Fantastic experience: Karen Carter at Professional Physical Therapy in Orem is amazing! In just three visits, my inflamed left knee feels so much better. Karen really knows her stuff—she took the time to understand my pain and tailored a plan that worked wonders. Her positive attitude made each session a breeze, and I noticed improvement right away. Highly recommend her if you need effective, caring therapy!

Fantastic experience: Been with Steve and his crew for about six months now (had a injury then a surgery for that injury) and have had a great experience. The office works very well with my spotty insurance haha and they're a lot more flexible scheduling wise then most physical therapy clinics in Utah Valley. Every time I went to clinic I get like I was getting my moneys worth; they are really good at teaching practical home exercises I can carry on at home. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If you got hurt in a car accident, this is the best place to go! The physical therapists are very concerned about helping you heal and making your body stronger too. The aides are all smart, caring, and friendly.

Negative experience: I wish I could give a better review because the people seem nice, but overall I did not have a good experience. I went twice a week for 4 solid months to alleviate the muscle pain I was experiencing in my thigh and after all those sessions, my leg still feels the same even today. The chronic pain was not alleviated at all. I also never really got a clear diagnosis of what the issue was or why it was caused. Maybe this location does a lot of good for others, but for me it did not seem to help at all. In my case it seems like they didn't even know what to do to help my thigh. But what upsets me the most is that I was charged full price for every single session as if the sessions really were helping my leg. But they did not. And now I'm stuck paying thousands of dollars for what? To the owners/managers, please do not reply to this review unless you are willing to offer me a significant discount on my bill because I feel like it was all for nothing.

Fantastic experience: These guys are fantastic. They were able to get me in quickly and do a great job. I love how they work the muscle / joint from multiple angles. Very professional and very friendly. On top of that the office is easy to find and there’s plenty of parking!

Fantastic experience: The team is friendly and helpful! If you have an injury and pain this is the place to go! Karen is very knowledgeable and her laugh is contagious! The whole team start to feel like friends and family. You’ll learn all their names and they will know yours. Every visit, I came in with pain and left with none to little pain.This is my last day of therapy!

Fantastic experience: I went here several times to help get back into running after multiple stress fractures. It was a wonderful experience, everyone is super helpful and friendly, and I was able to improve my running form a lot with their help.

Negative experience: Made condition worse, didn’t ever change approach even when it wasn’t working.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this clinic from family friends who were avid runners and got great results. I am a very active individual, but tore my ACL in a hiking fall. I had a patella autograph. I have been SUPER satisfied with my progress. Based upon discussions with friends and family who had the same surgery, I’m already way ahead of where they were at my stage now. I’m m4 weeks out and I feel fabulous! My flexion and extension are excellent! I feel positive about my rehab and outlook on my future activity. They are very fun, professional, and caring. All my sessions have been awesome and never a dull moment.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to this Physical Therapist for about a month for runners knee and they did an outstanding job! They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Their office was always very clean and the people who worked there were so nice and welcoming! I loved my time here!

Fantastic experience: They have helped me with a shoulder injury and runner's knee. They take lots of time to work with me and are always eager to answer my questions. They taught me exercises that I can do on my own. They have helped me to improve the way that I walk and run to prevent further damage to my knee. The staff is kind, professional, and fun. I highly recommend them.
