I was given so many resources in session as well as homework, and this combo approach made all the difference. I highly recommend working with Dr. Kenzie; she is very knowledgeable, has excellent people skills, and takes the time to do effective patient education, which really makes your feel seen and heard. Fantastic experience: I have had 3 c sections and have had a shelf above my scar tissue for all three babies. I have looked into dermatology and other ways to get rid of it and the dry needling here helped get rid of it almost entirely. Also, I had sciatic nerve pain my last pregnancy and we were able to establish why my body is having problems and work with specific exercises to strengthen and I no longer have daily pain. I didn’t have insurance and ended up spending like $1200 in total and would do it over again. 100 percent worth it

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience here. I’ve come for quite a few visits and have seen a dramatic reduction in my symptoms. Dr. Alli has knows her stuff and is so helpful. In just a few visits I’ve been given tools to manage and improve my symptoms at home. I will be continuing to come back for dry needling, which has been life changing for my pelvic floor.

Fantastic experience: Kelsey is the absolute best! This has been the best post partum recovery after pursuing pelvic floor PT. My c-section scar has gotten much needed mobilization which has poitively affected other internal organs from releasing those adhesions. I've been able to better connect with my core and breath to be able to start weight lifting again! I have also been able to work on a host of whole body issues including tmj tightness and pain. I have years of issues to work through so there is still work to be done but for the first time in more than a decade I've been able to open my mouth without clicking! It's unbelievable. I will recommend Reborn to absolutely amyone!

Fantastic experience: I’ve loved going to reborn pelvic and learning how to take care of my pelvic floor and body! I learned so much! I have four kids and that really takes a toll on your body, I’m glad I was able to find such a caring and knowledgeable doctor in Mackenzie and feel better!

Fantastic experience: Reborn was recommended to me, and I'm so glad it was. Dr. Lyndi was amazing. I came in over-4-years postpartum for abdominal pain (though I also had some lower back, and knee pain), and now, I feel recovered. Lyndi was great about explaining things to me, and I had no idea that all of those physical issues were related. After the first or second session, we did dry needling, which uncovered some surprise body trauma, so I had a handful of 'extra' sessions after my 12 times to make sure everything was sorted. But I'm so glad I did it. For me, my experience at Reborn was more than just fixing postpartum pelvic floor issues. I think it's help shift a lot of 'stuck-ness' in my body, that I'm better off having worked out. I loved the whole-body approach, and will definitely return if I ever need another 1 or 2 sessions at any point in the future.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lyndi is incredible! She has taught me so much about my pelvic floor and my healing journey has sped up because of it. The team is friendly and fun, but my favorite thing is probably the dry needling. If you haven’t been dry needled, you need to be. I recommend everyone to this place whether they are pre, during and/or post baby, pelvic floor therapy is important at every stage.

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience at Reborn! I went in just to make sure I was doing everything properly as I rehab post partum and Dr. Danaya was amazing. She was so understanding of where I was at and helped me with some exercises to continue to do. My issues aren't nearly as severe as I'm sure other women have when they go in, but I didn't feel put down or ignored in any way. Its never too late for pelvic floor therapy! And Reborn is the place to go :)

