Negative experience: I liked it here. But due to recent changes I don’t. With my doctor leaving I hoped I could stay but they don’t do that according to what I was told on the phone and it just really felt like okay you don’t want to keep patients so now I have to find a new doctor which is fine.. and then I was supposed to have an appointment made this appointment like a week or so ago.. and then get a call the day before my appointment it’s being canceled cause I have to wait a year for a physical that’s fine but why wasn’t that seen when I made that appointment? Why am I being informed the day before the appointment… I also felt who left me the message was so rude on the voicemail. But it’s sad cause I really liked going here but with my doctor leaving and how I was treated since that announcement not liking it at all.

Negative experience: Cory and the other lady who works alongside her messed with my appointment got there 5 min early and she said I was 20 min late.! They are scamming to get money out of you for no show. Then had the nerve to tell Me I needed to pay the no show money in cash today?? What happen to billing me. I'm a no show but I'm right there! Then tell me they could give me another appointment today same day 2/27/24 but I would have to pay the cash balance to them. I told them I wanted to pay with card for record and she proceeded to tell me they only accept CASH! Sound like this office is playing for personal gain. The receptionist is horrible women. I would not recommend this place to No one. I will be filling a dispute with BBC and anything else I could get my hands on To expose this office. They should be ashamed of themselves. Watch them write back and say we have no record of you very disappointed with this place office is 1315 Fortino Blvd, Pueblo, CO 81008 I'm not confused!! I know the place I had an appointment with

Fantastic experience: Very personable easy to understand great to work with. Wonderful staff excellent service short wait time.

Negative experience: Horrible service! I live in San Antonio Texas and I called to have my Father seen at their facility. They had absurd charges on his account for counseling for something he didn’t ask for counseling for nor did they make aware that he was being charged. BEWARE!! They’re working the insurance system for their “billable charges”.

Negative experience: The worst place I have ever been. I am a heart patient and I can't get a physician to care about even listening to my heart. I am also an ex-US ARMY Medic, Emergency Room Technician. I can not get any consults to any care, anywhere. My care gets a 0 for this place! Severely the worst.

Fantastic experience: I began as a new patient with physician's assistant, Josey Schnaufer, in May of 2022. She is very capable and caring, and follows through with any concerns that I may have. The office staff is amazing as well, and I am pleased to be under the care of this fine facility. Keep up the great work!!

Fantastic experience: Great place with great employees. I only had a problem with one receptionist, not sure of her name but she was nasty and rude but i won’t allow her to ruin the great review of this office. The other receptionist Darian was a total sweetheart and always is, also very welcoming. Darian is always helpful. Isreal was also an amazing employee, very respectful, hardworking and caring person. & lastly, Shyanna is absolutely the best, i even travel 45 minutes just to keep her as my doctor. You all are amazing, minus the rude receptionist!

Fantastic experience: I was sent here through the VA and it was the best thing they have ever done for me. Josie made me feel comfortable enough to talk about issues I didn't plan on disclosing at all, I'm glad the VA has finally done something right for me and I'm glad this place exists, now I really look forward to having answers. It means the world having someone treat you like a person, because I can't even say how many times my own doctors at the VA didn't show up to our scheduled appointments, and how many times I've switched providers. I feel hopeful again

Negative experience: Took 3 weeks to get scheduled in and then when I show up and give them my insurance card, the receptionist tells me they don’t accept my insurance. I told them over the phone when I was scheduling it that I had anthem blue cross blue shield, how are you going to tell me after waiting 3 weeks to be seen that you don’t accept my insurance even though when you scheduled me you asked me over the phone and it was fine!!!! GARBAGE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

Fantastic experience: Josie Schomp....I feel like this review is long overdue. Josie has been my doctor since she worked in Pueblo West. I loved her so much that I followed her here. In addition to her experience she has a passion and a heart for helping to keep her patients well. She is very personable and genuinely cares about you. That is one thing I love most about her. She always takes the best care if me. Avery, her nurse is also amazing as is the front staff. A true family doctor.

Negative experience: I felt like the staff was nice and wanted to keep me on as a patient. I had a couple appointments with Josie and she was nice but didn't understand my auto-immune disease. I wanted to get a referral to go to a specialist in the area but they refused to send one without me making another appointment. With everything going on right now the last thing I want is another pointless doctor appointment. Thank you for not helping me find the care I really need.

Fantastic experience: The staff at the front desk are so welcoming and kind! Josie explains things very well and is very realistic with you! I have been beyond pleased with everyone at this doctors office! I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a primary physician!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Josey for several yrs now. She is very considerate she is concerned when you have a problem. Between her and her staff you leave feeling at ease knowing that they are taking care of you If you want a good doc or office to go to I highly recommend Pueblo Sports and Family Medicine
