Fantastic experience: They were super efficient and got me in and out very quickly!

Fantastic experience: TB tests are fast and easy. Pharmacy is great - sometimes takes a little follow up if I've sent a refill request through the app, but they're good about responding and answering questions. Everyone I've interacted with is generally friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Both nurse Ana and Dr. Willmore were very kind and welcoming. It was my first time using their services and for someone coming from a foreign country, they were very accommodating. Dr. Willmore was thorough and explained how things work in the US with health insurance and the help available. They are just wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff, they made me feel welcome and safe, which is important considering I’m far from home and not accustomed to receiving medical help on my own! Dr. Frampton helped me to understand what certain test results mean, calmed my nerves, and Hannah made me feel so loved!

Negative experience: I just keep having negative interactions with either doctors or receptionists at SHC. I wouldn't really recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a short appointment on a Wednesday early evening. I showed up about twenty minutes early like they recommended and so they let me in early. I was out of the building four minutes before my original appointment time. That was really nice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wilmore has a wealth of experience and demonstrates a sincere interest in helping me. During my recent visit he was knowledgeable of and inquired about the outcomes of my previous visits and issues, took the time to explore my health record, and helped me explore different treatment options. I highly recommend him and the rest of the BYU health center staff.

Negative experience: I love the student health center, this is a review of a particular doctor we saw. I took my baby to see Dr. Mitchell for her checkup in September, and I didn’t see him put on gloves or wash his hands before or after doing the exam, including checking her diaper area. Grossed me out! I don’t know of a way to leave feedback at the health center, so leaving this here.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the friendliest and by far the most efficient health visit I’ve ever had. The radiologist had the best sense of humor and each and every nurse treated me with the utmost care and respect. Dr. Willmore, if you happen to read this, know that I got my visa approved the day after my health exam. Ya’ll run a smooth ship over there in Provo!

His staff, Laura and Anna, were equally amazing, going above and beyond to make our visa medical screening for my special needs child as smooth and comfortable as possible. Dr. Willmore himself was exceptionally thoughtful and knowledgeable. After speaking with him, I felt inspired—not only by his expertise but also by the kindness and care he showed throughout the process. Thank you to Dr. Willmore and his team for such an outstanding experience.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very happy polite and professional. It was the most enjoyable physical exam ever.

Negative experience: The location is convenient for students and there's always very open availability for appointments. I've had a few pleasant interactions here with doctors and nurses but for the most part I've experienced nightmares. One of the first times I came here I just needed a refill of a medication I regularly take, but the doctor kept insisting that my condition wasn't perfectly managed and that I'd have to change medications, which would have been terrible. Went to another clinic and had it perfectly taken care of as usual. Another time I came here only because I needed to be seen quickly. What should have been a 20 minute appointment turned into an hour only to find out I needed to come back the next day. I spent another hour there the next day with nobody being able to track down the right information or take care of me. It all ended with a doctor spewing paranoid opinions as if she were the foremost expert in the subject, which left me convinced to no longer seek health care for this issue.

Fantastic experience: It was amazing how fast and effective the service was. I just had to make an appointment online and then sign some papers before getting exactly what I was looking for. I've never had a more pleasant doctor's visit!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Brandon Mitchell and he helped me find an answer to a problem I’ve been having for years! No one had been able to give me an answer before and he did it in a matter of minutes. Everyone else in the office was also very friendly and helpful

Fantastic experience: Went in for a working holiday visa examination for Australia. They were quick, professional and kind. I got an itemized list of what I was charged and I could recommend coming here for a WHV medical exam

Fantastic experience: Everyone was super nice all throughout the process! I went around 5:00 and I didn’t have to wait at all. The nurses were so kind and Dr. Mitchell was amazing! They have a pharmacy right there too which makes life easier. I was a little nervous going in but it really is a great establishment!

Fantastic experience: I had to go to urgent care for a dislocated finger. I ended un needing x-rays. Almost nobody in the waiting room. I was in and out in under an hour.

Fantastic experience: They were very fast in getting me checked in and in my appointment. The Staff were friendly and made talking about what was going on easy. They were very informative and respectful on how they presented the information. I felt like they didn't want me to do any unnecessary procedures or medications. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to get better and not force anything to try and make some more money.

Fantastic experience: Efficient and thorough physical needed for our New Zealand visa application. Everyone knew what they were doing and how to do it from radiology to labs to the exam.

Fantastic experience: I got a bad cold and went to the urgent care for a doctor's note. They were really kind and helped me to get things done in a fast manner. The doctor, Au, she gave me options of what they could do for me and gave a several advises afterwards to alliviate my symptoms. It was a pleasant visit.

Negative experience: Very solicitous and accommodating, but they have no idea what to do with any moderate-level problem. I came in with some abdominal pain, and they immediately admitted that they had no idea what to do with any gastrointestinal problems. I basically just came in, was told that I had to go the ER because they had no idea what to do, and was charged $200 for that one statement.

Negative experience: Went in with a sprained knee from… let’s just say, not doing something very cool. They didn’t make me wait, patched me up fast, and managed to keep a straight face through the whole story. Great experience—10/10 would trust them again with my less-than-epic injuries!

Fantastic experience: They were so patient and kind to me. I came in at about a 10/10 pain and left feeling 1000 times better! They are attentive and take great care of their patients!

Positive experience: The staff is all so kind, and they are very helpful and sincere. They are very good with general questions and informed referrals. My only negative feedback is that they consistently do not address all the questions provided when scheduling an appointment, they typically address the most pressing question and I have to go back for separate appointments if I have multiple concerns.

Fantastic experience: Dr Williams More is very friendly and kind. I liked his service and the behavior he shows to his patients. He is very humble and knows how to deal with patients calmly. I love the service of byu health center. All the staffs, nurses were very cooperative and helpful.

Negative experience: I now understand my mom’s frustration with me while growing up: having a phone but never answering it. I called 3 times over the course of an hour to try and cancel my appointment and nobody answered at all. Very frustrating especially because they don’t offer any other way to cancel appointments…

Fantastic experience: Dr Kawehi Au MD was so helpful! I’ve seen so many Doctors for the things I’ve been experiencing and she was the only one that really took the time to find the root problem instead of slapping a bandaid on a bullet hole. Would definitely recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I am not good at English and I was very nervous because it was my first time going there yesterday, but Megan was kind enough to explain it to my English level, so it was easy to understand. I also liked that she asked me about my symptoms in detail.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful first experience at the physical therapy clinic. The service is provided by caring professionals. The wait was a little long because it was a busier day, but it was worth it. I would recommend it to anyone on campus who needs physical therapy.

Positive experience: I usually have a great experience here, but I had an appointment at 9:30, and the receptionist said the whole appointment would only take 15-20 minutes. At immunizations, there was no one there and I had to wait 15-20 minutes just to see someone. Then at the lab I had to wait 10 minutes. I was late to work because of this. Not my favorite experience here