Fantastic experience: WORTHEVERYCENT WOW. I started working with Dr. Lyndi Payne at 6 weeks postpartum. I went in with a little bit of hip pain, mostly wanting preventative care and help recovering with ab separation from pregnancy. I was blown away from day one. I got used to having hip pain and didn't think it was a big deal. I do not have hip pain anymore. I've weightlifted since I was 13 years old and I can tell you, I feel the strongest now than I ever have. It was tailored perfectly to my needs and wants. Dr. Payne was absolutely incredible. She was the perfect blend of professional while also making you feel just as comfortable as chatting with your closest friends. What a woman! Not only did I leave feeling better physically, but mentally as well. I wish I could have stayed longer! And I really wish I had gone sooner. If your insurance isn't covered here, dont let that stop you. You're gonna spend that money somewhere, and here is one of the best places you can spend it for your well-being. So stop eating out for a few months and use that money here. It was honestly life-changing. Going to the gym I always felt strong, but I left pelvic floor therapy feeling powerful. I'd been doing things incorrectly my entire life, I'd been told wrong. I feel SO good. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I started pelvic floor therapy with Dr. Ali Turner at 14 months postpartum and I wish I would’ve gone so much sooner! After a traumatic birth with some complications, I was still suffering with some pain and discomfort. I had come to terms that this was just my new normal and was living with it. But I finally decided to give pelvic floor PT a try and I’m SO glad I did. Not only are all my symptoms gone but I am more educated and can take a more active role in my own pelvic floor health in the future. Ali was so kind, easy to talk to, and made me feel so comfortable. She literally worked magic! I cannot rave about her and reborn enough!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Dr Alli and she was incredible. Absolutely loved her. She helped repair diastasis recti, pelvic floor coordination and tension, core and glute activation is what I need from my sport, and overall a lot of neuro-reactivation. I am a body builder and had a hard time engaging core in lifts and posing and she helped me figure out how to engage in the ways I needed. One thing that has blown me away is how FAST things got fixed! I thought surgery was the only way to repair diastasis recti.. nope! We healed it naturally with simple exercises and did so quickly. Fantastic experience: Before I went to Reborn Pelvic Health & Wellness, I saw a different physical therapist. It was clear there wasn’t a focus on pelvic health at the first one I visited even though their bio said they focused on pelvic health. They kept using terms such as “I’m guessing” or “I’m assuming”. My birth was pretty traumatic. Healing from that has been brutal, and I knew I needed someone who understood all the facets and would be gentle with my emotions. The fact that Reborn takes a whole body and mind approach to treatment is EXTREMELY helpful. Dr. Alli has focused on exercises to help my movement and ease the discomfort/pain, used dry needling to wake up the nerves and muscles, taught me how to massage my c-section scar and use cupping to help with drainage, helped me with breathing to overall relax and encourage proper healing, and has gone over other parts of my life that might need help to reduce body tension. It’s really been life changing. It’s a slow recovery process once your body experiences such trauma, and having a physical therapist that’s like a personal coach gives a lot of hope. I’m really thankful to Reborn for their expertise and friendship.

Fantastic experience: I was mostly having G.I. issues since a gallbladder and appendix removal last year along with Incredibly painful hemorrhoids since giving birth over 27 years ago . I didn’t know if I was a good candidate For pelvic therapy, but I did the free initial consult and was told how important pelvic health is to our overall health . For over a year walking has been painful, never mind trying to exercise which I use to love to do. Upon a pelvic exam, I learned that I have a lot of painful triggers inside my pubic bone and in my inner thigh. I have been With Dr. Hatch for three visits now and I have experienced great relief in the GI area. No longer am I in pain after a meal no matter how small. I can run up the stairs and do a lot more garden work. I’m gaining range of motion in my hips and thighs. I’m looking forward to getting back to my Exercise routine. Dr. Hatch does hands on muscle work, fascia release,along with cupping and Exercises for at home. I’m 56 years old gave birth to two naturally and I feel this is a very effect service for women if any age . And I learned I can retrain my bladder to hold my pee for more than an hour

Fantastic experience: Working with Dr. Sarah Salas at Reborn has been amazing! I was going during the third trimester of my second pregnancy for pelvic and back pain. This was a total game changer! I was able to finally receive relief after a doctor told me what I was experiencing was “normal and will only get worse”. Not only was I in a lot of pain, but I was also experiencing incontinence. Dr. Sarah reassured me that what I was experiencing could be treated and managed; I finally felt seen and heard just from the first time I saw Dr. Sarah! After a few visits, I was back to normal and in better shape than ever! I had minimal to no pain and felt so good. I felt rest assured that my labor and delivery would go well; which it did! I give so much credit to Dr. Sarah for making my third trimester, labor and delivery, as well as postpartum experience to go so well. 7 weeks postpartum and I have no pain nor incontinence. I’m in better pelvic health shape now than I ever have been. So much love and appreciation to the staff at Reborn and the attentive care I’ve received from Dr. Sarah Salas. I can honestly say my physical and mental health are better due to pelvic floor therapy!

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience with Reborn and Dr. Carol. I began seeing them when I was pregnant to prep for labor and continued postpartum. After a tricky delivery I was having a lot of symptoms and was very discouraged. A few months later, I have no pain and am well on my way to my pre pregnancy state of strength. Pelvic floor PT was the best investment I made postpartum, and I have been recommending Reborn and Dr. Carol to all my friends.

