Fantastic experience: I recently gave birth and had the hardest time walking, moving and laying on my back on a flat surface. I tried physical therapy which helped with certain things, but didn't get to the route of the issue. The first session with Dr. Matt, I felt an IMMEDIATE difference. I could walk straight without waddling, I wasn't in as much pain, I could lift things again! I feel with every visit as of I am getting my body back. They also took the time to make sure it was safe to work on my neck (I have a congenital bone deformity in my neck). Also, they are prompt with their appts. I am never waiting for long periods of time. I drive from Lehi to come here because it really is the best.

Negative experience: I was optimistic about this place and my expectations were turned sour quickly and thoroughly. I thought the treatment would be thorough and helpful, and I had to ask about the charges on my account. Turns out each time i was there averaged $75 out of pocket each visit. I was disappointed that this wasn't communicated up front. After 3 months of not going because of the ROI, I just got a bill for $115+ even though I closed it out that day working to settle all of what I owed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gordon was thorough in his treatment of my back injury. The whole environment at the office was a pleasant experience. Using x-ray he was able to see where my neck and lower back were out of place and using state of the art techniques that aren't found in other chiropractic offices, he was able to get things re-aligned and I walked out of the office feeling like I had a whole new lightness to my step with my pelvis and hips working so much better. I hadn't realized just how bad I felt previously until my spine and pelvis were put back in order.

Fantastic experience: This place makes you feel like family! They take care of you like no other. Their priority it to get you feeling better and keeping you that way. They are not pushy at all. They have done extensive research about what machines to get that will actually help you heal after something happens to you. I have been treated by all three Drs and have been so impressed. I currently see Dr Gordon but Dr Devin and Matt are great as well. They have an after hours on call dr always too if you are in that much pain. We have had to use them for my husband one time. They are so kind from Jenny at the front desk to all of the other staff. I would and have recommended them to my friends and family! Fantastic experience: This is the best chiropractor I've been to in Provo. The office is clean and comfortable and the service is excellent. It's nice to go to a chiropractic clinic that has more than one piece of equipment to help with recovery and treatment. McClean Chiropractic has a room bigger than most chiropractor's offices filled with the stuff and they know how to use it effectively.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the McClean Clinic for a couple months now. I started when I was 36 weeks pregnant. It helped my back aches and I am still going there. They are very kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. Right after having my baby there were times where I had to call last second because I could no longer come due to a hungry baby. They graciously persisted I make another appointment later that day. Also there were times I only had a small time frame to come in and they made sure I was out on time. I see Gordon and he takes the time to hear you out and even gets to know you. I highly recommend coming here.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Matt McClean for a lower back issue that I have had for over five years. I have been to several other chiropractors, as well as two physical therapists with no progress on healing the problem. The first day I went in and saw Dr. Matt he identified the problem and had a simple exercise that would help to bring it back into alignment. He is very gentle in his adjustments, adjusts only what needs adjustment. My lower back is feeling great and I only go in when I feel like I need it. I also got some great orthotics and my feet feel great. To top it all off we don't have insurance that covers this and their cash price is very affordable. Fantastic experience: I've been to a few chiropractors and always felt like their offices were outdated, cheap, and like they were surviving on a shoestring budget. I've also felt like the doctors/staff were frankly a little hokey and even a little unscientific. They also asked all sorts of awkward and random - almost too personal/psychiatric - questions. I just want my back fixed! McClean Chiropractic is the OPPOSITE. As soon as I walked in I was honestly surprised. It's incredibly pleasant, clean, professional, classy, and modern. Yet, also very friendly at the same time! I hurt my back at work, and even though I've hurt my back before, this was by far the worst occurrence. The evaluation was thorough, everything was well explained, and then they got to work fixing it. Now obviously every person/situation is different, but my back felt almost 95% normal in less than a week after 3 visits. I'm a fan and have already recommended them to other friends and family members. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

They took such good care of me, that I became nervous that their quality of service may cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Fantastic experience: Dr. Gordon McClean is an excellent doctor who really cares about helping people. I came to Dr. McClean while on Christmas vacation in pain and feeling very anxious about an invasive surgery my doctor back home had advised to be my best option. After a minor car accident 3 years ago I have struggled with neck pain, stiffness, headaches, arm weakness and tingling. I have done physical therapy twice, been on medication regularly, tried steroid injection and facet numbing. Dr. McClean treated me for 12 consecutive days, even over the holidays, and has brought my symptoms and pain from an 8 down to a 0-1! The weakness in my left arm is significantly changed. He took the time to listen and share his expertise with all the many questions I had. He helped me get into another surgeons office in the area for a second opinion who also believed the surgery I was going home to have was too aggressive for my symptoms, MRI results, and age. I know that it is difficult to find a doctor that you can trust and the McClean Chiropractic doctors are exactly that.

