Fantastic experience: Sabrina Summers is amazing. I have suffered from vertigo for more than ten years . My condition was made worse by the death of my daughter. I went to see Sabrina for my vertigo and with her hands on methods she was able to clear away much of the fog that I was in .Not only that she helped me physically but spiritually as well. It is hard to imagine the results that I have achieved with her in only two sessions but they are real . Her stuff is professional and caring and I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Sabrina Summers is the reason I am alive and able to write this review today. I had a lower back surgery that went wrong which left me with a spinal fluid leak for about a month due to PA’s not taking it seriously. Because I was leaking spinal fluid for so long it caused me to not be able to use my left leg and have difficulty speaking for a short period of time. Sabrina fought and did all she could to raise awareness to get the spinal fluid leak fixed. Thanks to Sabrina’s experience and persistence through physical therapy I was able to rehab back to my job at UPS. Without Sabrina I may not be able alive today and wouldn’t be back at my job at UPS.

Fantastic experience: I have severe cardiovascular issues in my legs. Blood flow that gets backed up and I have dull aching pain. I've been to a couple different specialists and a cardiovascular surgeon and have always more or less felt abdonned or just flat out got no help. A good friend mine told me about Sabrina Summers and Align Physical Therapy. I had no idea what to expect. I've been working with Sabrina for a couple sessions along with Bella and I've already noticed a complete difference. The size of legs have gone down from all the trapped blood and fluid. She has shown me very valuable techniques and physical therapy exercises that I can do on my own now at home. And she just generally shifted my entire energy. She is an absolute miracle worker and I'm very lucky to be working with her. Her staff is all top notch. I can't say enough how amazing Align Physical Therapy is. If you need help they can help you

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and full of knowledge. I worked with Sabrina and I felt very seen for the first time with my TMJ. She is so good at what she does! Even after our first session I felt relief, plus I had so many tools given to me to heal on my own. 100% recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Lian was absolutely amazing! I started with a 32% disability with my back pain. She told me at my first appointment, that she would have me walking better in 5 weeks. Lian kept her word! My pain was cut in half in three weeks. By five weeks I lost 20 pounds, my pain is gone, and my daily activity has increased tenfold. After 6 weeks, I'm down 25 pounds, my pain is non existent, and I'm at a 2% disability. Thank you Lian for helping me get my life back! I highly recommend Align Physical therapy to anyone who is having pain. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Fantastic experience: Going to align physical therapy changed my life after years of telling my doctor my back hurt it took Lain one appointment to notice I have scoliosis. She's also made me feel validated in other health concerns I've had that other doctors have brushed off and now im finally getting somewhere with my health. Lain truly cares about her patients and I couldn't be more thankful. I went from crying in pain bracing myself against counters to almost no pain and knowing what to do when I am in pain. I hope to come back everytime I'm in need of physical therapy

Fantastic experience: This PT is incredible! I've been to numerous PT's over the years with many orthopedic issues and post surgical issues. Align PT by far outshines them all. It is a very low key, hands on experience. It is not overcrowded, and everyone gets the attention they need. Sabrina is AMAZING with a sixth sense about what your body needs. The staff is also great. This will be the PT I will go to from now on!!

Fantastic experience: If I could give 100 stars I would . Dr Sabrina is knowledgeable, kind and above excellent in her job. First time I met Dr Sabrina 8 years ago, she helped me to regained my balance. This time I got shingles in my ear and here we are balance problem/ vertigo/ facial paralysis .Her stuff are also very friendly and caring. She also specializes in dry needling. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Align Physical Therapy for 4 weeks now after my partial knee replacement. Lian and the rest of the staff have been extremely helpful in getting me started on my recovery. They are great about adressing all my concerns and already have me well on the road to full recovery. Negative experience: They say that they going to get a new referral to because they say they need one and never got one we been waiting for this for 4 months so I would not go to them I would rather go find a different one they are not reliable place to go

