Fantastic experience: Jessica Cervantes is my therapist and she is absolutely amazing! She has an amazing depth to her knowledge on how to treat muscle soreness, injuries, tightness and even just discomfort. She's helped me prep for my spartan races and recover from my over training injuries! Her work with tools is as exceptional as her work with her hands! She's also amazing at working in varying degrees of pressure and I've never walked away feeling like she's given too little or too much. I recommend her to all of my clients as well! My best advice is to also follow her guidance on post treatment strategies to make the most of her time and your money! Enjoy!

Positive experience: A great experience with great staff

Fantastic experience: I pinched a muscle in my shoulder blade last October doing something pretty basic. I thought it would resolve in a couple of days like it’s done in the past. But it didn’t. In fact it got worse. Between my working on a laptop, poor posture, and other repetitive motions, it got to the point where I was in pain to even sit at a table. I went to my chiropractor 2-3 times a week for 6 weeks, getting relief that lasted only for a day or so. It was the last week of March when I went to my primary care physician and was diagnosed with myofascial pain syndrome and her recommendation was deep tissue massages and highly recommended Kneadz Work, as she is a client there. I was able to secure an appointment that evening with Monakia and had some relief after just one visit. Since then I’ve been going every 2-3 weeks for deep tissue massages with Monakia and it’s been in the last 3 weeks that I have seen the most improvement and almost feel back to 100% normal!! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Kneadz Work. The facility is calm and relaxing, and clean. Monakia is absolutely amazing and I am beyond thankful for the gift she has of working out knots and tension and for getting me on the road to complete recovery. She is professional, she is compassionate, she is friendly, and she is knowledgeable. I will forever be grateful for Monakia and Kneadz Work and I cannot recommended them enough.

I’ve never had a professional massage because of the stigma around massage parlors but this doesn’t look nor feel like a strip mall massage parlor. Fantastic experience: I found this place after searching for a massage palace close by that is not too expensive. Turns out it more therapeutic and helpful than expected. It is therapy in many sorts. Today I went in just for a much needed massage. I had an appointment with Julius and and after a few questions he informed what he was going to do and the probable causes of the pain I had in my inner ankles. I left rejuvenated, a relaxed and full of energy. I truly recommend this place it is not a massage parlor it is therapy (much needed therapy for my body).

Negative experience: I’ve emailed on a few occasions and never got response. I called 3/7/23 to cancel my membership and Julius couldn’t help he said to call back when the owner is there. Horrible customer service

Fantastic experience: Yo, hands down the best you'll ever find. Everyone is very knowledgeable and know what their doing. I'm a big guy at 6'2" 285lbs. I recommend Sean if you want thorough analysis and feedback on how to fix the issues. Always gets rid of my problematic knots I thought I was gonna have to see a doctor but Sean took care of it. Very happy I found this place and have never stopped coming since I found them. They are a blessing in the sports massage therapy world. Love it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!!! I was extremely impressed! It was my first time visit and the receptionist was very kind and sweet, first impression is important. Rose had a warmth in her that makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. Larry was Awesome, he took the time to talk and explain my needs. He really worked me as I had the cupping, gua sha, and the 90 minute deep tissue massage. It was actually my first ever massage and felt like I was ran over by a bus the next day. This is quite normal as the lymphatic system is working to release the toxins out of you after a massage and like Larry had said, on the third day I was all brand new. My scar tissues were released so I had mobility and soft again where it was hard. Larry even gave follow up calls to ensure I was feeling better. What an amazing place! He made me feel relaxed and was extremely professional. Thank you Larry and team, you are truly caring, well educated professionals. Thank you again for standing out from the crowd and doing the best that you do.

Fantastic experience: Luckily, I found this place. Great staff, professional and friendly. Receptionist is a doll and very helpful. Sean was my therapist and did an amazing job. I was having leg pain from constant repetition at my work place. I was not sleeping well from restless legs. Sean took the time to learn about what I did for work, and figured out what type of massage was needed. Deep tissue was it for sure. When the session was completed I could not feel the pain anymore. I was shocked! That night I finally got some sleep. Thank you, I will be going back and referring.

Fantastic experience: The therapist here are amazing! I was having severe pain in my shoulder, so much so that it woke me up at night and I could only sleep in one side. I got the introductory session 80 min for $100 with Kristin. She worked on my shoulder for 80% of the time. Months later my shoulder is still in good shape, no more pain!

Fantastic experience: I went in to kneads work because i was experiencing a lot of tension in my back from training in aerial arts and contortion. In training, we often use a lot of upper back and shoulder muscles. Rik was my masseuse and i received the best massage i have ever had. After explaining to him all the areas of my body that were tight, he focused on all that i asked him to and he even gave me information on other forms of releasing my muscle tension. Fantastic experience: My boyfriend made me an appointment at Kneadz Work after a month of pain from a pinched nerve in my shoulder. I was skeptical that massage alone would help because the pain was intense. But I have to say that I feel amazing after my Kneadz Improvement session with Rik! This was more than the typical deep tissue massage that only provides moments of relief. Rik focused on my back and shoulder and really worked on that nerve and the pain in my back. I loved that he warned me beforehand that it was going to get uncomfortable at times and he was very patient when I tensed at the pain. I am forever grateful for his knowledge! He was able to pinpoint the different sources of pain and instead of providing massage therapy to the parts that were sore at the moment. I had a wonderful experience and will most definitely be back!

