Fantastic experience: Going here was the best decision I ever made. I suffered a nerve injury in 2018 while serving in the Army and for years my back suffered from winged scapula. I had surgery to correct the winging in 2021 but by then the muscles had completely locked up. I have tried many different things before finding Blissful Wellness. I was originally going for chiropractic with Dr. Tsai and Dr. Hsueh but Dr. Tasi recommended that I try acupuncture with Dr. Chang and it completely changed everything. For the first time in over 7 years I am practically pain free! Highly recommend 10/10.

They took the time to listen carefully to my symptoms and thoroughly explained my treatment options. Fantastic experience: 1st time seeing a chiropractor and I regret not going sooner. My new job required a lot of computer charting and I found myself sitting at a desk a lot more than I would like. This led to tight shoulders with pain that extended to my neck from my shoulders and even to my jaw. Blissfull Wellness accepted my insurance so I went in for a consultation and fell in love with this treatment center. Dr. Joy has been my provider for the past 2 years now. Fantastic experience: Dr. Huang and her staff are extremely helpful and caring. I received a few acupuncture treatments from Dr. Huang for pain and fluid that accumulated in both my knees. I had this issue for approximately a year. After being treated by Dr. Huang, my knees began healing rapidly. Still as of today, my knees feel as good as new! I also receive treatment for neck and shoulder pain due to stress. It's amazing that my headache and pain are alleviated almost immediately after my session. Fantastic experience: I have suffered from migraine headaches for about 8 years. Along with the headaches came nausea, sleepless nights and the inability to do much of anything. My sister encouraged me to try acupuncture and I must admit I was pretty skeptical. During my initial visit, I was very impressed with Dr. Huang's confidence and compassion as she explained what I could expect with my treatments. I was at least hopeful that this just might work! I can honestly say that after coming to Dr. Huang for a few visits of acupuncture and acupressure, the intensity of my headaches have gone from a level 10 to a level 2. This is after trying many different over-the-counter and prescription medications. I even went to a Neurologist just to rule out any other complications. Lately, I haven't had any significant pain and my overall health is much improved. I'm sleeping better and have more energy. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy in early May I began treatment with Dr Tsai one week after the diagnosis. Recovery has been remarkable. One month to the day of the first symptoms, I am 95% recovered. A typical recovery using traditional medical treatment would be expected to take 4 months. Dr Tsai is very knowledgeable. I had an important business presentation scheduled 10 days after beginning treatment. We worked together to get me through that successfully, and since then to complete the recovery. I had previously received acupuncture from Dr Tsai, and when I reached out to her on the weekend, she responded immediately, and we started treatment on the following Monday. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Blissful Wellness since November '13. I first visited this establishment because of the favorable reviews. I compared reviews for Blissful Wellness with other acupuncturists in the area and none seemed to compare. I wasn't disappointed when I started treatment. The staff were very professional and their system for payment and scheduling efficient. They offer a discount when signing up for a treatment plan. This makes each visit much more affordable. The premises are immaculate and calming. Dr. Tsai, Dr. Chang and Dr. Hsueh are very thorough in their explanations of the treatment plan they prescribe for me. They explain WHY they are doing a particular treatment and then always follow up on the next visit to see how it worked for me. If the relief (for my ever changing, on-going condition) was not giving suitable relief then they change the treatment plan at that visit. I have never once felt that I "wasted" money on an appointment. Long story short, my chronic neck/back pain is better because of my treatments. I look forward to my appointments. The 30 minutes that you lie there with the needles... there's value to those 30 minutes, believe me! I highly recommend Blissful Wellness and their wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: I came here less than a month ago in the hopes I may find relief for severely heavy menstruation. This has been an ongoing issue for 6 years and the treatment options recommended by my gyn was not great. I turned to TCM and not to sound dramatic, but I have my life back. For the first time in over 6 years, I had a normal period. I didn’t have to cancel plans or stay in bed. I was able to actually live my life without feeling tied to a bathroom. The physicians at Blissful Wellness conduct thorough examinations to determine the cause of pain and use treatments such as cupping therapy, chiropractic treatment, and acupuncture. They can schedule you for all three treatments in one session to help alleviate your pain and is tremendously helpful! They make sure to follow COVID-19 guidelines by using temperature checks and proper sanitization to maintain the safety and wellbeing of both patients and their staff.