Negative experience: I wasn't impressed with this place. Stopped going for treatment after they doubled billed my insurance saying I had two appointments in one day when I only had one. Then I ended up owing a second copay on top of the one I paid because of this "second appointment" that never happened. I'm unable to get it straightened out with the place because billing is outsourced. No thanks, won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Cathy B, the physical therapist is very friendly, polite, professional and she also speaks spanish! Also a her pt tech Rikki is the best, she is very compassionate, friendly and is very patient at explaining your exercises. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Sabrina and Ally have changed my entire life in the last couple weeks! I have a couple issues I thought would impact my daily life forever from a moderate concussion/fractured orbital and unrelated mini stroke. In the past few weeks they have helped me regain balance, fixed all sorts of vestibular and eye related issues (tracking, light sensitivity ect) and have helped me to eliminate and manage pain I thought I would have forever. I have never written a review about anything in my life before, but I cannot say enough good things about the therapists that work here. I had been to multiple neurologists and physical therapists who helped a little, but no one has been able to fix my issues or tell me why they are happening like Sabrina and Ally have. I am so incredibly grateful to the staff at Align, and would recommend them for any form of physical therapy, but especially for any neurological/vestibular issue.

Fantastic experience: Chronic pain from injury or genetics, pain that you can't get away from, can ruin your life. Before visiting Align and working with Sabrina I had lost a great deal of hope because very little helped the pain I experienced. After my first visit I knew I was in the hands of someone very special who knew exactly what they were doing. I simply cannot say enough about the positive and engaging therapy sessions I have had and the pain relief I have experienced. I know I still have a long way to go but have powerful smart allies to help me, and an optimism for the future that keeps me motivated knowing I will be ok and in less pain and maybe someday, no pain at all. Negative experience: Unprofessionalism and Frustration at Align Physical Therapy Group I'm not one to write reviews, but my recent experience at Align Physical Therapy Group compels me to share my frustrations and warn others about the issues I encountered. The initial impression I had of this establishment was, unfortunately, an accurate representation of the service I received. My first interaction was with Michelle, the scheduler, who seemed more focused on her attitude than providing helpful customer service. Despite her discourteous behavior, I continued with the scheduling process, hoping it would be an isolated issue. Sadly, this was not the case. When I called Align Physical Therapy Group to cancel my appointments, I was met with even more unprofessionalism. To my shock, they had blocked my phone number, forcing me to call from a different number to get in touch with them. It was at this point that I discovered that Michelle had never actually scheduled the appointments in the first place, leaving my health in limbo. This oversight not only wasted my time but also worsened my condition, forcing me to seek help elsewhere. Align Physical Therapy Group needs to seriously reconsider the role of its scheduler, as empathy, communication, and attention to detail should be prioritized in this position. I strongly recommend anyone seeking physical therapy services to look for alternative options. While this office should aim to heal and rehabilitate, my experience was filled with stress, unprofessionalism, and unnecessary setbacks. I genuinely hope that Align Physical Therapy Group takes this review to heart and makes the necessary changes to prevent future patients from experiencing similar issues.

Fantastic experience: Im recovering from 2 brain surgeries after getting hit by a car while cycling. After a couple months of at home-care i was still at a loss with my neck mobility. Until i was referred to Sabrina. On my first day meeting she was able to release tight/painful spots in my neck. I cried i had forgotten i could move my head. Each visit i see a huge improvement in my body. I could go on about all the good things. Truly a blessing in my recovery

Fantastic experience: I have visited Align Physical Therapy off and on for 5 years for various treatments. Prior to labrum surgery, post surgery and recently for new issues evidently related to labrum surgery. I’ve been extremely active my whole life. Ballet, running, biking, hiking, swimming, weights, yoga and walking. I experienced a work injury -labrum tear- and blew it off cause I thought I could heal it with my activities. (Never submitted a work injury claim. ‍♀️) Nothing worked so i succumbed to surgery but had gone to see Sabrina prior to so I could strength as I knew I’d be weak after surgery. Sabrina knew exactly where the weakened muscles were and with an extensive program, taught me how to gain strength. Foolishly, I continued to do her exercises quickly so I could get to my personal regimen. I have now learned, to do her exercises slowly, diligently and with intention to gain desired strength. She gives clear instructions to repair the weakened or injured area. She ‘knows’ things about your body and pinpoints where and how to treat it. (Dry needling, nerve stimulation, heat and massage) Her front office staff (Michele) and therapists (Jeremiah and Donovan) are patient and kind and professional. I have recommended her to other friends and will always go and see her when/if my body needs her expertise. I am forever indebted to her for patiently explaining in great detail the reasons behind each exercise and how it all ties to the body/mind/physical strength going forward. I’ll continue her detailed program to better/stronger me!