Negative experience: We were billed for so many things we didn’t ask for. They’ll just tell you to go around and do certain things with the chiropractor that they can charge you on without receiving your permission and then a couple months later will send you a nice big bill. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: A full service chiropractor—they not only do an assessment (with X-rays) and make a plan to treat your symptoms, but every visit they have you adjusted, work on some exercises to support your pain areas, and utilize estem to help your muscles.

Positive experience: Wonderful adjustments. I just felt he was just going through the motions when I didn't want all the stuff that insurance dosen't cover. He did help with some genealogy information.

Fantastic experience: This is a great clinic! They worked with me when I was hurting so bad I would throw up if I sat upright. They take x-rays and looked at my brain MRI to help know how to treat me. I like their innovative technology for their posture correcting exercises. Overall, this is more than a simple chiropractic clinic.

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with horrible back and leg pain for months. I've had surgeons repeatedly reject me as a surgical candidate because my problems aren't obvious and then don't give any suggestions as to what to do. Dr. Matt McClean carefully evaluated all my symptoms, managed to get x-rays with my vertebrate out of place, referred me to an imaging center that could do a weight bearing MRI, and is working on convincing a surgeon to do that I need. His concern, understanding, and compassion have been a breath of fresh air while I've been in agony.

Fantastic experience: I was in a accident back in June of 2022 they have been awesome tending to my needs and helping me get better they are very caring and helpful they go at a pace that is appropriate for recovery and not making things worse. I also appreciated that Matt’s father, who started the business, is still practicing and was able to keep the appts for Matt when he had to quarantine for Covid. Fantastic experience: I was here in Utah on vacation and I had some pretty serious radicular pain down my left leg all day Sunday. I called Monday morning before they opened and got Sherri (not sure of the spelling) who was very nice and able to get me in right away. Dr. Matt McClean was very fast, thorough and professional. He took an x-ray and adjusted me as well as scheduled an MRI for later that evening. Went back Tuesday morning and found out I had a posterolateral disc herniation at the L5/S1 level. WOW! So glad I found McClean Chiropractic! ALL of the staff, from the receptionist to the assistants (even the new girl in training) to the doctor...EVERYONE was A+ top notch and I couldn't be more pleased! Negative experience: Poor staff and poor experience. Did not feel valued and felt like I was just there for their financial benefit. Was forced to take x rays and other unnecessary procedures, followed by a $250 fee nearly 3 months later.

Negative experience: I have seen many different chiropractors as I have moved around and this was by far the worst experience. I was charged a couple hundred of dollars for an appointment that usually costs me $35. Unneeded x-rays and physical therapy that was all forced on me without asking. Do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here fairly weekly for roughly 6 months due to some scoliosis and general work wear and tear. I’ve had upper back pains most of my life and didn’t know how much adjustments can help, the pain and stiffness has dwindled a good amount and I’ve had the adjustments done by every Doctor there and they all have had a good sense of how to correct and improve on my general pain and how to alleviate that as well as improve back movement. It’s been a good experience here the upfront cash prices are fair and reception lady is always caring and helpful to me as well!

