Fantastic experience: Provo Rehab has such a great team! The collaboration between the nursing staff and respiratory team has been so amazing! 10/10!

Negative experience: As you can see - this place has hurt a lot of people. I would not bring my loved one here under circumstance as I believe it’s dangerous. Patients are not cared for to standard and they are neglected. My mother got worse due to lack of care here. They won’t answer their phone and their staff is not trained. It makes me sick.

Fantastic experience: I work with a Cardinal Caregivers and had the opportunity to meet the staff here. They were all willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were helped, and when we met with the staff they were so nice and willing to talk. Amazing staff!

Fantastic experience: The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and skilled, always going above and beyond to ensure comfort and well-being. The nurses and therapists were knowledgeable and worked to create a personalized care plan that made a significant difference in recovery. The facility is welcoming, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about their residents.

Negative experience: They placed my grandfather in the wrong unit when he was supposed to be in memory care—even when a few of the nurses were complaining that he needed it. The staff also continuously ignored us when we tried to alert them to medical problems pertaining to him. He was there less than a month, and had 3-4 falls, and ended up in the emergency room twice. We also had to ask them repeatedly to keep him bathed and clean. He ended up passing away from sepsis that developed during their care.

Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience working at this skilled nursing facility in Provo. The staff is caring, the environment is positive, and it's clear that everyone is committed to providing excellent care for the residents. I feel lucky to be part of such a dedicated team!

Negative experience: My grandmother left this facility in worse condition than when she arrived. This place is designed to extract as much money as possible from insurance companies. Rehabilitation and therapy are secondary to the primary motive of profiting from the suffering, pain, and loss of mobility of their patients. My grandmother, who was suffering from a UTI, was sent to this facility for nine weeks. During her stay, she lost all mobility. At 84 years old and with advanced vascular dementia, there was no recovery. I called the facility over 50 times to coordinate with therapists, administrators, and nurses. There was a complete lack of coordination among them. Therapists did not communicate with nurses, nurses did not communicate with administrators, and administrators did not communicate with anyone. Mary, the discharge coordinator, was never in the office when I called. I left over six messages, and not once did I receive a call back. My grandmother repeatedly fell out of bed, yet the nurses refused to install a barrier to prevent her from falling at night. She came home bruised, swollen, and red all over her body and face. I cannot even see my Grandmothers face. She contracted shingles, came home soiled, and unbathed. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. THIS IS A CORRUPT, EVIL, VILE, INCOMPETENT, AND GREEDY BUSINESS.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this location on and off for years. I have seen lots of good improvements here in that time. The building is more beautiful on the inside! The staff respond timely and are kind. Therapy is top notch! I've always enjoyed the large fish tanks.

The staff at this facility were able to accommodate our patient the same day and made the transition seamless. We appreciate the hard work that it took to make this happen. Negative experience: Trying to call this place is a joke. Trying to obtain W2’s and they won’t give them. WTH.. do better Provo Rehab and hand over past employees W2’s!!!!

Negative experience: Do not send your loved ones here. My grandmother was recently sent here and she has declined way more than when she was initially admitted. Her mental state has severely been affected by the treatment and care she has received. Don’t do it.

Fantastic experience: I want to Thank All the nurses that helped my brother for over 4 years. They are the heart and soul of care and understanding. I call them angels here on Earth. Jose who cleans the floors became a bright light every morning with his happy attitude. A cleaning lady who I do not know her name cleaned and took care of my brother. She is an angel as well. Thank you goes out to the staff! Thank you Everyone for taking such good care of my brother!

Negative experience: If your loved one needs actual medical care in any way, I’m not sure this place is really the safest route as most goes ignored by the nurses and the doctor they can never get ahold of. The CNA’s were prompt, but the efficiency was a little off like after going to the bathroom they didn’t clean up the patient properly so I would have to do it. Some hallways smell like total piss. There was mixed feelings about this place as a lot should be improved, but everyone was nice, except the front desk girl. I however, dislike that so many employees leave false reviews as loved ones navigate a difficult decision it should be based on honest reviews from patients and families involved, not employees to win prizes. I will say my moms condition worsened each day while in their care. She was losing it mentally as well. The day I got her out of there is when I started to see improvement, and she is doing better than she has the last year and a half.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Provo Rehabilitation. The admin here cares deeply about their residents and staff. Therapy is also very intentional and focused on getting your loved ones back home. Also, call lights are answered quickly and the food is great!

Fantastic experience: I worked here for 5 years in a few positions. The staff is beyond dedicated, the residents have become family, the family become a priority to address concerns and issues. Healthcare is a difficult world for anyone to be in, employee or patient. Unseen hours go into improving and bettering the lives of these residents. Nowhere is perfect, but Provo Rehab come close! I cried moving away from this facility and would return back in a heart beat. This is where I was given endless opportunity to learn and grow my love for healthcare!!

I’ve been in a couple so I do have some something to compare it against. the nursing care is very lovely, I have met people that I will cherish all my life. the food is good. being in here is just tough on anyone but it’s the reason you’re here. the therapists work hard to get you better. Two years and traveling.. pr has me on a permanent journey, join me ? I love it here.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are kind, helpful and have the best interest of the residents as a top priority. So grateful we have places like Provo Nursing and Rehab to provide the difficult care for our loved ones that most of us want to, but unfortunately are unable to!

Fantastic experience: There is a huge focus on constant improvement and growth at this facility - for staff and patients. Most of the CNAs here are current pre-nursing, nursing and pre-med students. They are driven to learn, energetic, caring, and really work hard. There is a lot of support from administration. I have personally seen almost every one of our administrators get up from their desk, put on scrubs, and come help out on the floor when needed. Staffing can be hard at times, but Every. Single. Care facility has that problem, not just ours. You’re going to find what you want at any facility.

Fantastic experience: I have loved working at Provo Rehab & Nursing. The staff are incredible and they absolutely love our residents. Such a supportive team! It is by far the best place I have ever worked. The CNAs and nurses are kind and supportive and truly love the residents they take care of. I would definitely recommend Provo Rehab!

Negative experience: Never send any of your family members here. The patients always leave with horrendous pressure sores and many more problems than they had going in and end up right back in the hospital. You could ask anyone that works in healthcare that Provo rehab will always be the number one place not to go without hesitation. I am so disappointed in the patients care.
