Fantastic experience: Love all the people in PT Connections!

Fantastic experience: The most professional establishment I have been to in a long time! Great people, friendly attitudes and very helpful on all aspects! I recommend all my friends to this establishment on a daily basis and will continue to do so because this place is just amazing!

Negative experience: There is a provider in the office, Stephanie Nolting, who provides therapy just for women. She also is not contracted with insurance companies so you stand to pay a very large amount of money per session. The biggest grievance is in fact her lack of professionalism in sending emails out without "blinding them" as she says so every patient knows everyone else's name. In her profession and the women she stands to help (if they can afford it) she needs to practice not only the law by protecting patient information but also courtesy to her patients where they feel safe to want to see her and not asshamed of any issues they may be having by having their names put on blast. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Chad and the physical therapy team are able to customize treatment plans to ensure the instructions are easy to follow. They are safe to talk with and are truly in this work to help people feel better rather than promote products. The level of integrity and expertise is real because they are in it to improve people's lives!

Fantastic experience: Today was my second visit with Michael and it was fantastic. He listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly. He is very thorough and explains everything that he’s doing and how it affects the mechanics of your body as well as things to do to help with your trouble spots. He’s also very funny while still being professional. 200% recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: worth the self-investment! I just got a therapeutic massage from Michael Coffee and his name is perfect - I have so much energy after that and also relaxed. He invites you to take ownership of the session, and has you engage certain muscles to help them relax and also strengthen. It is truly physical therapy combined with massage!! I even got a free purple massage ball and he took the time after we were done to show me stretches and massages specific to my sore scalp, tight shoulders and jaw.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going through a lot in life, and haven’t taken time for myself for a long time. I scheduled to get a massage with Micheal Coffee and let me tell you how that was the best decision of my life. He truly takes the time to learn your body and work out whatever sore spots you have or tight muscles. There aren’t words that describe the high you get afterwards. He takes his time kneading and massaging spots you didn’t even realize were causing you pain. If you’ve never had a massage and are nervous about it being awkward or weird I can’t recommend him enough. He makes sure you are comfortable and he is so personable that it’s impossible to not feel relaxed. I almost cancelled due to not having a babysitter, don’t let that stop you they have a day care and the day care is just as amazing!

Fantastic experience: Michael Coffee is amazing, His ability to assess, and address, muscle tightness, weakness, end joint and skeletal misalignments is impressive. He is very skilled in both traditional and non-traditional massage. Michael has freed me from the pain in my right bicep that I was experiencing for almost 2 years, he adresses my scoliosis each time I see him, as well as any other muscular and skeletalI issues that I may be having at the time. I am extremely active, and I am very prone to muscle tension and skeletal misalignment. I always leave his office feeling relaxed and pain-free. Michael also pays close attention to my body's response, not only to his touch, the amount of pressure, and physical tension, but also to my current psychological and emotional disposition. He is a whole person therapist and I appreciate him greatly!

Fantastic experience: Michael Coffee is the best PT massage Therapist hands down!! I have chronic injuries, arthritis and he's a lifesaver. PT massages are a must if you have chronic pain,injuries. The knowledge he has compared to regular massage therapists surpasses anyone I've gone to. 1000 times sold and won't ever gone anywhere else again. Also he is a great genuine and guy!!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Michael Coffee for 10 years now and I'll never go to anyone else. He seems to know everything about the entire structure and mechanics of the body and how to work with and improve any condition. I've never experienced a massage therapist's work that actually helped me long term. All of my previous massages just felt good during the session, or for maybe a couple hours after. When I get a massage from Michael, I leave my appointment feeling completely relaxed and like a whole new person. I'm amazed every single time. He's the best, go see him!