Fantastic experience: I'm normally not one to leave reviews, however due to how satisfied I am with this office I feel like that's the least I can do. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would do so! Dr.Chang as well as all of the other Dr's and staff are absolutely amazing! I started not feeling so well in Sept of 2020 and decided to give acupuncture a try. I'm so glad I did because it has been life changing for me! At first I told myself I couldn't afford it and then changed my mindset. Nothing is more important than investing in yourself and your health. I initially went in for lower back pain and migraines. Just 3 months ago I found out that I had been inhaling toxic fumes of freon from a leak in an old refrigerator we had. We were exposed to these chemicals for just about 5 months before we figured out what it was and got it out of our home. I will spare the long details of that because it's been a nightmare in itself. During that time period I had decided to purchase the 15 visits they had in a package to help me save a little money. I must say if I didn't continue my therapy here at Blissful wellness I don't think I would be okay right now! I learned to really pay attention to my body and how I would feel when I went as opposed to when I didn't go. I noticed a HUGE difference with my energy and strength. There were days I was not well and had trouble walking and with my energy. The toxins really did a number on me! When I went in to get acupuncture the second I'd leave I would feel a huge difference. Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, attentive and they really seem to care about helping their patients. They really listen to you and try to do everything to help. I'm hoping that my review can help someone else decide to give this a try if they're on the fence. I know when I didnt know what else to do I started doing my research and I looked at reviews. When it comes to your health I've learned that should be your number one priority. If I'm not okay physically then it affects every aspect of my life. I came in based on a referral from my son when my back muscle was in spasms and I could barely get around. It was painful to lay, stand or sit. I got relief from my first session. Fantastic experience: I’ve been both a chiropractic and acupuncture patient at Blissful-Wellness for 7 years now. I think I started going when my car was rear-ended causing me a lot of soft tissue damage resulting in back and neck pain. I’ve since been going there to address a multitude of issues that I feel eastern medicine is far better equipped to treat than Big Pharma. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Blissful Wellness for about 8 years. I believe both acupuncture and chiropractic care are excellent alternatives to medication and are extremely effective. They have helped with increasing the blood circulation throughout my body. I no longer have cold hands and feet. With acupuncture, I worked on improving digestion and weight loss in the past. Recently, I have used acupuncture to decrease the pain, stiffness, and inflammation in my neck, shoulders, and back due to stress. All three doctors (Dr. Tsai, Dr. Hsueh, and Dr. Chang) are highly knowledgeable and dedicated to finding solutions to my needs. They are extremely professional, efficient, and the staff members are wonderful. I truly believe in this method of therapy and have referred many people to Blissful Wellness. I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for many years and referred friends. When I got my first treatment I walked in hunched over and could barely walk. After my first session I didn’t realize how much pain I was in till I didn’t have it anymore. Everyone there is friendly, warm, knowledgeable and very caring. They offer a variety of services and products which I like very much.

