Fantastic experience: Amazing place with the friendliest staff ever. Remember good old fashion customer service - this facility still has it. I was a referral having peri menopause symptoms and can’t take hormones due to breast cancer history. I was referred to Ariana to assist me with some relief via Dr. Madeline hardacre. Wow after a month now I recognize the women in the mirror. Getting a good night rest with dramatic decrease of hot flashes at night, no more itchy skin and working toward my brain fog. Slowly but surely getting my mojo back! Highly recommend a treatment at this facility. You can ask questions and get real answers. Not intimidating or any pressure at all!

Additionally, her acupuncture has helped relieve the pain in my lower back. Thank you, Annie, for your knowlege and expertise that has helped me live a happier life. Also, the staff at this center are professional, helpful, and friendly. The facility itself has a pleasant atomosphere and is well maintained.

Fantastic experience: What a refreshing experience. Dr Finley spent 45 minutes talking to us, and diagnosing problems. Completely different from the regular doctors visits we have all be accustomed to. A truly caring doctor and experience!

Fantastic experience: Our child was diagnosed with a rare hip disease at 5 years old, we had seen Brian for years since that point multiple times a week. Therapy with Brian is a major reason why to this point our son has only had a very minor surgery when he was starting at a possible osteotomy at the age of 6. (He is now 10) The Finley family and the staff have never been anything but top notch to my son and my family including my mother in her 60s who was seen by the team post surgeries of her own.

Fantastic experience: Tara is a miracle worker. I am 53, eat healthy and exercise. Appointment with Tara to make sure I'm taking the correct vitamins. She changed a few, gave me a couple new ones, and I threw a bunch away. I feel AWESOME now! More energy, and my brain feels 10x clearer. Back to 25 years old again. Thanks Doc!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Finley and her staff are incredible. I’ve been going to the Finley Center for several years and am impressed with Dr. Finley’s breadth of knowledge. I have two autoimmune diseases and she’s been so helpful in understanding how to manage them. Her holistic nutrition advice is great too. I go in weekly for acupuncture and it’s the best 35 minutes of my week. I’m frankly shocked by some of the poor reviews and can only wonder how we could be visiting the same center.

Negative experience: Dr. Finley always made me feel rushed. I'd go in for accupunture or a holistic appointment and she was always looking at the watch, trying to stick the needles in as quickly as possible, then off to the next patient in another room. My insurance doesnt cover this, and if I'm paying top dollar I expect a doctor who will listen and talk with me about my health. Shes a volume doctor. More patients, more money. In and out. The only reason she s getting two stars is for recommending me a product that's working.

Negative experience: Undereducated & taking advantage of sick people. If you want actual help they’re other acupuncturists & holistic doctors in Reno who actually care about their patients. I am extraordinarily disappointed in the service I received here.

Fantastic experience: Love this place, super relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Doc and assistants are all very friendly and will help you with anything. Will explain every step of the process so you feel comfortable.

Negative experience: Dr. Finley seems very caring and knowledgeable. The low rating comes from the fact that when I talked to the receptionist about the cost of treatment, which I was paying out of pocket because my insurance doesn't cover this type of care, she quoted me $89. When I completed the treatment and was checking out, the actual cost of treatment was more than DOUBLE what I was quoted. When she was questioned about it she shrugged and said, "Sorry." I don't like being LIED to. The front desk staff has RUINED an otherwise pleasant experience.