Fantastic experience: I have went to PT connections for physical therapy for my shoulder and my hip. Each time the staff was great, friendly and interactive. I felt that the physical therapy was tailored to my needs instead to just walking through the steps. I have tried physical therapy at other places in town and I did not get the same results.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Michael Coffee for a little over a year now. I'm a 6'4" stone mason who has minor scoliosis as a result of my work, and have experienced chronic back pain for years. Michael was the 10th or 11th physical therapist I've seen over the last 3 years and is by far the best one, which is why I've stuck with him for so long. His level of knowledge about the human body is unmatched in his field from what I've seen and experienced. His techniques are innovative and effective. Fantastic experience: I went through physical therapy connection, pc after I had a total knee replacement and h after I had a stroke. Both times the care I received was outstanding and totally professional. I worked with Max and Chad and Michael through both rounds and received complete support and amazing results. Fantastic experience: I started off at Centuria physical therapy.. Wasn’t getting anywhere with improvements. So I switched over to Physical Therapy Connections. Went to see my surgeon for a second visit, made the comment to me he seen a big difference in my progress and made a comment to me it was good to see me smiling. Fantastic experience: Michael Coffee did an amazing job. I am new to the world of massages and did not know exactly what to expect. I had this idea that it would be what I saw in movies. It was that, and so much more! I received the full treatment, including hot stones which felt amazing, cupping to promote blood flow to some extremely tense places in my back and shoulders, and a deep tissue full body massage. He is incredibly knowledgeable and offered to explain everything that he was doing. He explained how nerves in one area need to be worked to relieve pain in another area and how I can do at home stretches to relieve muscles tightness in between appointments. Based on my areas of tightness, he was able to determine that I have a desk job and hunch over a keyboard and that I clench my jaw. It was shocking what he could determine as he worked. I also appreciated how he engaged with me, personally. While it is a very relaxing environment, I am a chatter box. Michael picked up on that and we had so much fun laughing for nearly the entire hour. By the time my massage was completed, my makeup was smudged, my hair was a mess, but my body and mind felt incredible. My follow-up appointment is already scheduled!

Fantastic experience: I have been to PT for both shoulder and knees. I have always been a one on one bases and they have gotten me back to myself and what to do after done with PT at home. Many times I have gone back to some of the exercises and they have help me get pass my pain and back on track again. I would say if you are looking for a great PT they are the one. Always polite, friendly and they know their stuff for all kinds of pain relief. I thank them for all they have done for me and gotten me back to doing my things again.

Fantastic experience: I am convinced that my recent total knee replacement would not have been as successful had it not been for the therapists at Physical Therapy Connections. Michael and Max were wonderful! They are both incredibly skilled and knowledgeable about the mechanics of the knee, and because of this, I had a far better outcome than I ever thought possible. I believe that all of the therapists at PTC genuinely care about how their patient's are progressing through the rehab process. Fantastic experience: I came to PTC after a total knee replacement. I had struggled for a couple of years with knee issues and had developed some very bad limping habits to compensate. I worked with Chad mainly who never gave up on me! His knowledge about surgeries, muscle/bone structures, problem association, strengthening techniques, and mental obstacles were obvious on a daily basis. His enthusiasm for his profession poured out along with his positive personality. He made me want to work harder by explaining the hows and whys with the techniques and exercises used. I attribute my successful recovery to his belief in me and his constant encouragement. This has changed my life completely and I would not hesitate to recommend Chad to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I have used PT Connections in the past and chose them again. I had rotator cuff and bicep surgery last Aug. I'm just ending my time with them and it's a happy and sad time. Happy because I'm doing well and can continue my strength exercises at home. Sad because I will miss the entire team. I've probably used each therapist at one time or another and they are like family to me. When a lot of places were closed down because of Covid they were open for paitents and virtual if you wanted that option. There was a time that all of a sudden I lost most of my strength for no reason that we could figure out. They stopped my PT until I could be evaluated by my surgeon. After another MRI showed a small tear in the RC I started back with PT. I am almost back to full mobility which can take up to a year. The whole team has helped me get my life back. Thank you, to all the team.

