Negative experience: I had the worst experience with my recent surgery follow up. We waited for AN HOUR in the waiting room before we were taken back. And then waited almost 45 more mins before I peeked my head out to ask for a doc. The guys who took us back said that my surgeons PA was still with another patient but would be done soon. SOON?! I had almost been their two hours and was paying a babysitter to watch my three children. Then he explained that they just had a busy day because of some “difficult” patients. Well…..I’m so sorry it’s been a crazy day but how could you make anyone wait that long? At that point say I’m so sorry would you like to reschedule or still wait? Don’t make up some dumb excuse for over scheduling or whatever was going on.

Negative experience: This place gave the "fake kindness" vibe you often get in Provo Utah. You can see that they are trying really hard not to be sassy. If you ask too many questions you can see it more and more from the front desk. The nurse person that took me to the room was extremely rude right from the start. I immediately asked for someone else to help me because she seemed really upset (I told her that). Once I did, she immediately became nice. The doctor was one of those that doesn't let you finish your sentences because he just wants to get to the point. I was surprised that I was told to wait 2 weeks before I got some X-rays. After resharing my concerns he seemed a little annoyed and asked "well, do you want me to do X-Rays today?" It made me feel dumb. Again, all around it was very much the "fake kindness" you get around here. You would think they would do something about all of these similar reviews but nope. My mistake was not checking the reviews first.

Negative experience: This place have doctors that don’t care for patient time and suffering. After seeing dr Taylor who was late 40 minutes to mine appointment because of talking to nurses about his weekend in hallway I addressed him my concerns about time. Next appointment with dr Nelson, mine appointment was at 8:30 and I waited in room till 9:30 and then I just left. I don’t tolerate ignorance and arrogance. I’m done coming to this hospital.

Negative experience: Completely disappointed with this office. Dr Innes told my 81 year old father he could do a procedure to help reduce his back pain. Closing in on 4 months and nothing has been done. We have hounded them over and over again, both by phone and in person, and they simply just do nothing as my dad is in agonizing pain every day. After realizing they never were going to schedule his procedure, we have now opted to go with another doctor for the procedure. But it doesn’t stop there, this office is still the root of our problem's getting a procedure scheduled . All we need is for them to send over his records to the new office and they can’t even do that. We have requested them several times, the other office has requested them several times and now it’s been another month of pain for my father, no records have been sent over and subsequently no procedure has been done I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!! I would strongly advise staying away from this office if you are looking for anything more than a bill for a fruitless visit. However, if you enjoy being lead-on and paying for that service this is the place for you. Our next step is to get lawyers involved, they have left us no other option. And now 4 months later they respond to my initial review. At least they are consistent. SERIOUSLY, I would never refer anyone to this office.

Positive experience: I have used Revere doctors for 10 + years and had Very Good Service…. Until now !!!!!!! Dr . Wallentine was great with my second knee replacement surgery but the front desk ladies with this surgery gave the WORST Service or Help in my life!!!! ……. My Leave of Absence paperwork from my work wasn’t sent in on time …( no pay so far during my leave of absence) Every time I’ve called or went in to try and get a message to the Dr. I was treated like the front desk girls were too good to take any of my requests or I was talked to like I was an incompetent child and was not worth their time to listen to any of my requests or concerns…… Deeply Disappointed with the treatment given !!!!!

Negative experience: Had an appointment to get my knee looked at. Showed up when my appointment was and was quickly admitted to a room. Sat there for over an hour, just waiting. Talked to the doctor less than 10 minutes, then he ordered an MRI. My time is valuable, if the doctor is too busy to see me I would appreciate it if they would say so.

Negative experience: the assistances are very rude at the front desk and don’t care about helping out the patients when they are going through financial struggle

Fantastic experience: Had a somewhat difficult procedure done by Dr. Carlson last week. Can’t say the outcome yet, it’s only been 4 days, but the whole thing went off incredibly smooth. He did a fantastic job setting recovery expectations, return to sport statistics, and it’s easy to see he takes pride in good patient outcomes, which IMO is priority #1. Highly recommend this outfit for your sports med needs.

Negative experience: Love the Dr we see but when you schedule an appt at 3:30 and at 5 pm you're still waiting on the room to be seen, there's a problem.