I brought a Love One here with severe pain N condition well surgery was an Option but carried high risk even with the best expertise due to scarr tissue that would develope. With SEAN 1st session immidiate pain was gone. Yes its not as easy to tolorate stretches but its worth it. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Best place ever ask for Sean McDonalds I was skeptical at first because I tried therapy from somewhere else for my herniated disc and it didn't work at all. The pain was unbearable I wasn't able to sleep some nights do to how bad the pain was. I was told by a neurosurgeon that I would need surgery . I've had a herniated disc for over 5 years and Sean took my pain away in 45 minutes. Sean McDonald is very experienced and knows exactly what he's doing.

I will tell you I have seen Sean a few times and he has found every knot in my body. I have had some health issues that he has worked around. I will tell you that I have never felt so good in the last 2 years, since the issues started. I had my first massage therapy with Sean and he was respectful and knowledgeable regarding kinesiology. After my first session I was able to rotate my shoulder fully which I had not realized had been so limited prior. I can’t wait for my next session which will focus on my shoulder movement. Negative experience: REPLY TO THE OWNER: It looks like you have a lot of customers that are upset about your service and your business to the point that you cant even remember me If your service is good and you dont have any complaints from anyone but me then you should remember me right away Im so surprised how polite your trying to act to be here replying to my review and the way you were talking to me on the phone was the opposite ( SO DISRESPECTFUL ) Good actor The owner is so disrespectful to his customers Unprofessional workers Didnt give them authorization to take money from my debit card and they did Charged me 45$ for no service Will never go back again to this place where the owner has no respect at all to his customers If your talking about being adult you should be adult enough and know how to handle your business in the right way and respect your customers and listen to their complains Dont waste your money By the way they offer their customers to write a good review for them here and they will get 30 minutes massage for free Thats why everybody is giving them good reviews

Fantastic experience: My assistant made a same day appointment for a repetitive motion injury I sustained at work 6 days ago. Sean was the therapist amd identified the muscle spasm and performed a deep tissue massage. He worked on that area along with associated structures and the result made it possible for me to be able to drive home with minimal discomfort. My follow up appointment is in a few hours. I'm looking forward to the therapy that will bring complete restoration.

Fantastic experience: Received Kneadz Work gift certificate from my family for Christmas. I am a rock climber and avid outdoor enthusiast lately I've had elbow tendinitis and lower back pain. Day one and elbow pain is nearly gone. I'm feeling close to one hundred percent. If I had known that sports massage made such a impact I would have made it here sooner. Also figuring out where the back pain is coming from and how to restrengthen is a plus. I'm so glad that I've gone to Kneadz work.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at Kneadz Work. I'm 25 and I've put-off dealing with all my muscle knots and also my tense muscles(Back, shoulders, chest...*I didn't realize how tense my chest was). Stretching wasn't doing it so I finally gave in because muscle knots suck really really really bad. I decided to give this place a try after considering the good reviews so I set up an appointment with Clarisa. Let me just say this... I genuinely feel terrible DAILY because I feel I can't loosen up (that is just an understatement). After my session with Clarisa, I IMMEDIATELY FELT BETTER. I can honestly say when leaving that I felt(feel) FREAKING GREAT. There's different levels of feeling great and "FREAKING GREAT" is top tier in case you were unaware. But not only that, Clarisa was informative, explaining to me also how to properly stretch which was a cool bonus, made me feel comfortable, and we also had great conversation without compromising the quality of the massage. She's not just a good employee, but an overall awesome individual. To be honest this place was really amazing. Look.., I got kicked out of college, H E N C E ....I wouldn't be typing this much if all this wasn't true. Shoutout to Clarisa!! By the way..The five star isn't an over exaggerated rating on my part... The five star is a WELL EARNED rating on THEIR part. Thank you to the staff of Kneadz Work that made my experience great. ILL BE BACK SOON!

Fantastic experience: Sean gave me a deep tissue therapeutic massage and it was great. He really worked on my problem areas and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He offered recommendations and showed me different stretches to help with some of my tight areas. Definitely recommend him and this facility!

Fantastic experience: Great place for a real massage

Positive experience: Aggressive massage not for the feint of heart, but my knots are gone I guessSo it was hard to rate this place since it's my first time getting a deep tissue massage, but for sure it definitely wasn't pleasant. It was similar to a big plate of semi-raw broccoli, supposedly good for your body but yet the experience of getting thru it takes dedication. I will maybe give it another try with a more experienced operator and compare the two( I stopped in on short notice and got a fairly new massage therapist).
