Fantastic experience: A few months ago I fell backwards down 18 stairs in my apartment. The V.A. sent me to Performance Physical Therapy in Reno. I attended several weeks of physical therapy, twice a week. Kirk Sachtler and his Staff are all above reproach. My main physical therapist was Beverlee Hastings. She and the other physical therapists are very professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. By the time I finished my physical therapy sessions, I am now able to walk upright with little difficulty. And, when Beverlee would bring in Rosie, her physical therapy dog, that was an added bonus for all. For angels also have whiskers, paws, and tails. Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PERFORMANCE PHYSICAL THERAPY! The absolute BEST PHYSICAL THERAPY EVER! And in my 20 years of pt, I’ve been around, and I found this jewel about 8 or so years ago. I relocated from Reno then relocated back again to Reno bc of Reno’s better medical facilities, and Performance Physical Therapy is the very first therapy I called! Fun and friendly office too! :)

Fantastic experience: Varsha has a gift of healing, she is like a miracle worker! I was told by my specialist to start Epidural injections in my neck and possibly have surgery, I insisted on trying physical therapy and today I am pain free and have full range of motion in my left arm without having to do either procedure. I highly reccomend Performance PT and Varsha. She will work you hard but the results pay off.

Fantastic experience: I having been going to this office for a couple months now preparing for my knee replacement. I am extremely happy with the staff! The atmosphere is very laid back and happy. I am impressed with the personal care I receive from my physical therapist each time I go. They seem to genuinely care about me and my pain level!!

Fantastic experience: I went in with a knee problem and Dr Loren Ennis had me all fixed up in a matter of weeks! All the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and were helpful with navigating insurance.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly and professional. Loren was very knowledgeable and attentive. With this being my third ankle surgery I know a lot of ankle exercises but Loren was able to incorporate both exercises that I knew and ones that were new to me which made it a more engaging session as it was not always the same thing over and over. Hopefully I dont have any more injuries but I know where Ill be going for PT if I do.

Fantastic experience: The whole team at Performance Physical Therapy is great. I had a nerve issue from rock climbing and they took great care of me. I wish they had more availability sometimes tough to get in but they were trying really hard to squeeze me in when things were acute. Special thanks to Loren who was awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: A very positive experience. I was taken good care of by Loren and his team for the past few weeks to treat some difficulties that I was having with a swollen Achilles heel. Of course, if you have a problem with a joint, other parts of you body try to compensate for the issue and the problems just spread. He guided me through an exercise program designed for me and it really helped me get some strength back in my back, legs and ankles.

Fantastic experience: Kirk and crew are terrific PTs. Everyone listened closely to my descriptions of what I was experiencing with my severely broken ankle. Kirk's hands on healing touch always made my ankle feel better. His advice and recommendations led to an excellent recovery.

Negative experience: Called ahead to make appt and verify insurance, it wasn't till I had already shown up early and filled out all the forms that they checked to see that they don't actually take my insurance, huge waste of time. They were apologetic but still.

Fantastic experience: I've had chronic pain in my neck/shoulder area and numbness/tingling in my hands for as long as I can remember, probably from poor posture, stress, and carrying a heavy backpack during college. It finally became so unbearable after having kids that I decided to seek out professional treatment. Since there was no specific 'injury,' I had a really hard time finding anyone who could treat the pain. I've gotten regular massages throughout the years, which has helped; however, no one seemed to be able to figure out why I was in so much pain, until I visited Kirk at Performance Physical Therapy. This man is truly a genius, and really knows what he's talking about when it comes to the human body. I've even gone to other PTs, who did minimize my pain, but none to a level that I was satisfied with. Kirk is more than just another physical therapist. He truly understands how the body works, and knows what to do when it's not 'working' as it should be. He doesn't just give you a generic sheet of exercises to do at home. He spends quality time with you, and provides individualized care. If you're having pain, Kirk is your guy. Don't hesitate to go see him. He works wonders!