Fantastic experience: I am so so grateful I came to Reborn! Did you know that intercourse isn’t actually supposed to hurt?! People said that it can hurt in the beginning but it kinda didn’t go away for me. It wasn’t enjoyable and I dealt with a lot of pain. Coming to Reborn I didn’t know what to expect, but they helped me understand where I was holding tension and how that tension contributed to my pain and tightness. Fantastic experience: Where do I start… I was told I needed surgery for a prolapse by a Urologist and I was devastated!! So, I do a little research and find Reborn and start seeing Carol. Well after my first visit I came out feeling heard, and feeling confident in knowing there are other options! Forward 4 weeks and I now feel AMAZING! I have cancelled the surgery the Dr said I needed and will continue to work with Carol to continue feeling better

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Sarah! She has been amazing and helped me so much! Going to Reborn PT was my first experience going to a pelvic floor PT and I wish I would have gone after giving birth to my first child. This was also my first experience with dry needling and Sarah was extremely helpful and made the experience easy. Sarah gives the best explanations to help me understand what’s happening next, what’s going on with my body, the exercises to work on, and everything in between. I’m able to get feedback on if the exercises are helping, if I’m doing them correctly, or even just helping me know that where I’m at is normal. Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVED my experience at Reborn! I worked with Dr. Sarah Salas and soon to be Dr. Kelsey (currently a student), personally, and they were probably the best fit for my personality and therapy goals! I felt like we truly were a team tackling my care together. I started therapy experiencing painful intercourse, mild leaking/pelvic floor pressure during coughing, sneezing, jumping, etc. and Hip pain when running or long walks. At the start of therapy I sort of dreaded intercourse and I could barely make it 0.5 miles at a slow jog before having to stop due to hip pain. After just a few visits I noticed differences with pelvic floor discomfort and intercourse pain. After a few more visits and troubleshooting my hip pain almost 100% went away! I had been dealing with the hip pain particularly since September of 2023 and about a month into therapy I was able to run 1-1.5 miles with none or very limited hip discomfort! A huge deal for me! Long story short, 2 AMAZING Providers and about 13 visits later I am running pain free training for a 5mi trail run, intercourse is enjoyable again, and don't worry about leaking or pelvic pressure. My body feels stronger and I feel happier! So glad I decided to do PT and put the time into my health at Reborn!

Dr. Sarah Salas did an amazing job in helping me get my pelvic floor in shape to I don't pee my pants when I sneeze or cough! Fantastic experience: I went when I was pregnant and I still had urinary incontinence after my first birth. Dr. Taylor’s AMAZING! She not only helped me get that under control, but helped me with hip pain that I had been having for 10+ years which made it hard to sleep on my side. Being pregnant, though, you’re supposed to sleep on your side. It was such a game-changer to not have that pain anymore. She always adjusted to where I was tight and needed help. She was always professional and compassionate. I can’t sing her praises enough. :) Everyone at Reborn has been so kind and their new facility in Lehi is so nice! If you’re worried about pelvic floor therapy being weird or awkward, just know everyone there will help put you at ease and it will be worth it!

Fantastic experience: Truly life changing medicine and worth all the $$$ in the world. I can’t stop raving about how amazing this PT is. I started experiencing chronic hip / back pain and no break from the gym would help. I thought I was going to deal with this pain the rest of my life and it was affecting my quality of life. After researching and dealing with the pain for well over a year I wondered if it was pelvic floor issues, but wasn’t sure because I have yet to have kids. Lo and behold. I’m about 4 weeks into my treatment and I’m already seeing and feeling the results. Dry needling is super effective and has helped speed up my healing. I’ve been telling everyone in my circle they should get dry needling done! Not only is the PT treating my pain, but the education and tools I’m being taught are priceless and I’ll be able to refer back to them the rest of my life. Fantastic experience: We love Reborn Pelvic Health & Dr. Lyndi Payne is amazing! I had to bring my 18mo each time I came, but Lyndi was so friendly and accommodating and patient with all the extra commotion. Reborn is clearly designed by women for women; there’s a nursing lounge, a welcome gift bag, a tea bar, and a beautiful toy corner with clean, well-made, Montessori-inspired toys. (To be fair though my baby far preferred playing with a sterile glove or an extra pillow every time - but Lyndi was very generous with those too.) I was worried, after my initial consultation, that I’d be pressured to make an arbitrary, standard amount of visits regardless of the severity of my complaints, but after only four visits my symptoms were hugely improved & no further appointments were necessary! Lyndi answered all my questions, provided me with actionable and practical steps I could do at home, worked through some sciatic nerve issues, and even helped me improve my form while running and deadlifting. I learned so much, and I feel stronger than ever. I’ll certainly be recommending Reborn to all the women in my life who complain of pelvic floor issues; we tend to treat it as a humorous inevitability after childbirth, but in reality all those fiddly little issues can and should be resolved. Fantastic experience: My case was interesting as I was having a lot of foot pain and unable to walk normally. I inquired to see if there was someone that could help me. I was referred to Dr. Carol Beck, PT, DPT. She assessed my situation, administered some dry needling and gave me exercise home work. I continued to see her every week or two. Within 2 months I was able to walk normally, but more than that I was pain free. I loved the professional yet personal way that I was treated. Fantastic experience: Today I graduated pelvic floor physical therapy! It is bittersweet because working with Dr. Lauren has been such an incredibly educational and healing experience. I gave birth 3 months ago and I truly believe seeing Dr. Lauren before and after has helped me feel like I didn’t even have a baby (in a good way!) Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions of my life was going to Reborn. This is not an exaggeration. I started coming while I was pregnant because I wanted to prepare for birth, but I also knew I needed some help with my tense/tight pelvic floor. I use to be a competitive runner, but because of hip pain and other nagging struggles, I stopped running 8 years ago and focused on low impact sports and exercises. BUT since going to Reborn, and even after having my first baby, I’m running as if I never stopped! I never thought one, I would have this beautiful homebirth experience or two, a few months after having a baby that I’d be running pain-free again. I owe so much to Reborn. It’s amazing the work and support that Dr Betty and the other providers put into ensuring each client feels 100%. Pelvic floor therapy should be mandatory. It’s absolutely worth every penny. Yes, it seems like an investment and that’s because it is! You CANNOT buy a new pelvic floor. Don’t talk yourself out of getting this type of care! I’m now obsessed with dry needling, and aside from the amazing care I’ve received at Reborn, I can honestly say Dr. Betty and her team feel like close friends. The postpartum journey is rough and I’ve left appointments not only feeling physically better but emotionally and mentally better. Reborn cares deeply about every single patient and they truly individualize care.

