Negative experience: my insurance sent me here to get therapy. i get to my appts earlier, so as i wait for 30 minutes, other patients come in, and they get in right away. so i asked, and was told not first come first serve, its whatever the therapist feels like doing. place sucks.

Fantastic experience: i am a recovering quadriplegic and the therapists are patient and kind, while the front desk ladies are also kind while being efficient and flexible with scheduling.

Negative experience: THERE BACK TO THE B.S. AGAIN NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. SO CAN'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WHO'S IN CHARGE OF THIS PLACE?? IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS IT WOULD BE ZERO.

Negative experience: The front desk customer service is horrible. I called multiple times in one day, but there was no answer or return call. After my fourth call, i just hung up. The same day after getting x-rays on my back and hip close to this location, i decided to drive by the women at the front desk. They were very unwelcoming to me after explaining to why i am here. They were very unprofessional and unwelcoming on my arrival. For those who wonder why, i don't just go somewhere with they insurance that i have. There aren't many choices locally.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing compared to the Pomona location I had request to transfer to Rancho. Everyone from the receptionist to the therapist are very charismatic. I personally only work with Christina, Jesse and Ian. Yes, trying to reach the office is a bit complicated but the ladies in front informed that the best time to call would be at the half hour mark (8:30, 9:30,...) hope that helps. Super sweet Liz gave me her email if in the future I had a hard time contacting the office. I really enjoy listening to their choice in music.

Negative experience: This office is terrible. Terrible front office. Took forever to get an appointment. They didn’t call back after leaving messages on several occasions. I tried calling them back today and there is an answering machine again. Avoid this office at all cost. Ask your physician to send you to a different physical therapy location. I will update after first visit to see how the actual therapists are but if you can’t get a hold of anybody …. nothing else really matters. Save yourself the frustration.

Positive experience: I have called this place over 20 times and no one ever answers. The voicemail box is full so can't even leave a message. I need to get an appointment scheduled and apparently can't do that. Very inconvenient.

Negative experience: If you’re eligible for home health or know someone and they need Physical Therapy,Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy send them to Optima Care in Ontario They are really good

Negative experience: I've been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks now, I have left several messages and no one has returned my calls. I have 6 approved visits with my insurance and have only managed to schedule 2 visits within the past 3 months. I will be reporting a grievance to my insurance company

Negative experience: Very unprofessional desk clerk, office not good on returning calls. Desk clerk is just plain old rude and racist. She likes to start arguments with the patients. I could go on about this topic but I think I made a point.

Negative experience: Very rude. Was standing there 8 min before they came to window only to assist someone else who just walked up. When addressed she said well yoi didn't say you needed help. Very rude started arguing right there in front of everyone. The blond was very unprofessional

Negative experience: Like the phone calls don’t matter to these people. I have to actually go in and make an appointment when I’m suppose to be calling. Doesn’t sound like I’ll be having a good experience, hopefully I’m wrong but so far, already disappointed

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant staff members. The thing that made me decide to ultimately stop going was that three visits in a row I experienced the employees talking negatively about other patients IN FRONT OF PATIENTS... so wild. The quality of the therapy exercises and attention and direction given was just mediocre at best. So disappointing. Would never recommend.

Negative experience: I like this place but they are very inefficient as far as answering the phone to make appointment. Their machine says you can’t leave messages because it’s full.

Negative experience: I can't even get through to make an appointment here. They must not answer their phones after lunch and their mailbox is full so of course I can't even leave a message. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a month now.

Negative experience: this place is a complete joke as far as service goes front desk people are very careless and not welcoming..they eat right at the check in desk and they dont want be bothered..very unfriendly to kids and their needs even though they dont mind taking their insurance money...one of the worst medical experience i have ever had and will never go back there ....be aware ... my experience is with Rancho location..dont know about the other locations but clearly it is the same company..crap.
