Shandy Clinic - Pueblo South

Positive experience: The therapists are amazing. My son loves them. As for the front desk secretary, she is the rudest person. Has the worst attitude. I drove all the way from Trinidad sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes until finally I asked if he had therapy. Her response "oh the therapist isn't in today, we have an opening at 5:30". Ya because I wanna wait in Pueblo for 5 hours to have 30 minutes of speech therapy. Then she said "we sent a reminder" which was a lie. Then claims she had the wrong phone number even though she's been calling me on my new number which I told them about months prior. Another time I get there and was waiting at least 15 minutes. She walked by me, looked at me then went to the bathroom. Then afterwards she was sitting at her desk and the therapist walked in and said "oh hey why didn't you tell me Ezra was here how long has he been waiting?" She blatantly lied to her face with an attitude and said "I don't know I was running around". Even though she was sitting there the whole entire time. I don't know what her problem is but she is very unprofessional and rude. Again the therapist are amazing but be prepared for the rude lady in the front.

Negative experience: Exploitative.

Fantastic experience: Joe was the most amazing physical therapist! The whole staff is nice, funny, and kids get along so well with everyone. My son had his tantrums at times, but Joe stayed professional and so understanding. Amanda was also amazing the 2 days we worked with her. Shandy Clinic wouldn’t be 5 stars without them.

Fantastic experience: Loves these guys! Very friendly and caring. They are helping my child for her feet and balance but it’s helping in so many more ways!!!

Negative experience: The therapists seem great but the front desk lady is a little rude, they only have 1 and her name is Jeanette and the past two times I called she wasn’t very friendly. Also my main concern for my son is his speech and that was what I told his doctor and that’s why I wanted him to get seen here to begin with was JUST for a speech therapist. Well it’s almost been almost 4 months and they still haven’t made an appointment for him to get seen by a speech therapist due to not having much speech therapist….. so if your child needs a speech therapist I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: It's all about fun here. They have so many activities and games for the kiddos, it's almost like they're not in "therapy". My 10 son LOVES IT!!!

Positive experience: Awesome therapy for my children. Only down fall is that today and last week spent 20 minutes to call amd check my child in as directed by the staff and got no answer. There should always be someone answering phones in a professional establishment. Other wise great fro the kids

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about entering the special needs community with my son and his ASD but the Shandy Clinics staff made for an amazing experience. They were warm and inviting and they are considerate of all the patients being seen. Best Occupational therapy staff we've met yet!

Positive experience: We love the staff at our Shandy Clinic but are disheartened to see them put at risk with the current situation we are in. With schools making the decision to close to keep children safe, we would think you guys would do the same.

Fantastic experience: My daughter enjoys both of her therapists. The whole shandy clinic staff are friendly and down to earth and are patient and understanding of certain situations. . My daughter and I really like Morgan and Ally!!

Fantastic experience: Shandy clinic has been a really good therapy office for my son thomas. Befor we started coming he was not talking at all I couldn't understand him at all ... Now i can understand him better then couple years ago im so proud of him doing a really good job....all the therapys are really good with him...ms. Jeannette been a sweet, nice person to me and my son thomas and my family she is really good at her job she is very friendly if i say so i would say you should gave her raise. If anyone ask i tell everyone to go to this good therapy office to go is the shandy clinic northside or south they are both really good place to go. Thank you so much Crystal ❤❤
