I was able to run (which is something I enjoy very much), and walking without shoes was very painful. I went to 2 different doctors and was frustrated by the answers I got. One being that I would just have to wear orthotics for the rest of my life anytime I walked. But after meeting with Dr. Ludlow and had one shockwave therapy appointment, I felt a difference. And after my cycles of shockwave I was pain free and have been now being a year later. And back to doing what I love!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had several years of SI and sciatic pain in my lower back and shockwave therapy seems to be the only thing that helps. I’ve tried all other types of therapy and chiropractic that doesn’t work as well as this does. All I could say is, I wish I lived closer, but the drive is worth it.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe illness that included chronic pain, loss of mobility, extreme weight loss and muscle wasting, difficulty with eating, orthostatic tachycardia with syncope, neuropathy, digestive issues, allergies and brain fog. In the past, I would use supplements, exercise and good food to support and heal my body. However, I had such a severe reaction to everything I would eat, drink or even smell that nothing was helping. Medications only made my symptoms worse. I was bed bound and exercise intolerant due to my fast heart rate and passing out. I began hyperbaric treatment at home and started seeing improvement almost immediately. After a few days of treatment, I was told that I looked like I had color back in my face and we had hope that I was going to live. I became easier to eat and I started to become stronger. The pain I experienced would have a lot of relief with each treatment. After four months of treatment I was pleased to be relieved of my POTS symptoms. My cardiologist was also pleased to see such improvement as he recommended the hyperbaric treatment. Everything continued to improve. After about ten months of treatments I am able to walk without mobility aids, I’m eating well, my weight is normal, I am able to do daily activities and exercise without tachycardia. My mental clarity and digestion have significantly improved. I’m so grateful to Stronglife Physiotherapy. They are great to work with and have been so helpful and kind. I hope my story helps someone else that may be struggling with similar issues.

Fantastic experience: I started using the hyperbaric chamber 5days a week after I left the hospital with 3rd grade 4th stage breast and back cancer with 2 fractured disks from the cancer …I couldn’t walk without assistance and was in an extreme amount of pain…after 1 treatment I could walk to my car alone….3 weeks later, we purchased a chamber to have at my home… I continue to get the chamber 5 to 6 days a week. Jumping forward after two treatments, my chemo was cut in half because my numbers dropped 900% and my breast tumor was completely gone…… My hair started growing back in before it all fell out… I didn’t have to have a mastectomy or surgery on my back which is huge… My side effects from chemo are minimal and I am walking like I never had a broken back and with no pain… I was cancer free 4 1/2 months after it all started and my numbers continue to keep dropping lower than they’ve ever been. I am on a maintenance shot which I continue to get in the hyperbaric chamber to prevent maintenance from harming my body. This truly has been a blessing in my life, and I would share it with anyone because of the miracle it’s been to me and how it helped my body to heal like it never would have alone. I have energy and feel better than I have I a very long time. I will regularly use the chamber for the rest of my life. Also Joanna and Dr Ludlow are amazing people passionate about their work and go above and beyond to help others!!!

Fantastic experience: My mother in law Diane Walker was introduced to Stronglife Physiotherapy about 2 months ago. She has been dealing with chronic back pain for the past 6 years. She tried a pain stimulator, which didn’t work. She the tried a pain pump which did not work. The Drs. have had her taking pain medication, which did not help either. She began using the hyperbaric chamber 2 months ago after her daughters success use after finding out she had breast cancer. For the past 2 weeks Diane underwent 10 treatments with the pain scrambler. She can now stand up straight and is pain free. Fantastic experience: I broke my pelvis over 10 years ago and have dealt with pain since then. I jumped at the chance to see if this treatment was the answer to my prayers. I felt like a new person after the first few sessions. I wasn't so worn out by the afternoon. By the time my treatments were done, I still felt pretty good. Better than I was before. I can't say that I'm 100% better or pain free but I do feel better than before I started the treatment. The staff and AJ were great and answered any of my questions. I had seen AJ prior for another condition and will continue to see him for anything else in the future.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ludlow is a miracle worker!!! I seriously struggled with plantar fasciitis for 9 months trying all sorts of things that had worked when I had it in previous years. Nothing was helping and I was starting to think I’d always just have severe pain in my foot forever. Then I found out about him and gave the shock wave therapy a try. After just the first session there was a noticeable difference, but after about 7 sessions it was totally healed! That (left) foot has remained great ever since, but I’m back seeing him now for help with my right foot. My mom saw him for the same problem and she feels the same way I do. I recommend him to others all the time!! He saved me- he’s really awesome!