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience with all of the doctors and staff here! I feel truly blessed to have found them! From when i first walked in, the front desk staff are always smiles, were very kind and made me feel welcome! I have severe cervical stenosis with continuous numbness and tingling radiating to my fingers and lumbar stenosis with disc bulge with shooting pain. In the beginning I was very apprehensive and had personal doubt that acupuncture and chiropractic treatments would work but I kept going and the pain and n/t started to subside. The wonderful doctors here are genuinely caring and encouraging every day that I came (twice a week for 3 months) and I never felt rushed. I am very happy to say that my n/t is gone and my shooting pain is gone. I am back to my baseline and I am so much better than when I first came in - thanks to these wonderful doctors and staff! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: This place really earns their 5 stars! Front desk staff is always super friendly when you walk in. And the doctor's and therapist are so professional. They always make sure they can provide the assistance and the care you need. They make it easy to schedule too, either via text or you can call. And they are taking all the necessary precautions to keep the office and treating rooms clean. I've seen so much improvement with my back pain and stress levels.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Tsai and Dr. Hsueh and all of the staff at Blissful Wellness. I have had severe TMJ, Neck Pain, Shoulder Pain and Headaches for several years. I felt the difference in just a couple of visits. I no longer get headaches. I don't clench my jaw and my neck and shoulders are loose and flexible once again. Staff provides great stretching exercises to take home. The office staff is great as well. They text you a reminder of your upcoming appointment. Everyone is very friendly and caring.

Fantastic experience: Over the past few months, I have been suffering from frozen shoulder. I had a lot of difficulty moving my arm and could not raise my arm higher than my shoulder or do a backhand. After coming to Blissful Wellness starting December, I have seen an obvious improvement in my condition. During my visit, besides doing the treatment, Joy would also patiently teach me exercises that I can do at home to increase my mobility. In addition, she has such a nice personality and is always so eager to help me get better . Without her help, my shoulder would probably still be in a lot of pain today.

Fantastic experience: This place has been a saving grace!!! Jennifer, Joy, and James (doctors) are like family I’ve been going here for at least 2 years and they are patient and super informative. The message therapist are wonderful I walk away feeling like I’m a teenagers again.... so relaxed and loose. Reception is always knowledgeable and can explain all your insurance info in detail—- which is wonderful. I always do a combo of acupuncture and chiro each session they show me different excersise to do at home for my lower back and shoulders. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They have a wonderful team!!!

Massage therapists are really good at massaging, chiropractors do really well n care for you when they begin their magic hands work lol all the popping and crackin n my favorite of all is their equipment and tools and stretches they provide with! Fantastic experience: I have been bothered by Sciatica and other back pain for years. My last episode was especially painful as I was experiencing numbness in my leg with short walks and back spasms to the point that I could not stand up straight or even sit without a lot of pain. I found Blissful Wellness and discovered the miracle of Dr. James Chang! He is so compassionate and quickly with his skills got my pain to stop. He kindly explained exactly what was going on and gave me some stretches to do at home as well. After 3 treatments, I felt 95% better. Within 2 weeks, I was experiencing no pain at all even upon rising in the morning. Dr. used acupuncture and I did a couple of cupping sessions at the same time. I also added ear seeds to further enhance my treatment thru acupressure. I would highly recommend Blissful Wellness. The staff is so wonderful as well and my insurance covered most of the costs.

Fantastic experience: Blissful Wellness provides friendly, caring, and welcoming professional service. Both my mom and I sought chiropractic therapy under Doctor Hsueh, and she is a very kind doctor; every visit, she would always ask about us, and whenever we have any questions about our therapy, our condition, or what exercises to do, she would be very detailed and thorough in explaining to us. After about two to three months, my mom, who previously had pain and stiffness in her back and had trouble sitting, standing, or doing chores for long periods of time, had recovered between 80 to 90% and was no longer affected by that pain on a daily basis. I also felt more relaxed and less tight in my bones after each visit. Both the massagers Anna and Kathy are great as well and the front-desk receptionists, especially Mary, are so nice and always greeting you with a smile the minute you walk in.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the entire staff for the excellent care received during my visit to Blissful Wellness Acupuncture and Chiropractic. The service from the front desk to the doctor's are very good. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could (my chronic back pain was relief as I’ve never experienced). Also, the office is always very clean and neat. I was truly impressed with this nice facility, the caring and professional staff, and their friendly attitude and smiles. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff and the Doctors I visited. Hopefully writing this review let others see what excellent service they provide.

