy sessions was quite easy. The physical therapist I that worked with(Nick/Jon) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my therapy sessions. Fantastic experience: My experience at this place, Highbar and earlier, Performance Physical Therapy was important and the reason that I am now back to walking and other activities after joint replacement surgeries with my hip and later my knee. They even cured or helped me cope with severe vertigo that sent me to them in the first place for their help in showing me how to manage the symptoms should they occur again. I am very grateful for the professional and compassionate care I received. Even when the therapy was painful, talking me through the exercises and what was happening with muscles long dormant but now waking up to do the work needed from them, I kept with it and they were right, I did get better. Thank you Connor Bray and all the therapists at Highbar.

Fantastic experience: Staff very friendly from receptionist to therapist everyone was welcoming.after many weeks of intense sessions it was obvious that my situation was beyond therapy and my therapist suggested I consult an orthopedic rather than simply continue physical therapy. Positive experience: My experience at Performance with my physical therapist wasn't great. Throughout my sessions, I found that I received very limited attention from him. Typically, I would only get around 10 minutes of his undivided focus, and was often paired with a volunteer in training who seemed overwhelmed by managing multiple clients at once. While I must acknowledge the incredible efforts of my trainer and the volunteers, their workload with other patients left them with little time to offer dedicated care and attention to each individual. Considering that they bill you for 45-minute sessions, I had hoped for a more thorough and attentive approach. During those 45 minutes, the primary focus should have been on my body, form, and exercises, rather than multitasking and rushing between different clients at once. Most of the time I felt I was left to figure most things out on my own.

He has a quirky sense of humor, but even that was a good part of the therapy. I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. Everyone on John's team who worked with me (Jonathan, Rachel, Caitlin) were just great. They all helped me heal to a very satisfactory level. I am so grateful I found Highbar, and was admitted to the service! I can dance again!

I have had a positive experience from the moment I spoke to Felicia on the phone, to meeting the different Exercise Specialists, Rachel, Sarah and Alyssa, who are all amazing! Allie has been my DPT both times and she is fantastic. She has a great personality, asks all the right questions, and works well with me to help me understand how to improve my condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great group of providers!

Initially my Primary Care physician recommend them, and when I developed this shoulder problem she suggested I contact Performance Physical Therapy - Providence again. My shoulder is improving under the guidance and ministrations of my Physical Therapist Alexandra. You can not go wrong, and will ultimately feel better when you select Performance Physical Therapy - Providence.
