Fantastic experience: The staff at Highbar - North Providence is great, especially Will Hilton. The other staff (Jake, Mike & Martha) were always encouraging and helpful. I appreciate all their support and guidance with my recovery. They came up with a great plan, that pushed and challenged me, in-order to help strengthen my shoulder before and after having rotator cuff surgery. Fantastic experience: I came into Physical Therapy at a plateau in my recovery after a car accident 3 months prior with ongoing soreness and stiffness that chiropractic care didn’t resolve. The discomfort on a daily basis limited my work ability and life. The staff at Highbar received me without issue and helped me to get better! Fantastic experience: While Recovering from a fractured hip they were very attentive to my individual needs and concerns. I went in using a walker able to place only 50% of my weight on my leg and within 3-4 sessions I progressed to 100% weight on my leg with a cane. After a few more session I am no longer using a cane. After therapy for my fractured hip I was in great shape for a scheduled hip replacement in early March. The care and attention given to me by Rachel & Stephanie during my therapy prior to my hip surgery greatly reduced the amount of therapy required after surgery. Starting mid April the same care & attention was given to me twice a week for 6 weeks by the same therapists & supporting staff. Throughout the enter process I always felt like they cared about me and not just going thru the motions.

Fantastic experience: Love, love, love this place!!! I have only been coming to Highbar for about a month and I cannot say enough great things about this place! I have made so much progress in so little time. All of the staff are so friendly and supportive.They make me feel comfortable and welcome. My physical therapist Mike is so knowledgeable and dedicated to his work-I couldn’t thank him enough! I really do feel like I’m in good hands here.This location has all different kinds of equipment and is always clean! I HATE exercise but somehow going to Highbar is the highlight of my week now. This by far one of my best experiences in healthcare. Thank you to Jake and all of his team in NP for all that you do!

(sorry if I spelled the last name wrong) he is a phenomenal person . He is a great listener . Personally to me a person who listens to you first and bases the care they give you within the radius of how you feel is number 1 to me. He always tell me how great I’m doing . He uplifts me . He pushes me to do my best without making me feel discouraged . He’s funny and is sympathetic and empathetic at the same time. You are always being watched by someone. I have never been left alone doing any exercises and I’ve never seen anyone else being left alone while they are being treated . I would recommend them to anyone who is in need . They give you what they call homework . A Print out of exercise to do at home too.

Fantastic experience: I had my second hip replaced in August and started PT a few weeks later. I have the pleasure working with Rachel and a few of the other outstanding PT's. Rachel is the best Doctor of PT I have ever worked with. She knows the body and works with you where you are at. She gives you grace when a movement is difficult and goes about PT very holistically. I have also worked with Amanda and a few of the other team members. They are all kind and helpful. They encourage in a nice way. It is clean, nice environment and you can tell all the staff work well together and like each other. I would recommend to anyone needing PT.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience and results at Highbar. They have a lot of staff turnover (which seems like it might be typical of the industry) but consistently bring in great team members who do a great job despite being an extremely busy building.

They helped me get back into being able to run pretty quick and it's not this long drawn out process. They work with you very closely and make sure you understand what's what. Fantastic experience: Just had my knee replaced at the ripe age of 40 and this crew has been excellent in getting me to where I need to be. Rachel caters the PT to your body and what you need. Nick & Grace were excellent too and I wish I knew the rest of their names because even if I didn’t work with them personally they were all so friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. The two ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and accommodating as well! Great spot, great personality within the crew.

I've seen 5 different therapists. 2 out the 5 actually helped. And actually did a hands on approach. Kathryn Pereira at the North Providence location is 1 of them. She is amazing and knows what she's doing. She has carefully listened to me and has actually helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. I hope I don't have another injury for a long time. But if I do there is no question where I will go for therapy.

From day one , my physical therapist / doctor, Will was attentive he took the time to listen and understand my concerns and worked with me each visit to ensure I was receiving individualized care and results . Thanks to Will I was able to exceed my therapy goals and ultimately avoid surgery . I couldn’t be happier / more thankful . Fantastic experience: After having surgery on my left foot, I worked with Ashley Cummings to regain strength and agility in my foot, particularly my big toe. Upon meeting Ashley, she established a detailed plan for working together to improve the mobility in my foot. She also provided exercises that I could do at home to speed up my recovery. I found Ashley to be very professional and empathetic. She was a great resource for all of my questions. I would highly recommend Ashley Cummings as your physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with my experience at the facility. I went there with low expectations because of my physical diagnoses, but Jake taught me something I could do at home every session I had with him and Stephanie always made me feel better by the time my session was over. I would definitely go there again if I have a need for this service.