Fantastic experience: Seriously!! Guys! I can’t say enough about these vagina magicians!! Dr Danaya is AMAZING!!! If you haven’t tried dry needling give it a shot! It helps soooo much! Dr Danaya is so knowledgeable and great at explaining and helping me to understand how to also help myself along with the work she does!!! 10 out of 10!!!! Update. I recently started taking my teenage daughter here because of very painful periods and an inability to use anything other than a pad for her monthly’s. After working with Dr Danaya she had her first period without the painful cramping starting a week before. She said her period snuck up on her! Fantastic experience: I first found reborn almost a year ago when I was pregnant with my second. I was hoping to have a vbac and wanted to make sure my pelvic floor was strong and ready for that. I had a successful vbac and continued postpartum care with Dr. Danaya to fix prolapse that became a problem after birth. She was fantastic to work with, explained terms I was unfamiliar with, and gave me exercises specific to my needs. I felt stronger as the months went by and not as worried about my prolapse. Most recently she has helped me work on returning to running as I am training for a half marathon. I highly recommend Dr. Danaya!! Reborn is a well-run PT clinic, is family friendly (I brought my kids to most sessions), and provides excellent care. I “graduated” from my care a few weeks ago but will definitely return for future pre and postnatal care or if the need arises before then!

In addition to addressing my long term incontinence issues, they also helped me get on the path to healing my lower back and hip problems (some of which are more than 15 yrs in the making). No other Dr or PT has done that. They also helped my 13yr old son and this lower back pain/glute weakness, so he can continue to perform with freestyle skiing. I love these guys!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Betty is the best dry needler I’ve ever had. After being a D1 athlete, then having six babies, my body felt like it had been through the ringer. Dr. Betty has been an amazing listener, communicator, detective haha, teacher and help in figuring my body out and getting me feeling better week by week. She knows her stuff, is kind, caring, straightforward, fun and I always feel like I’m going to see friends when I go in for an appointment. I’m grateful for her and her kind, loving and caring staff. Fantastic experience: Taylor in Lehi has been great in helping me with my pelvic floor issues and getting that in a much healthier position. This has successfully helped me in addressing some trauma as well, so it helped me holistically, which was wonderful. Feeling a lot better with that part of my health now! And Taylor has been very attentive to listening to my concerns and helping me adjust exercises and other practices as well to make sure I'm getting the best curated care possible.

Fantastic experience: I'm older (65) and have already had bladder repair once years ago and didn't want to go through that ordeal again. My hairdresser raved about Dr Betty and said I had to go see her. She taught me things about my body functions that I never even thought existed, taught me how to retrain my bladder and gave me simple exercises to do to help with my prolapsing. I have a lot of emotionally difficult things happening in my personal life and some of the visits consisted of her genuinely listening to me while I talked about the struggles I was experiencing at a time when I needed someone to listen. I would recommend Reborn Pelvic Health to anyone. Everyone I met there has been sincerely interested in helping me get myself back in a place that I feel I can function on a healthy, worthwhile level. I don't feel the discouragement I had, feeling there was nothing more I could do but have surgery again. Walking my dog is enjoyable again. I can sit on the floor and play with my granddaughter without the constant discomfort of feeling the pressure of my bladder between my legs. That to me was a real win!