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering for months with what I learned was plantar fasciitis. I went to a podiatrist who sold me on shoe inserts and different shoes. No results. He said they have surgery options also. My wife had surgery on each of her feet and really was not excited at all about that option. I saw this physiotherapy for this condition and thought what the heck. Non invasive and painless. I was skeptical. After only a few treatments along with some stretches I noticed a difference. Now 5 months later I am super pleased with the results.

Fantastic experience: In the spring of 2023, I was diagnosed with Long Covid and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), a form of dysautonomia. At the time, I had seen dozens of doctors and was a patient at a Long Covid clinic. He used dry needling technique and at first I was apprehensive but, my back feel amazing after. I highly recommend dry needling. Fantastic experience: I went to AJ with a old nagging ankle injury in which I could not get consistent relief. He preformed ASTYM to my ankle and I could immediately tell the difference in range of motion and pain after the first visit. After a few visits I no longer had pain and it has not returned. He did so well with my ankle pain that I asked him if he could do anything about TMJ dysfunction. He preformed dry needling and it dramatically decreased the pain and headaches that I was having. I would highly recommend AJ and will give him a call if anything else comes up.

Fantastic experience: I've experienced joint pain and dysfunction for as long as I can remember. In a particularly bad flare up, I hobbled into the office hardly able to move and upon treatment left with significant increase in mobility and relief of tension and pain. Fantastic experience: I had a bad case of planter fasciitis strike at the end of a pickleball tournament my wife and I were in. Afterwards, pretty severe pain lingered for several weeks. I had a hard time walking and it just didn’t get better. I contacted Stronglife after seeing an ad on Facebook. During my first visit with Dr. Ludlow, he started a pulse treatment on my heel. My pain subsided significantly and I was able to walk a lot easier. I noticed a big difference. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Stronglife Physiotherapy as possible way to resolve my long term chronic neck and shoulder pain. AJ recommended we utilize the sonic wave therapy and dry needling, as well as at-home low intensity exercises. I met with him weekly for a period of 5 weeks to have these procedures done. From the first visit I could feel an improvement. This improvement continued throughout the time I worked with AJ. Some weeks saw a great improvement in pain reduction, and other weeks saw only a minor improvement, but each week was an improvement on the last. Now, 3 weeks after my last visit, the pain that I have suffered with for years is only just noticeable (only when I think about it), range of motion has increased, and I can sleep pain free at night. The procedures were very comfortable and honestly, felt quite soothing at the time. AJ is a great listener and is intent on finding out exactly what hurts and where. I can seriously recommend Stronglife as a way to get the body healing and working well again. Extremely satisfied with the results and AJ's professionalism and demeanour.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Stronglife Physiology was great! I have been suffering with Achilles Tendonitis for quite sometime and wanted to try Shockwave Therapy. AJ was so knowledgeable about the process and the treatments seemed to have helped so much! I highly recommend him to anyone who is in pain.

Fantastic experience: I came in with feet that were going numb when I walked and were causing pain. I have been to a foot doctor with no relief. I had metatarsal pain as well as some plantar fasciitis. I received five treatments of shockwave therapy. After the first session I was able to run again and the numbness and pain were greatly diminished. It has continued to improve after each session. I highly recommend as an alternative to main stream treatments of cortisone shots and steroids. I will say that I also got some insoles in my shoes and feel that was helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely come here! I had plantar fasciitis in one foot and tarsal tunnel syndrome in my other foot, had been to 3 different podiatrists, 2 physical therapists, and after 6 months of pain (it got to the point I couldn't walk .3 miles without my feet killing for the rest of the day) my friend told me about shockwave therapy and so I gave AJ a call because he was the most affordable option and had insane reviews. The PT and podiatrists had me in orthotics 24/7, icing multiple times a day, and my feet got progressively worse. Dr. Ludlow however, gave me highly effective exercises and stretches, told me the science of why icing won't help at all, took away my orthotics, and has helped strengthen my feet so that this won't happen again. Orthotics are just a crutch for life. I did 5 sessions of shockwave therapy and I never feel the burning sensation from my nerves from tarsal tunnel syndrome (which podiatrists/PT said nerves are finicky and it'd probably take a year or more to heal) and the snapping and pain of my plantar fasciitis in almost gone. Dr. Ludlow is helping me ease back into exercise so that my feet can continue to heal and become stronger at the same time. I can walk 3 miles easy (working up to getting back up to speed so I don't injure it again), jump, jog lightly in place, without any pain. In a month and a half I went from barely walking, to jumping, walking long distances, and pain free. He was so knowledgable, kind, and really cared about me and my progression. He went above and beyond. Shockwave and his program is the only way to go. DO IT. I was desperate and he delivered.