Fantastic experience: All the staff at PT Connections are simply amazing! I feel very comfortable recommending them to others including my spouse. I was previously treated for a serious foot crush injury (that included fractures) and thought I'd never be able to walk again. But they got me back to running! Currently, I'm being treated for a shoulder issue and cannot believe how quickly they've gotten me back to being not only significantly more functional but to also resuming my weight lifting routine! I greatly appreciated the complimentary electronic resources and workshops that helped me confirm that I needed their help with my shoulder. Their friendliness, professionalism and expertise make me feel comfortable and always looking forward to my treatment visits. 1-17-20 additional comments: I wanted to add what I inform people about who I've referred to PT Connections who are concerned about the cost: Physical Therapy (PT) can range in cost for people paying cash or through insurance but either way, I always feel like it's worth every penny because it solves my problems! I always leave feeling better than when I walked in and I improve quicker than I thought possible. Further, I let them know that healthcare costs can add up if an issue is ignored. So actually in the long run, it saves you money to do PT instead of missing work, causing more damage with poor mechanics (compensation patterns) or from masking pain with costly and side-effect laden medicines, or waiting so long that you need either surgery or much more PT than if you had just done PT earlier :)

I have been in and out PT for close to 22 years due to injuries sustained in a car accident and I have seen numerous therapists throughout the years. Fantastic experience: I came to PTC on a recommendation from a friend and I am so pleased with the customer service, massage, and physical therapy sessions I receive. From the moment they greet you on the phone, PTC's employees are concerned and compassionate about the pain you are in - they truly want to help you get better. The administrative assistants who scheduled my sessions were both so kind, friendly, and caring. I could only afford a few sessions rather than a whole training plan, but the staff treated me with the same intentional education and compassion as they do their long-term patients. I met with Stephanie, Mike, and Chad to address a torn meniscus and a winged shoulder. All were very conscious and helpful with how much I wanted to sponge up as much knowledge as I could. PTC's business model - led by Chad - seems to be very focused on getting you better so that you actually don't have to come back anymore, which is exactly the kind of physical therapy model I want to support! I have twice-monthly massages now to help heal my injuries and I can't recommend Michael Coffee (2019 Gold Medalist for Best of Pueblo Massage Therapist) enough. He consistently engages in continuing education opportunities to keep improving, even though he has plenty of clients. He loads my massages with multiple different techniques depending on what my body needs that day, and doesn't nickel-and-dime me for those different techniques - it's just a flat price. Like the physical therapy sessions, our goal together is to get me to the point where I am no longer in pain and don't have to come back anymore. I will be sad when that day comes, but happy because the staff have become true supporters and friends along the way!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff made me feel comfortable being there and most of all, helped me regain the mobility I had lost due to a couple of falls. Stephanie and Max helped me understand how I could help myself by the techniques they taught me. The two Sams were very helpful with the scheduling of my sessions, as well. Positive experience: A few of the therapists gave me some very good tips and I improved from my injuries. I most especially enjoyed when Adrian came to our gym to conduct a mobility workshop and tests. I also attended several senior mobility classes with him. The reason I never returned is because I was told my insurance would only pay for a 30 min session which is simply not true. I went to So Colo Physical Therapy and they work with me nearly and hour and one on one. I don't like being given a couple min instructions and being left by myself while the PT works with several other people. I also never got any benefit while working with Max. He wouldn't listen to what I told him what I had already been taught. I've also asked several times for the instructional workshops to be held in the mornings or weekends but that still hasn't happened. I work at night.

Fantastic experience: Every time I have experienced some kind of pain, Samantha fixed it. She is amazing and knows exactly what needs to be done. There have been times that I was not able to tolerate certain pain and after one session with her, my pain was eliminated...I don't know too many health practitioners that have awarded me the same immediate benefit, but she has never failed me.

Fantastic experience: I started going to PT Connections with osteoarthritis pain and swelling in my knee. I really wasn't sure this would help, but figured I had nothing to lose by trying. Within four appointments, the pain and swelling had gone down and I was provided with a home exercises to continue the progress. The office and staff is very helpful and kind. Thank you for making me feel so much better.

Fantastic experience: Started right after knee replacement surgery on a walker and feeling depressed and discouraged, as I couldn't see how I would ever be able to accomplish what the surgeon said I would. I "graduated" this week and still can't believe what seem to be miracles to me regarding my progress. It's some of the hardest work I have ever done in my life (and will continue to do for months) but well worth it. I also have dementia, which complicated my recovery and their "work" with me. However, the combination of exercises, manipulations/massage, and practical advice on how to handle challenges and everyday tasks was so beneficial. But more than that, the careful listening and compassion I experienced are what got me through the difficult days. From front desk on, I never felt like just another client. They became like a second family to me, and I will miss the personalized contact. Eventually I will have to get the other knee replaced and wouldn't go anywhere else for my PT. #1 in my book!

