Fantastic experience: GREAT!! My child has been receiving services since birth, the staff was there to help me through all of the aspects of having a special needs child. I love the home visit option! Our daughter is thriving now and are very blessed to have this program. Our case manager Fran goes the extra mile to make sure our child is developing right on time. =) thanks guys!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband attended the Regenerations day program and had such a great experience. He truly enjoyed himself. The staff was very loving and supportive. They made his days full of fun and laughter, providing many stimulating activities.

Negative experience: Getting a schedule here is very hard despite referrals from the doctor. I had to leave multiple messages before getting a call back. My son has a referral and there is always issue—it’s been a month and my son still does not have an set appointment for a therapist. Last time we were there, it was loud & kids acting up on the lobby. There is no place to sit where it’s quiet. It scared my son. It’s also in a very ugly part of town. If your insurance will allow it, go somewhere else.

Negative experience: I had a very unfortunate and unprofessional experience with this place. Starting from the schedule, things did not go well. I had to take my son out from school to be on the appointment, and I receive a call 5 minutes before the appointment saying the appointment has to be canceled. I literally parked my car in the parking lot to hear that the earliest appointment that they can squeeze me would be tomorrow. I do not understand how they can run their business in this way. With no show policy this place charge people, but I did not hear that they will pay for my child's daycare cost, gas, and my day off from work.

Fantastic experience: My son has been going to Continuum for several years for speech, occupational and physical therapy. The staff is amazing. They are so talented and supportive and they work so hard to help Monica Hill is the best physical therapist. My son adores her and makes more progress every day Morgan is such a caring and involved OT and she spends so much time helping him Leticia makes speech therapy a fun game and she has made such a difference in my son’s life All the staff here are the best you can get Highly recommend Continuum as the best place in Reno

Fantastic experience: The staff at the Contiuum has the best therapist around. My partner had a stroke he’s received phenomenal care for the past year. I’ve just had to start going to Physical Therapy Monica has figured out what the problem was. It’s different than my family physician thought so we’ve changed my therapy & seeing improvements.

Fantastic experience: Had my first encounter with the staff at Continuum yesterday for the purpose of evaluating my condition/eligibility for a power chair. I have MS and they knew more about what my needs are than I did myself. I found them professional, kind and charming. Yes, I said that. Charming.

Fantastic experience: Best physical and occupational therapy care I have ever had! When I was referred by my Dr I could not lift my arms or hold a cup. Debra the OT treated me for tendonitis of wrists and elbows as well as Carpal tunnel and I am 90% improved. Brendon took care of teaching me exercises and movement therapy to improve my neck and arm mobility and the saintly and magical hands of Janet the PT with her Strain-Counterstrain therapy has improved the pain and inflammation so much it has changed my life.