Negative experience: Michelle, the scheduler, is equal parts rude and a fake, saccharine sweet. Both faces she wears are unpleasant to be around. The place feels like a toxic work environment and I never felt comfortable there.

Fantastic experience: After multiple MRIs throughout the years, my neurologist referred me to a neurosurgeon, Dr. Morgan. They looked at the MRI of my neck problems and suggested I go to physical therapy as a first step. They highly recommended Sabrina with Align Physical Therapy. I didn't know what to expect. I have pretty bad spondylosis in my cervical spine. I have been living with limited movement and chronic pain for years. The moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Michelle greeted me and made me feel important. Donovan is so helpful and encouraging. Sabrina asked a couple of questions at the first visit and then worked on my neck for several minutes. I sat up and the pain was gone; it has not returned since that moment. In the 3 visits I have had so far, Sabrina has pieced together different things that have caused my issues and given me so much hope. She's also given me suggestions on stress relief and exercises I can do to build my neck strength. She is an incredibly knowledgeable miracle worker and possesses a truly powerful gift of healing. I feel blessed to have met her and look forward to my next couple of visits, knowing my path to healing is a continuous, yet empowering journey.

Fantastic experience: I have Multiple Sclerosis and was having an issue with my dexterity. I went in for my first appoint and got to see Dr. Summers and Donovan. Surprisingly after this visit I had immediate progress! After just a few PT sessions, I was 90% back to normal, from a meager 30% at 1st visit. I still continue with my exercises and have maintained my progress! Also, I was treated for my actual MS. This is the stunning part! My cognitive skills have been greatly improved. Prior to PT with Align, I had the usual brain fog every now and again, but I really noticed that my fatigue was high and my speaking skills had slowed measurably. Dr. Summers, without being told of these two 'issues' I was dealing with, shared with me that I had this challenges. Within only a few visits (I think it was 4 total), I regained much of my communication skills (less trouble forming thoughts into phrases) and re-enhance my vocabulary memory which I had been working on for years! My fatigue is still a constant but it has improved greatly too! I highly recommend Align PTG for anyone who is open to the combination of physiotherapy and dry needling. The entire staff are welcoming, kind, compassionate and take pride in truly helping others.

Fantastic experience: I injured myself lifting 8 (50 lbs+) garden bags about 5 weeks ago but did not realize that was the cause of my injury. After 2 1/2 weeks of trying to let my back heal, I went to urgent care due to the severe pain. That doctor gave me a numbing shot in the area of pain (left of spine, below my shoulder blade) and 2 days worth of muscle relaxers. The shot relief lasted for about 2 hours, and the muscle relaxers did not help at all. Since neither helped, I contacted my GP doctor and asked for an anti- inflammatory drug to help with the healing along with Physical Therapy (PT) as my pain was still around an 8. She prescribed both -- Meloxicam (one 7.5 mg/day) and Align PT. I called Align PT and we scheduled the earliest appt. I asked for a call if there was an earlier cancellation. I got a call later that day for an appt the next day. Sabrina (owner) was my physical therapist. She identified the origin of the injury -- the muscle and nerves connected to my ribs. She and her team worked on that area over the course of 4 sessions including dry needling, and all of the pain was completely gone. Sabrina, Donavan and other team members are amazing and I highly recommend Align PT Group if you have any kind of injury that needs relief. Thank you, Sabrina.

Fantastic experience: Align Physical Therapy has been a life changer for me. After 20 years with Multiple Sclerosis I have been exposed to many PT groups but none as effective as Align.
