Fantastic experience: The staff at ATS was incredibly friendly and personable. Since becoming a patient, my knee feels significantly better. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being.

Fantastic experience: First visit here I really enjoyed. The staff did actually really care abt how to help my issue which is so appreciated. Not only did they care abt how I was doing but also I seen really good engagement with other patients as well. Lara was amazing so was Russ. McKenzie and the other front desk lady were really awesome.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ross is great and really listens. His staff is caring and attentive. They make sure your routine works for you and your recovery goals. Theres a beautiful view from the windows as well. I’ve been there for two different injury recoveries and have been happy each time!

Fantastic experience: Great staff that are super attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Physical therapy hurts but that’s because they know how to push you to your limits and it hurts now so it doesn’t hurt later! They have done wonders in helping me heal after an ACL operation.

Fantastic experience: Ross and staff have helped me so much. I’ve been with ATS PT (Mill St. location) for 5 month. Everyone from the front desk to the PTAs have been amazing. Ross and his Wife even came in on their off day because I needed to go consecutively for a week. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Such good people and great professionals. So glad I landed here. Thank you all for everything.

Fantastic experience: ATS a great place to get limbered up. A friendly, amiable front end staff! The therapists and technicians are also the same, yet by listening to the patient, attentively, they are able to personalize ones treatment after reviewing one's medical records. By the second week I could feel my muscles & tendons responding!! The Steely Dan album, "Petzel Logic" comes to mind. Not being a fan of surgery, with it's chancy results, I plan on following through with ATS! Located right on Mill Street by Renown...I will be there in 30 minutes. Afterthought: Getting any medical professional to listen to you " attentively" is a score from the get go. God bless. I

The staff have always been very friendly and I get a sense that they really care about my well-being. Ross really knows what he is doing. I would not go anywhere else.

Negative experience: My first visit I was early. I had to go way out to stead. I waited 40 min in lobby because they saw someone without an appt. Over me !! I was seen for 5 min. Then given an ice pack, really ? It felt like a meat market. No privacy. Then they told me I was covered by ins. Made me appt. Then called to say they needed pre approval. Owner tried to say I cancelled. She has no clue about customer service. They billed my ins. For a no show. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board. Oh the hours on the Web are different than on the door. Good luck getting thru their phone lines. I was always put on hold for 3 min to five before hanging up