Negative experience: My wife was a patient here since 2019. She had a knee replacement in 2020. In November her knee began experiencing severe pain and even though she had no insurance we decided she needed to be seen and scheduled an appointment planning on paying out of pocket. We were told an office visit would be "between $50 and $1000 depending on what the doctor does and you will have to pay $100 at the time of service." I confirmed that we would be able to recieve an itemize bill at the tike of service showing the total we owed. After being seen and paying $100 we were sent to billing and told we could get an itemized bill there. Billing told us that wouldn't be possible until after the appointment went through coding which would take up to a week. A month later we still had not recieved any bill showing if we owed anything or if the appointment had been less than what we paid. When we called the billing department we were told it still hadn't gone through coding (meaning a doctor hadn't filed appropriate paperwork for a month) and that they would contact the office to see what was going on but that it would take up to another two weeks before they had an answer. The agent who took our call continued to interrupt us and was rude and ultimately ended the call before we could explain our concerns. When we called back and requested a supervisor the same agent again repeatedly interrupted and refused to get any one else to help. When they finally did the person claiming to be a supervisor accused us of yelling, being rude, and refused to listen when we tried to explain that while we may have spoken louder that is what naturally happens when you interrupt someone repeatedly. She then threatened to terminate services for my wife. Less than a week later we recieved a termination of services letter. We are now another 2 weeks beyond that and still have not recieved anything detailing what we paid for or what we possibly owe.

Negative experience: I can't emphasize enough how screwed up Revere health is. They don't follow up on lab and imaging results, they change your appointments to different locations and don't inform you and generally have no systems and processes that show any concern for the patient.

Negative experience: I’ve never in my life heard a doctor talk down to a patient like Jordan Barker did to my daughter. Instead of telling her that she would need to stop smoking two weeks before surgery he waits 2 days before surgery to say a word. She tells him she has already requested the time off and he said that is her fault not his. He then asks what she does for work and when she tells him he belittles her by saying it’s just 7-11 First off you aren’t any better than her just because you have a degree. You will be reported. Shame on you for belittling someone for their line of work. You shouldn’t be working with the public.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nielsen is a projectionist. The entre experience with my knee replacement has been great. Spencer is awesome and very knowledgeable. The whole team really care about you and do all they can to get you back to 100%. I won’t go anywhere else and highly recommend you consider them if you need a knee replacement. Thanks again to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carlson and his staff are top knotch. They are not only prompt and professional, but also personable and caring. Dr. Carlson knows his stuff. Diagnosis and procedures have gone smoothly with all positive results.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kevin Christensen is absolutely fantastic. I felt seen and heard talking to him, and he explained everything very clearly. No sugar coating, very honest, and worked to find a solution that is right for me. The staff is incredibly friendly (Abby helped me out, she's great! So are all the other gals there!) And they absolutely made my day and helped me feel like more than just another patient. 10/10, would recommend!!!

Negative experience: I was a patient of Dr. Jackson for over 35 years; long before Revere was a thought. When he retired I was sad to see him go as he was a fantastic doctor. I recently called to find a new doctor and scheduled with Dr. Wallentine. His scheduling gal, Kristin, scheduled me but then let me know that I had to see the PA. I told her I was not wanting to schedule with the PA but with the doctor. She said that I had to see the PA first and then Dr. Wallentine would come in at the end. I went ahead and scheduled but the whole "Oh, you have to see the PA first" really bugged me as Dr. Jackson knew I did not like seeing the PA's and he accommodated that. I ended up canceling my appointment for the mere fact that I do not want to see a PA; if I did I would have scheduled with one. When I talked to Kristin to cancel, I told her my reason and let her know that in all the years I saw Dr. Jackson, I never had to see a PA. All she could say was she would cancel for me. She had no desire to accommodate a long time patient or to even try for that matter. It is sad that the wishes of the patients are no longer taken into account. All we are is money in the bank. After 35 plus years, I will no longer be a patient of Revere Orthopedics. If I wanted to see a PA, I would have scheduled with one. DO NOT force patients to be seen by someone they do not want to be seen by. This is bad practice! It may not bother some people, but it bothers me.

Fantastic experience: Quick service and great medical staff. My shoulder had pain for two years and after surgery I have a little soreness but I can already tell my shoulder is better and it.has only been two weeks since the surgery.

