Fantastic experience: Amazing service all around! Charity is so attentive and polite. My PT Geneva is thorough, knowledgeable and very polite as well.

Negative experience: The therapist was great! The front receptionist/owner was a horrible experience. I went 45 minutes early and there was no place to park. I parked in a loading zone to ask where my car would be safe without the threat of towing. She was unhelpful and completely rude! My wonderful therapist told me that the front desk would call me the next day to schedule me out. That never happened. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I treated here for my shoulder for approximately two months after a really dumb and unexpected injury at a trampoline park. The option of trying physical therapy before pursuing surgical options was presented to me, and I am so happy that I made this choice. I successfully discharged this week, sooner than expected, with no surgery and next to no lingering pain. Unlike the larger clinics in the area, you will be assigned to one specific and highly knowledgeable physical therapist to work with on all of your sessions. This gives them the chance to develop a report with their patients and ensure they are proceeding with an optimal healing plan that can be adjusted with your progress. Loren treated me, and he was amazing. He brings an energy and excitement that makes it clear from the second you walk in the door that he loves and is passionate about what he does. Not only was he able to give me the tools to help the injury heal, but he was able to diagnose and treat the underlying conditions in my cervical and thoracic spine that contributed to the injury happening in the first place. The office manager (Charity) was always friendly and smiling and there were never any issues with scheduling or billing whatsoever. She made it a breeze.

I have been a Registered Nurse for 38+ years and I was very impressed by Carrie's knowledge and updated methods for PT. The facility is conducive to healing and comfort. I highly recommend Sports & Performance PT, as do the PM&R doctors I know at Renown Medical Center.