Negative experience: BE AWARE-So heres the deal, I can barely walk due to severe sciatica- first time this has happened- they booked me to come in at 450- i filled all my paperwork out got help to get to the car and i got there at 5. Simply said their facility is hidden in the back of businesses and with me struggling to walk and lift my leg, i get in there and they tell me they cant see me because im sure its friday and doctor doesn't want to stay. This leaves me in severe pain for the weekend, and this is patient neglect if anything. They close at 6. If this is how they care about patients then im better off without them- This is about their convenience not the patients- this is what patients should heed. I wouldn't do this to anybody, considering they could barely walk in. It was my first time here, what am impression of not just not caring. My insurance is solid so its just pure selfishness and wanting to go home on a friday.

Fantastic experience: Best doctors and therapists. They are all caring and they fix your ailments with minimal to no pain. I walk out feeling like a million buck and I avoid taking meds which I detest.

Negative experience: So I was happy with the service until now. They scheduled me for a time I DID NOT CHOOSE, I work until 4:30pm and have always told them to set them for after that time, so they have always been at 5pm. I get a text saying they plugged me in for 4:30pm and since I'm cancelling they want to charge me a $30 fee, when I never made the apt at that time in the first place. Lost this customer for $30, that is ridiculous. Poor customer service. Dr. there are great but front office will schedule you whenever they feel and then blame you when you cant make it cuz you work. Makes no sense.

Fantastic experience: From having Pneumonia 4 months ago to slowly going down hill, 1 month after fainting at the gym. My body was at it's low, after having medicine that helped my body still needed somethin to help it relaxed. I had Muscle tension headaches at its worse, I've never had them that bad, to numbing in my face and arm (left side), to horrible neck and back pain, so bad that I would cry and wish I was always sleeping, along with anxiety, "by the way horrible", first time experience. It's been approx. 3 weeks ( 5x deep tissue massage & acupuncture, 2 cupping sessions), I can honestly say thank you James & Blissful Wellness for listening to my health concerns my first time around and making sure everytime I've gone that I'm feeling better. Benefits: sleeping better, less back and neck pain, headaches are diminishing, breathing exercises are helping my anxiety along with cupping/acupuncture. When I leave every session I feel like a whole new me. *If your planning on trying this place out I recommend it! James (licensed acupuncturist) is also great! Get a package it's cheaper on the long run and they don't rip you off. I'm a cash patient, but they also accept insurance.

Fantastic experience: The doctors and staff at Blissful Wellness are phenomenal, friendly, and caring, and are the main reason I have been going to their facility since 2015. The front desk staff has always welcomed me by name, they communicate well with their patients, and the treatment and service they provide is unbelievable. In the past three years, I have never had to wait in the lobby for any period of time before my appointment, I'm welcomed in right away, and I am always treated as if I'm their number one priority. I have referred friends to them and my friends feel the same way. I have seen each of the doctors (Dr. Tsai, Dr. Hsueh, and Dr. Chang) over the past three years, and the level of service they each provide is well above what is expected. After appointments I feel refreshed and balanced, and I appreciate the stretches and recommendations they provide me regarding ways to alleviate pains I have had. I have done regular acupuncture and chiropractic appointments here, as well as a few cupping sessions when I was sick and have been pleased with my results! Negative experience: I just tried to book and appointment for myself and spouse for acupuncture and chiropractic services and was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. After explaining to the receptionist that a weekend day was the only day that I could make an appointment because of my husband and I work schedule and the distance that I would have to drive coming from Fort Irwin. I was told that it is their policy to not accept new patients on the weekend and that are only option was to be placed on a wait list. Not only were they not willing to make an exception but the chances of two people cancelling on a Saturday seems pretty slim to none. It's unfortunate that something couldn't have been worked out for a chance to gain two new customers!