Fantastic experience: From operators that help find the best location available to each individual that worked with me I can say that all were very attentive and considerate. The orthopedist Dr. Barber, he was very kind answering my questions and explaining my options. The X-ray Tech person was super professional, he went the extra mile making sure that the splint I had will be confortable and well positioned before l left. Jennifer was also super making me feel mat ease from the beginning.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in this office were friendly, professional, and genuine. Intimate Dr’s office experience with large hospital resources. My wait was minimal and the ex-rays rapid fire convenient. Above all else Dr. Carlson was down to earth, gave specific steps to deal with my knee injuries, and took immediate steps to elevate my pain and create a plan to deal with my health in the long term. This is the standard for excellence in health care.

Fantastic experience: I had my ACL done from someone else. I got a rare complication. When seeking a second opinion from Dr Carlson I was able to get a lot of information and help. I felt heard and validated by the doctor and his physical therapist. Emotionally I felt like I was at the end of my rope with my pain struggle. This appointment restored my hope and options for aiding my recovery. I’ll update later with how the treatment goes.

Fantastic experience: Dr Carlson is very very good. He did my knee surgery. there were no complications and the incision site was very clean. He’s also a great communicator and very kind. I also got a cortisone shot in my knee from the PA named spencer. He did everything to make me feel comfortable and i didn’t even feel him give the shot. Very good.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Faux saved my right foot through a surgical procedure he performed. I have upmost trust in Dr. Faux and can't think of a better surgeon. He is the very best and has a great bedside manner. I am so very thankful a friend referred him to me. I trust him with any procedure he may perform on my feet. Fantastic experience: I had a full knee replacement performed by Dr Wallentine of Revere Health. From my first visit to the surgery and through the follow up visits, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The staff was always great at listening to, understanding and working to meet my needs. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends for help with their health issues.

They are not practitioners that say immediately "you need surgery", they look at all options to see what is best. I had a total knee replacement on the 3rd of May and am doing very well. Of course, I understand a lot of the healing with a total knee replacement is on you as you push through therapy, bit I have total confidence in the surgery that was performed and in the surgeon. The staff is friendly, positive and accommodating, bery refreshing to see this.

Fantastic experience: Dr Larsen has be my orthopedic doctor since I tore my first rotator cuff in 2009, he has taken very good care of me evey time I've needed surgery or anything else done. He's one of the best. I definitely recommend him for anyone to go to.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Innes is amazing, and so are the front desk staff. I got my appointment mixed up and showed up a week early, they were super busy but still got me in while I was there. Dr. Innes was so quick to helping me, we made progress towards helping with the pain my first appointment there, walked out with a decent amount of less pain than when I got there.

Fantastic experience: This office and the staff are very professional and kind. I spent years in pain and did not want to settle on a specific treatment of fusion of the ankle. Dr. Robert faux's PA Chip was very knowledgeable and explained all of what would happen in a joint replacement. I am looking forward to working with this office and Drs more.

Fantastic experience: Dr Michael Carson has been my favorite doctor for several years now. He has been extremely kind to me which is very important when you're in need of medical help. He's done my hamstring surgery and has cared for me with a shoulder injury & also a bothersome knee which he helped w/o surgery which is a plus in my opinion. I highly recommend him, he is the best.

Fantastic experience: I went in with a frozen shoulder. Dr Jensen sent me to get an MRI and asked me to come back to his office. He stayed after hours to look at the MRI and to diagnose that I did not have a tear in my rotator cuff and that after a cortisone shot I could start moving it without causing any damage. Thank you!!

This will be my second revision with Dr Nielsen but 4th replacement on the same knee. I have every faith that he is and will be doing everything possible for this to be successful.

Fantastic experience: I came. For my first visit at 1:30 on Thursday. I needed Dr. Larson to check my knee and see if I could get a shot for my shoulder. The nurse was excellent she took me in and x-rayed my knee and I sat in the room until 3 o’clock. I was so frustrated I even had to pray to let it go because I needed to check on my knee and shoulder. I have no idea why patients are scheduled so close. I’m sure the doctor did not know, maybe there was an emergency I don’t know. But I thought the waiting time was far too long… An hour and a half. I will go back because I love the doctor

Positive experience: I’m a nurse and worked with an amazing doctor who acknowledged the patient first. Next he’d listen to what the patient was experiencing and use terms that the patient could understand, before dictating to the recorder in the room. It will be nice to find a physician who actually treats the patient like they were present!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nielsen is by far the best doctor I have experienced in years. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care in the future. Very caring Doctor.

