Fantastic experience: Been coming here since 2021 for my regular blood draw for my thyroid all amazing staff from the front desk as you check in to when they call you over and all the wonderful compasnit phlebotomist fantastic experience every time very professional staff

Positive experience: Service from the surgeon, doctors and nurses were 5 star. However, the receptionists were not always that helpful. A couple were pretty this. However, I Had to call back several times to reschedule an appointment/ask one question for the doctor. They’d put me on hold and left me there for a long time. Said they would call back and did not. Not impressed with the organization. One of the receptionists/secretaries in particular was very abrupt and snarky sounding. Below average professional service to say the least.

Fantastic experience: I was in radiology on 3 different occasions and Dana was very helpful. She made me feel welcome and not just another patient. Good attitude can make a patient feel better

Negative experience: Don't take a pet rat here... staff is rude... and doctors are incompetent

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise them even. My four year old had strabismus surgery done last week in both eyes; and the amazing nurses, staff, and doctors did an outstanding job to make sure the experience of his first surgery was a positive one. From having a class so we both understood more about what would happen during his surgery to providing the upmost care. I cannot think of a better place or a better group of people to take care of my child. Thank you to the amazing doctors, the wonderful nurses, and the incredible Olivia for treating my son with the upmost care and respect. He absolutely loved the Get Well Soon card he received today from the nurses who cared for him and is recovering so well and already back to his silly self!

Negative experience: 4th floor is the Covid patients floor, I have my mom here and she has been in her room having distress her nurse is out doing who knows what and no one comes to check on her. Either they a low staffed or they think just because I am a family member here Iam to watch my mom for them. I really feeling helpless at this time. All I keep doing is pray for her to be okay. I am scared to leave the hospital and leave her here wondering if this is how this place is run all the time. All I can do is keep praying for something to be done to make her feel a little more comfortable.

Positive experience: I've been a lot and had good and bad experiences. All the bad experiences involved the front desk staff though, all the nurses and phlebotomists were great.

Negative experience: Jeff, at the “rubber ducky desk” was an absolute jerk. He was rude, condescending, and demeaning. He treated my wife like she was stupid and is absolutely unsympathetic to the ailments of the people in the clinic. He also completely lied to our faces about the methods of COVID testing. I am amazed that someone like him was actually hired here.

Fantastic experience: love this place ❤ staff is great would recommend coming here exceptional care staff goes out of their way to care and help patients heal committed to protecting patients #1 priority. TRUE HEROES HERE!

Negative experience: If I could give a negative star I would. Don't trust a word the doctors at the facility say. They have made a mess of my left foot and ankle, and they don't want to do anything to fix the issues they created. They are more concerned about their "National Rankings,"then they really are with patients. The doctors in the orthopedic and sports medicine groups are proud to be the team doctors for both Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University. If I was the administrators at both of these Universities, I might think about looking some place else. I wouldn't recommend them to any one.

Fantastic experience: I’ve spent way too much time here— and I’ve always been so impressed with how helpful and happy everyone is all the time. Doug Fillmore and Wayne Mortenson have been fantastic to work with.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I had a meniscus surgery with Dr. Mortensen and everything went well. Everyone made sure I was very comfortable. The surgery went well and the staff didn’t rush me out the door. While I’m in no hurry to get another surgery, I’d gladly go there again.

Fantastic experience: Clean center, uses a self check-in kiosk system that actually uses a nice touch screen that makes it easy to use. Despite there being several people waiting, we did not wait long at all for our labs to be done. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our experience pleasant

Fantastic experience: We were in quickly, and seeing the doctor shortly after. Everyone was friendly, and understanding even though I was a few minutes late. The check in was quick, and easy.

Fantastic experience: The service here is exceptional! The surgical center is simply amazing! Every single member of the staff was upbeat and happy and made sure my husband was comfortable before going into surgery. They were all very accommodating and made sure every step of the surgery process was a success! Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Horrible service, don't come here if you can avoid it. Extremely long waits even for simple services such as dropping off lab samples. Better healthcare elsewhere =)

Fantastic experience: The orthopedics department took great care of my wife and her carpal tunnel! Great service and staff. They even gave us and water and snacks while we waited!