Fantastic experience: I have been to several chiropractors around Utah county and I can say undoubtedly this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I am 6’4, 290 ibs and work out quite heavily, my body takes a little more effort to adjust as it is naturally larger than the average- add some muscle mass and I have some difficulty finding someone who could successfully work on me. The gentleman who worked on me was extremely friendly and kind, very accommodating and helpful. My accident revolved around a seated Barbell shoulder press with 250 ibs- someone bumped my weight while at full extension and it came crashing down in front of me. Since that day I wasn’t able to walk, sit, sleep, breathe, or lie down comfortably at all. Exercise was out of the question. I expressed my concerns and the doc took great care to ensure I didn’t have something like a slipped disc. He took x rays and even found some prior neck trauma I've been sporting for some time. I walked in as stiff as a board with my torso and head tilted-I couldn’t pivot at all. I walked out comfortably and standing straight. I know results vary with different injuries and treatments but this was one of the best results I could have asked for, which I believe was largely due to the professional treatment and care I received. 10/10 would go again. Negative experience: I threw out my back a few weeks ago and decided to go to see McClean Chiropractic for treatment. I could barely walk on my own, and had appointments every morning for a week, and each time I left in no better condition than when I “walked” in. After a week of treatments, they scheduled me for an MRI and Epidural. After talking with my mom, she suggested I get a second opinion before we spent the money on the treatment. I spoke with a family friend who also happened to be a chiropractor, and he recommended I schedule an appointment with a different doctor. I scheduled the appointment and canceled my treatments with McClean Chiropractic. Everything was fine, until the receptionist at McClean called me back after I had already canceled, asking why I would no longer be seeing them. I explained my situation, and she got defensive, prying for more information about my new appointments and treatment. She even began to ask about a friend of mine, who happened to be a former employee of McClean Chiropractic, and made assumptions about her and my decision to seek out a second opinion. I had no problems with McClean Chiropractic up until this phone call with the receptionist. Inappropriate, unprofessional, and frankly unfortunate that my experience with McClean Chiropractic ended in such a discourteous and upsetting manner.

Negative experience: I went there for simple back pain and was looking for exercises or things to prevent further pain and I felt like they just wanted me to come back for exercises that didn’t help and that I could do at home. I felt like it was a waste of money honestly and they just wanted money.

Negative experience: Just about as dissatisfied as possible. Threw my back out and was in a lot of pain. McClean put me through expensive x-rays and said I would need to come back regularly for treatment, possible surgery needed. I got a second opinion and was free of the severe pain after one $40 adjustment. I haven’t had trouble with my back since. Wouldn’t recommend McClean to anyone.

Negative experience: I've been going to McClean Chiropractic for the last few months. The chiropractors and massage therapists I have seen have been good, but the customer service and scheduling is awful! There is one receptionist in particular who is always kind of rude. This receptionist has hung up and me and THREE times she has told me she made an appointment for me, but when I show up it "isn't in the system". It isn't worth the hassle.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to McClean chiropractic’s for years for lower back issues, I won’t go anywhere else, these guys are absolutely the best! They start with x-rays so they knew what the problems are and how to address them. The adjustments and physical therapy is amazing and makes all the difference for me. They also offer massage therapy as well. Their facility and staff is very professional. Five stars for Dr. Devin and the whole McClean chiropractics group!

After my accident I was going to another chiropractor but they were not being honest with me and were not giving me all the care I needed to heal. Dr. McKlean listened to me, gave very good adjustments, as well as modern rehab equipment and physical therapy, massage, decompression, E Stem, and acupuncture. I thought I would never heal but under McKlean chiropractic’s care I feel so much better. If you are injured and want to make a full recovery this is the Chiropractor to go see!

They want to find out what the cause of pain is, diagnose correctly, and help you get better. I was terrified to try acupuncture and am now a believer that it actually works! Fantastic experience: I totaled my Chevy diesel last year and escaped without a scratch. A week or so later I noticed a dull pain and discomfort in my lower back, neck and shoulders which woke me in my sleep. Through the advice of a friend, I went to the McClean Chiropractic. The doctors were knowledgeable and more importantly dedicated to my rehabilitation and truly cared about my well-being and a staff that is equally generous and thoughtful. What I love most is that it’s a family owned business and has been for sometime. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about McClean Chiropractic. I was in a little fender bender but ended up having to get treatments for several months after and so I got to know the office pretty well. If I had to describe McLean Chiropractor in one word it would be Genuine. They all genuinely care and want to help. Dr. McLean is a great and talented Dr. and Jenny, at the front desk, is so friendly and willing to help. I also love all of their massage therapists. They really know how to make the pain go away. And all the assistants are so nice. I'm often tempted to bring everyone cookies when I come just because they're so good. Like I said, I can't say enough good things about them. Fantastic experience: My son was run over by a car a couple months ago and while his bones have healed he has been suffering from headaches and other muscle pain ever since. When i called McClean Chiropractic they worked him in that same day. We just finished our second visit and everyone has been amazing wirking with him.
