Negative experience: Update-He keeps blaming me for why this isn't working. I have not been active or doing anything, trying to make sure this works, and still nothing. And you did refer to this as stemcell shots when you gave me half that and half prp last time I was there. I've gotten 2 treatments, and my back and shoulder have gotten worse. The first time they gave me just prp, it was ok for a week, and then it went right back. Second treatment, I asked for stem cells, but he said oh we'll give you half prp and half stem cells to make it stronger, but still wouldn't be as expensive if you do just stem cells. Well, I am now worse off than I was when I first started going to him. I don't wanna go back because it has cost me almost a couple of thousands already, if not more, and I'm not getting any better. I feel like they just take your money and give you fake stuff. I've had a buddy gotten stem cells somewhere else in the valley, and he loves his results. I don't know what else to do at this point.

Update—We have done hundreds of PRP/regenerative injections with great success. The patient was told six treatments including three physical therapy visits were necessary to treat his chronic condition. He only attended two and no therapy visits. While the majority of people get great improvement within 1-2 visits, chronic conditions can take 12 weeks and the full six visits and also need to do their exercises. We are sorry he did not even do half the visits recommended and give us a chance to help him. Records show he paid less than 1k for the three injections which is the best price in town and a reason many doctors refer patients to us. We wish you all the best to recover.

Negative experience: Dr Brady has a terrible bed side manner, He pushes the injury further than what it can do so I had fear that he would injure it even more. I would not recommend him. I gave him multiple chances and never left feeling better.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brady has been awesome. He wants to get to the root of the problem to fix it and not just your typical adjustment Chiro! Have referred many people to him and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

LaRaine Christensen 5 years ago

Positive experience: The massage, adjustment and acupuncture were great. First time getting an acupuncture and I recommend! However dealing with the office personnel about my bill when I knew I was 100% covered, she argued with me and I had to call my insurance to make sure. Very unprofessional! Update: I just received a notice from Provo Medical Massage stating: Our lovely front desk person, Lydia, did everything possible to gently let LaRaine know that massage is not covered by Medicare. She was informed before the massage that it was an extra expense and even signed a form. We cannot change Medicare benefits even if a patient feels otherwise or is given faulty information. Wow REALLY Provo Medical? It s not the Massage that I am referring to and YOU know it! I know and still know that the Massage is Extra and that I pay full price for that and had no problem doing that. It's the Chiropractic Adjustment and the Acupuncture is what is covered. Yet, on the first visit I had a discussion with both Dr. Brady and Lydia saying that Molina assured me that those services were covered and they both questioned it. I had to call Molina and their Department, American Specialty Services that offers the special services and they said YES I was covered and with my Insurance Card that there should have been no question. They just needed to get in touch with Molina, which Lydia Finally Did after I called and she said she would look into it. Both the Doctor and the Office Staff made me doubt my insurance. They both told me that Medicare was my primary and Molina Medicare Complete Care is my secondary. The name is on the Insurance Card. In their mind and so called billing experience, they would have to bill Medicare first. I told them at first that Molina was my primary and they couldn't understand that. I had to do the leg work to make sure I was covered. If they would have just understood me in the first place and not go on what they THOUGHT then it wouldn't have been a problem. No Provo Medical, don't bring the blame back to me. VERY Unprofessional. And Now I know to never refer people to you. Yes you have some good services and the only good thing about this experience is that I know how Acupuncture feels and not afraid to try it again. but if a person has to explain their insurance to you when you have already dealt with that insurance before?? Then there is a BIG Problem.

Our lovely front desk person, Lydia, did everything possible to gently let LaRaine know that massage is not covered by Medicare. She was informed before the massage that it was an extra expense and even signed a form. We cannot change Medicare benefits even if a patient feels otherwise or is given faulty information. Update:: We have dealt with Molina and Medicare with thousands of patients for the last 24 years. We know what we are talking about. Acupuncture is also not a covered benefit. Show us one paid claim from another clinic and we will eat our words. And even still we gave her written notice which she signed and a heavily discounted rate of $20 for these non covered services. Don’t sign something you dont intend to honor or go on social media to complain about what you fairly agreed to.

Fantastic experience: The massage I got was amazing. The girl (Maddy?) Was so fun to talk to and listened to my requests very well. I will definitely be coming here again. The only suggestion I have is for the water to be a little colder, but that's not worth nitpicking over. Awesome massage and environment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brady is awesome. Always helps me when I’m out of place! And pairing the half hour massage with an appointment works great.

Positive experience: I have had great experiences receiving medical massages from the masseuses in the office. No problems there. BUT I have had mixed experiences with Eric J Brady, the chiropractor at the office. I stopped seeing him because he could not maintain professional boundaries. He made me feel unsafe with his lack of caution for COVID guidelines. He also dug into my personal religious beliefs and made me highly anxious in a place I was trying to escape anxiety and stress and receive treatment. Please learn from this and do better, Dr Brady.