Positive experience: The last two times I’ve been there I’ve had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes the first time and the second time for almost 50 minutes. When I came out to ask if they have forgotten me, I was met with total lack of professionalism by the staff and the nurses. It seems no one wants to take responsibility, and neither offer a sincere apology, but rather and they, during these two instances, tried to make feel like it was my fault I had been waiting for so long. The staff and the nurses do not know how to manage their patients. All they needed to do was first notice that patients are in a room a long while; find out the real reason the doctor is taking so long; then come in, apologize for the delay, explain the reason for the delay and see if we need anything. It is obvious that there’s very poor communication between the doctors and their staff. Doctors must also keep the staff informed otherwise they set their employees for failure. I am going to guess the reason I was treated so poorly is because people are not happy working there. Us patients, seek medical advice and help because we are not feeling well. I personally am dealing with a very painful Tennis Elbow and made my appointment well in advanced. In my mind, a simple cortisone shot should not take that long to administer. But when I inquired about the delay, the nurse said “there are others way before you you know!, I had to ask, why then make an appointment way in advance? Are your appointment slots too close to each other? Should you allow more time for appointments? Do a detail analysis as to why so many delays and make adjustments to better serve your patients. Once I was able to be seen, the doctor has always been very polite, very helpful and professional. I thank him for his help with my malady and I only hope they can run a much more sensitive practice, with always the patients’ needs in mind. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Needed some help after injuring myself playing Pickleball. Dr. Wallentine and his staff read the MRI and I’m headed for 4 weeks of therapy. I was very happy with the handling of my injury. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Wallentine and his staff at Revere Health to anyone needing an Orthopedic Surgeon’s expertise.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Larsen is incredible. He has good bedside manor and has loads of experience. The staff have been friendly every time I go. They keep up on follow up visits well to make sure it’s all healing well. My knee has had a harder time bending than most people so Dr Larsen has been watching it closely. Thank heavens it is bending more now. I still have a ways to go and am also thankful for Walker therapy for helping me get it bending better.

Fantastic experience: The doctors and nurses were first rate. Dr Jackson and Francis were first rate. Up front with me so I knew exactly what was going to happen. The operation was clean and pretty fast. The nurses and their techs were outstanding. Emily and Ben helped me get through a couple of tough days. I had alot of nausea and they helped me through that horrible situation. So helpful and so kind. Everything was first rate and very professional. They also we're very good with my problem of not being able to urinate. They helped me alliviate that problem with not to much embarrassment. I think I was treated very well and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. I like how our treatment plan is going. Very upfront about the plan and I felt like my questions and concerns were listened too and taken into account. My son had his ACL repaired from a previous injury and botched repair job. When he left surgery he complained about his other non injured leg hurting really bad. Dr Carlson listened and wheeled him right back into surgery with a condition known as Compartmental Syndrome. If this Dr did not listen to my son he would have lost his leg. This happens so infrequent that it is hardly heard of. He saved his leg and his knee. So when my knee from a repair almost 30 years ago started acting up, I definitely went to Dr Carlson.

Fantastic experience: Dr Carlson is phenomenal! He is an expert at cortisone shots! He has done shoulder surgeries for me as well as some of my family members. I would highly recommend him! I appreciate that he doesn’t just rush you into surgery but looks at all the options & thoroughly discusses them with you. He is very good at listening to you & spending the quality time with you needed.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Dr Carlson! He was my surgeon when I broke my leg 4 years ago. We were randomly assigned to him by the ER but I’m so grateful we were. He did my hardware removal a year ago and when my son broke his arm the day after Christmas, we knew there was only one place to go. Dr Carlson takes his time to explain what’s happening and is patient with questions. I totally trust him and know that he puts his patient’s well being above all else!

Fantastic experience: Very kind. It was my first visit and they all made me feel welcome and you could tell they actually care. Dr. Jackson was so nice and a happy guy. Dr. Carlson also made time to see me for a moment so I didn’t have to come back. All staff super helpful and kind. Really awesome group of professionals.