Fantastic experience: I've never been a big fan of physical therapy - I've had poor experiences with PT in the past so I figured I could just do the rehab myself. After my recent surgery I was quite skeptical but a customer of mine bragged up Michael Flores and PT Connections. My recovery wasn't progressing as well as I hoped so I thought I'd give them a shot. Michael and Max Madrid both worked on me at various times for about 6 sessions. They didn't do the work for me but made me do the work and gave me homework to do each week before returning. They didn't just have some set exercises they demanded were done their way based on my condition, but worked with me and what would work best individually for me. By doing PT this way, I gained more flexibility and lost more pain making more progress than ever before. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I broke both of my shoulders during a severe seizure and had emergency surgery to repair them. I spent two months with both arms completely immobilized. When I finally got my slings off I had no strength and no range of motion. During the following four months I worked with Physical Therapy Connections and made incredible progress. I was amazed at their ability to work with this severe injury and their creativity in strengthening both of my arms at the same time. Their therapists are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very encouraging. I worked with each one of their therapists, and they all had their unique strengths that created a very well-rounded healing environment. In addition to all this, I absolutely loved their office staff. They were friendly, helpful, and an all-around joy to work with. Fantastic experience: When I went there they were quick to get me scheduled and the people st the front desk comforted me and made me feel and happy and gave me much sympathy they got the job done! Once I started to work with the people there they were nice and funny and helped me with everything I needed help with. 5/5! It was amazing!

Fantastic experience: Physical Therapy Connection helped me so much when I threw my back out at work last year.I could barely walk and stand straight was impossible. I saw Michael Flores and he evaluated me and together we came up with a game plan and to get me back to normal. And in six visits I was able to sit stand and even touch my toes and get back to work. Special thanks to staff for be friendly and making my life easier.

Fantastic experience: Every experience I've had with Physical Therapy Connections has been fantastic, from their warm and welcoming receptionist to the various physical therapy treatments their knowledgeable therapists have provided, to their amazing massage therapist. Their staff has always been friendly and efficient and have provided me with tools needed to continue therapy well after being discharged and have even kept me out of the emergency room for my neck pain. I have and will continue to recommend PTC to friends, family, and patients alike for physical and massage therapy.

I was always well taken care of, especially by Max Madrid, and treated with utmost respect. Every staff member was kind and encouraging as I worked through my recovery and they helped me get better than I was before my knee surgery. I highly recommend Physical Therapy Connections and the amazing staff there.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best physical therapy clinic in Pueblo. I have had 2 knee replacements and was so impressed with their knowledge and total body approach to physical therapy. I'm going to be rehabbing from a shoulder surgery and this clinic is the only place I considered. I also see Michael Coffee who is the most amazing massage therapist ever! They all work together as a team to improve my pain and health. The front desk and back office staff are awesome and I'm always greeted with a smile. They even came to get me when I couldn't get a ride. Can't say enough good things!!

Negative experience: The physical therapists are not very caring whether you getting well or not. They either don't care, lazy, or not very experience in treating patient. They don't have a schedule or a plan to progressing the patient to next level in their treatment in every session. Every therapy session practically is the same and there is no suggestion what the patient need to do at home or encouragement. All they care is how many sessions they can get it out from your health plan. PT Connection is a waste of money don't go there because you won't get well.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff! I learned how to prevent my reoccurring shoulder pain at one of their free events. Michael was very knowledgable.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place. I finally got my back straightened out with years of physical therapy at another facility and only came here for feet therapy. Upon my appt, I explained this but the therapist paid no mind to me and started working on my back which pulled it out of place. I had to return for medical help again to straighten it out. Refunds were due to me but never received. I kept being told "check is in the mail". I be seeking legal services and complaining to the BBB. Shame my experience was poor with this company
