Fantastic experience: I have always had very good care from my most of the Doctors I've been treated by at Kaiser. I have always been treated with professional care and respect and feel the care team does their best to ease my mind. I've had Kaiser most of my life, there were a few lapses, but always preferred Kaiser.

Fantastic experience: Went on line this morning about 6:30, made a 10:45 apt for a mammogram at Fontana. I had a change of plans, called at 8am and got a 2:00 at Rancho Cucamonga. I arrived about 1:40 and was out before 2:00. Fast and friendly service- service clerk and mammo tech were great.

Fantastic experience: My son has been having to make extra trips to the doctors lately. It can be overwhelming and frustrating going to the doctor’s office so often, so it is always nice when you come across someone who makes your experience better. Maricruz Youngblood was the nurse for my son’s most recent visit. She was very sweet and patient with him. He had to get a few vaccines, which are never fun, but she made it quick and painless. I would love to see her again at our next visit. It’s always nice to see a familiar face that you trust.

Fantastic experience: Kaiser Permanente - Rancho Cucamonga Medical Office - Lab Visit Patty - The Lab Tech that assisted me on 12/12/24 - Thursday Afternoon was very professional, very knowledgeable, Excellent Customer Service Skills, when she drew my blood - She made me feel so comfortable, gentle with my hand since I get my blood drawn from my hands, she used a warm compress on my hand to reduce the feeling while I was being poked by the needle. I wish she would stay at the Kaiser Rancho Cucamonga Lab.

Negative experience: I've had kaiser for years and it's just like any other insurance, garbage. If you're white or a male, you'll get the best healthcare. I used to have Dr. Patricia wong. She was too busy period to even care. I've NEVER had a doctor that didn't ignore and dismiss me. I went to a gynecologist, years ago, that was supposedly one of the best. She told me that it was illegal for her to help me. I asked if I could be referred to an endocrinologist about decades long issues I've had just to get answers as to why I was infertile, but I was ignored yet again. I changed from one crap doctor to another. The nurses are just as bad. They dismiss and totally ignore. I'm now at the point in my life where I've totally given up and I'm waiting to die because that's pretty much all I have to look forward to.

Negative experience: not long of a wait, however my doctor DR CHENG was VERY unprofessional. She gave me “off the record advice” and when I began to cry she laughed. at me. in my face. and pointed out some makeup that smeared. Sounds really professional and like a welcoming environment huh? DOCTOR CHENG IS NOT FIT FOR HER POSITION. GET HER OUT!!

Negative experience: Phamacy tech named Christopher was rude. I said my prescription was ready. And I showed my Kaiser number . He got frustrated and gave me an eye rolled out of frustration. I was reading it so it was easier for him and then snipped and said can you just show it! I then asked since I am an employee at Kaiser for a discount, I got questioned how many years have you been working for Kaiser. I was never asked this ever in my 7 years at Kaiser .Then a black man another tech called me a grinch. This was all unnecessary. Do not go to to this pharmacy! Too bad you can’t enter negative stars.

Fantastic experience: My doctor is the best and her nurse is amazing! Love them. I have never seen people like them anywhere else in Kaiser. I'm blessed they are my doctors.

Negative experience: I don't know why I continue to stay with Kaiser Permanente each year when it's annual enrollment time. I would say this is probably the least impressed or satisfied I have ever been with a health insurance company. The issues that finally upset me enough to write a review includes a safety issue and a "customer/patient service" problem. The parking lot has A LOT of lights out. When I got out of the car to walk towards the medical building I could barely see the people walking towards me. I still have pretty decent eyesight, but the older couple trying to get back to their car without tripping over something was not good to see. You have a large geriatric population I am assuming and not having a well lit parking lot is not a good situation for anybody. Once I got to the front of the building the lighting wasn't any better there either. The sidewalks are barely lit up and the lights where people drop off/pick up has 1 working light. I observed an older woman trying to sit on the cement wall and she was having a hard time finding it with her hand when lowering herself down because it is SO FREAKING DARK! The other problem I witnessed tonight occured at the pharmacy. I ordered my prescriptions online so when I got there I jumped in the gray line. There were 4 people ahead of me. The red line had 4 to 5 people as well. During the time I stood there in line the pharmacy staff only called from the red line. Then they would overhead page another person to the red line and still continue to take only from that line. I timed how long I stood in line which was about 8-10 minutes! Why did they only call from the red line??? It seriously seemed like for every 10 people called from the red line, only 1 would be taken from the gray. The pharmacy needs to work how they manage their pick up lines and maybe try apologizing for the long wait and ignoring the customers...

Fantastic experience: Very organized and easy to know where to go for your appointment, be it for Covid19 vaccine, Covid19 test, pharmacy, Dr appts, Lab and x-ray. Have been going here since they moved from the Laurel St place. In 45 years I have only had 2 primary care Dr's. Our first was Dr Brown who left here for a important position at Fontana Kaiser. Our 2nd was Dr Moore. Great Dr's, both. Had to unwillingly change Primary Care Dr this week. Dr Moore is out of the office until further notice. We got to pick our new Primary Care Dr from the list of available Drs. I'm 67 and have had Kaiser Permanente Insurance since I was 18. People always have negative things to say about Kaiser but, I don't think they have ever been a member or patient. I've had 3 children at Kaiser with wonderful care. I've had surgeries and all were done by great Drs. I'm now in the Senior Advantage program. COVID-19 has taken it's toll on everything we knew as life. Kaiser Rancho has still been great to get care. I can't say enough about Kaiser and the Rancho office. I will be a member until the end of my life. Kaiser, you're #1 with my family!

Negative experience: My wife was told to show up early to her 930AM appointment in the maternity department, and has been waiting over 2 hours now to see the doctor. This is ridiculous, and totally disregarding of anyone else's time. COVID or not, handle your s*&^ Kaiser

I have one amazing dr, Khoabekyan Marine,, she is the most sweetest lady , always listens to my concerns and gives max amount of her quality time. I had an appointment today with her, I am so fortunate to have her as my primary dr. Thank you Doc. And also I wanted to mention Amanda, nurse to help me with my vitals and check in.

Negative experience: Kelly Keiko Martin Leung, DO has been extremely neglectful of my symptoms and dismissive of my concerns. She prescribes me medicine for chronic illnesses but refuses to do tests to make sure she is prescribing me the right thing. Over 9 months I have experienced sever gastrointestinal issues with no relief which I have corresponded with her on numerous occasion. Instead of giving me an intestinal ultrasound, or maybe even and endoscopy, she gives me medicine that doesn’t help. I had an non-COVID sore throat for over a month which I let her know about, she does nothing. I had to order my own throat culture test to see what’s going one. As my primary care physician, I have not felt seen, taken care of and I fear others under her care are experiencing the same thing. I WILL report her to the Medical Board.

Fantastic experience: This location has THE very best doctor there is. Doctor Rasin is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He has helped both me and my husband for 5 1/2 years. He has been a blessing. Kaiser is a Fantastic health care system and as nurse who has worked at many hospitals across the country It provides the most consistent quality care I’ve encountered anywhere. Thanks Kaiser!

Positive experience: I have been a Kaiser member for many, many years. I have been mostly pleased. However, recently I had a very unsatisfactory experience. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment. When I finally did, Kaiser called to cancel. I attempted to reschedule but there were no appointments available. I was then scheduled for a telephone appointment. The doctor was supposed to call at 8:10. I waited and waited and never received a call until I call to complain. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Maybe they should not try to get more members if they cannot service adequately the ones they have!