Fantastic experience: I’m very grateful to God for Dr. Ludlow. He is amazing! I have been to 4 Physical Therapists and 3 Chiropractors but have never gotten the results that I got with 1 treatment from Dr. Ludlow. He knows what he is doing. I have two pinched nerves which create a lot of pain in my left leg. I have a mild herniation and a compressed disc which create pain when I sit and stand for more than 10 minutes. Since I started my treatment with Dr. Ludlow, I have seen great results. My Doctors at the Intermountain Hospital are surprised by my improvement because I’ve been doing treatments with them for more than 6 months with little result. Now that I’m getting help from Dr. Ludlow I am able to stand and sit for longer periods of time without pain. He is very kind, very knowledgeable and very patient. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Hi AJ! Just want to let you know how much shockwave therapy helped with my plantar fasciitis. I had a severe case and tried all kinds of things, from icing, stretching, special socks, special shoes and physical therapy. Steroid shots helped but were only temporary. I wasn’t sure at first, but the shockwave therapy has had very positive, long lasting results. I don’t even think about my feet much anymore unless I wear a pair of shoes that aren’t the best. Fantastic experience: I’ve struggle with plantar fasciitis for a while and tried so many other things that helped but they weren’t a true fix. The shockwave treatment that AJ does has proven to be a real fix to my plantar fasciitis. I never even had to take a break from running which was a big deal to me because I run competitively. Fantastic experience: I have had foot problems for years. I have neuromas in both feet and had also developed Plantar Fasciitis. I had surgery on one of the neuromas but it didn't help much and the scar tissue still made it painful. My podiatrist suggested surgery for my Plantar Fasciitis but I was hesitant to go that route again. I started trying all the other non-surgical suggestions with arch supports, stretching, exercises, ice, braces, massage, etc. Nothing seemed to really work. We were planning a three week trip to visit the big cities on the East Coast where we would be walking miles and miles each day. I knew walking was going to be very painful. We found AJ just in time. I had five visits with AJ before we left on our vacation. He did Shockwave therapy on all of my problem areas. It helped so much! Fantastic experience: I’ve had Plantar Fasciitis for 3 years. I tried physical therapy, dry needeling, massage, all the stretching and things doctors say help but nothing helped. Even stopping the running didn’t help. I did cut back on running mileage and the also tried Shockwave therapy that Strongs advertises.. I had 5 treatments and I felt a difference after one treatment. I am now up to running almost 12 miles on my long run with no pain. I did the shockwave and the stretches he said to do. I’m so glad I gave this a try!!

Fantastic experience: I had plantar fasciitis in both feet, and was very limited on what physical activities I could do and what shoes I could wear. I have tried all the things, stretching, the sock, rolling golf balls, icing, creams, taping, physical therapy... the only things I thought were left were a shot or surgery. Fantastic experience: AJ is great to work with. I went in for treatment of Plantar Fasciitis via Radial Shock Wave Therapy. He took the time for a free consultation, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. After that consult I felt he and I would be a good fit and boy am I glad I went back. I did 5 sessions with him and could feel my foot improving with each. He also gave home work to supplement the treatment. He spent time giving advice on other injuries that came up and has my well being and recovery ad his priority. When I inevitably get injured again I will return to Stronglife Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I went to AJ! One week before Christmas I woke up not being able to move my neck and AJ fixed it in one visit! He is very knowledgeable and up-to-date on all the best therapy methods. He goes above and beyond. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ludlow is the best physical therapist I have worked with over the years. Excellent for trail-runners/ultra-runners. The thing that separates him from every other PT I've been to is how good of a listener he is. He truly wants to understand his patients and their sports injuries opposed to other practitioners who are more assumptive on diagnosis. I went from being able to run only 2-3 miles with severe tendinopathy to months later finishing the Wasatch Front 100 (picture attached) with no pain/issues during the race. I highly recommend Dr. Ludlow to all fellow trail-runners // ultra-runners. He is incredibly experienced with chronic hip and hamstring injuries and leverages dry-needling and shockwave therapy to get athletes back to 100 percent. He is also probably the MOST experienced practitioner in the state leveraging shockwave therapy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! I came in with the worst neck pain. I couldn't move! After the dry needling and laser I felt significantly better and the next day I woke up pain free. I realized at about 10:00 the next morning that I had forgotten about it even!
