Fantastic experience: Had an adjustment by Dr Jones and he was very thorough and explained to me what was going on in my body causing me pain . It was amazing how I felt after, and the ease of movement in my neck. My hips have a tendency to misalign and he noticed that quickly and was able to get them realigned as well as advised me to come back to keep continuing to train the muscles to stay in place . I felt in good hands and he walked me through every adjustment so I could relax and it wasn’t painful at all like I’ve experienced in the past . Love this place !

Between Dr.Baker, Dr.Jones, Annabelle from the front desk, the massage therapist (Nate, Chase, and MaKayla) to name a few, and every other employee I encountered during my recovery, all my needs, questions, and concerns were addressed. They are kind, patient, and flexible with any scheduling changes needed. I suffered a spinal cord injury back in December, that included an increase in migraines, muscle and movement inability, increased stiffness, along with other complications, Axcess helped create a plan of care unique for me to help alleviate all symptoms. This included weekly adjustments, weekly massages, acupuncture, decompression therapy, and ozone injections. Additionally, I loved that they recommended multiple non-pharmaceutical interventions, a great attorney to help navigate the insurance process, a physical therapist to work with, and a fantastic healthcare provider that specialized in motor vehicle injuries. There is not a better chiropractic/accident center in Utah County that addresses any injury! I saw these guys before the accident for personal injuries, and now because of the 5 star service during my accident recovery, there will be nobody else I will go to.

Fantastic experience: My Dad went to chiropractic school with Dr. Steve Baker so we’ve known him for almost 16 years now. I crashed an electric scooter and landed on my back recently which caused me to have a lot of pain in my tailbone, lower, and upper back. Went in to see Dr. Baker and I’m already feeling so much better after one adjustment. His staff is wonderful to work with, he was very efficient but also willing to take the necessary time to listen to my condition and concerns. Would highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!! Staff super friendly and professional. I was visiting from SoCal, had a major headache and desperately needed a massage and adjustment. Got a quick 30 minute massage from Craig, who was amazing, followed by one of the most thorough chiropractic adjustments I had in my life from Dr Jones. He walked me through what was causing most of my rib and neck pain. He did some muscle release work which helped me breathe easy again. Also super grateful that I didn’t feel rushed for my service and felt cared for. Thank you Axcess for being available on such short notice and I’ll be back for a massage and adjustment next time I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: I got a massage from Shay and I am super impressed with her. I asked her to work on specific areas and she actually did it and did it well and for the full time. I’ve had so many massage therapists only work on the area I request for like 5 minutes and then just go back to their routine. I was taking a chance on a random person with her but I would definitely go back to her. I really felt like this one actually made a difference long term which is what I was looking for.

Fantastic experience: I hurt my back to the point that I couldn’t breath or sit and I didn’t want to go to the doctor so they can give me ibuprofen and tell me to rest. I made an appointment here the next day and as soon as I got adjusted my paid reduced my 70%. I was finally able to breath and sit! Then I rested and went back one more time and I felt so much better. The staff and doctor Jones are so kind and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had bursitis that’s been bugging me for a number of years and Dr. Jones did the stem cell then the ozone, then the scraping and then the adjustment. After the first time about 50% of the pain went away. I just did the second time and I’m hoping the other 50% goes away. He did a great job.

Fantastic experience: I feel so amazing after visiting Axcess and so does my son (11 years old). I have visited weekly for whiplash, concussion, a sprained shoulder and sore joints. My daughter comes here for wellness and receives adjustments and massages and she loves it. My older son has come for wellness reasons and enjoys it very much. They are both adults. I’ve honestly been scared about getting it fixed or worked on because of how painful it has been for me to move all these years. I finally went in for my first real adjustment and Dr Baker was a magician! *pause* After my appointment today I felt taller and lighter but most importantly I felt confident in walking tall and moving around without pain. Fantastic experience: I was visiting from Texas for a week and decided to get adjusted here. Dr Jones took care of adjusting my body. I had a tennis elbow and pain in my right hip from CrossFit and volleyball. It was quick to get adjusted, and my pain was gone right away. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Back in 2017 after an Auto Accident I received treatment from Baker Chiropractic, now Axcess Accident Center in Provo. I had such a great experience. I was so impressed with their level of care, so when I was again involved in an auto accident in 2023 I came to Axcess for treatment. From the very beginning, they have been so kind, helpful and understanding. The front desk is so welcoming and happy to assist you in whatever you may need. Special shout-out to Suzie at the front desk. She is so sweet and kind! I have had such a great experience with the massage therapists, they are so good at what they do. I hardly have to say where my pain is located. I am always amazed at how well they are able to target and treat my pain. Dr Tyler and the entire staff at Axcess are incredible. Their level of care is unmatched. You can tell that they genuinely want to see you improve and overall feel better. Dr. Tyler has been so helpful. Not only in my recovery, but also providing resources that would be helpful. This has relieved a lot of stress after the accident. Overall, I would recommend Axcess Accident Center to everyone. I plan to continue chiropractic services after I finish up treatment from the auto accident. I’ve been to many other chiropractors, but none of them compare. Axcess truly is the best.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service, Dr. owens really took the time to listen to my concerns and diagnose the problem. Very patient and I didn’t feel rushed with my questions.

Negative experience: I came to Axcess for about 2 months of treatment for my back (not a car accident, just general pain). I would come in at least twice a week and get adjusted, then sent home after a couple minutes. Every time I would come in, I would explain that I wasn’t feeling any improvement, and he asked me to trust him and wait a while. Yet after the two months, with me having no improvement, he told me he couldn’t help me anymore and would need to see a surgeon. I left in tears of frustration for the money and time I’d wasted with Axcess. I then found a different Chiropractor in Provo, who found I had scoliosis and treated my pain within 2 weeks. Be careful to give your money to a “Crunch Factory” who don’t see what’s going on inside your body. I was very disappointed with the way Axcess handles their patients.
