Swift Urgent Clinic

Negative experience: They refused to go to the clinic because i couldn't communicate well. Even though I had a kid to help me translate. Even though I think I can use Google Translator. I'm very disappointed. My kids a 11years old and she went to school in the U.S. for 7 years, so she has no communication problems. This is a place where you must go with an adult who can speak English. Visiting due to back pain : 8/20/2024 around 2:30pm Visit Renown due to refuse patients.

Negative experience: The doctors and PA’s are nice and good at their job from my experience. However, every other person that works there (assistants, front desk, management, imaging center) is not only rude, but unmotivated and unwilling to help. They never answer their phones, and don’t have anyone call you back for a very long time. The only way I was able to get my STAT mri sent to my insurance seven hours after they said they were going to was when I demanded the manager, and even then they forgot to include the most important part of that document when they sent it over. They don’t seem to care about making sure their patients are taken care of anywhere but the physical office.

Fantastic experience: Ashley was excellent! She took a look at the amount owed, and questioned why I was billed with the insurance that I have. She on her own sent a note to the accounting department on my behalf. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I love every Interaction I’ve had with the people at Swift but today the young lady that helped with my mum was very thorough and very kind. I think she needs a raise

Fantastic experience: Being an active family of four, we have had our fair share of accidents, ending us up in ROC, Urgent Cares, and ERs. We recently discovered SWIFT and they are, by far, the most efficient office, providing the most effective care! Highly recommend this branch of doctors!

Fantastic experience: Of all the medical professionals in my life, Bruce Galio (PA) is the one I trust the most. He offers a fact-filled diagnosis, with an understandable explanation, and always a treatment plan that makes sense. But most of all, he does not automatically use the word "surgery."

Fantastic experience: I had a snowboarding accident. The staff got me in the same day. Preston and Christina evaluated me. Both were sincere, caring, and compassionate. The staff also got me scheduled for an MRI the same day. This team goes above and beyond to deliver quick, efficient results. This out of towner from Florida even got a good lunch recommendation. I would definitely come back again, but hopefully I never need to.

Fantastic experience: Best place to go for acute issues with knees, hips, back, ankles ect! We see Sondra Arnett and she always goes above and beyond for us and our needs.

His professional knowledge is combined with intelligent, attentive and respectful communication with patients. I definitely recommend everyone to use the services of this doctor, if possible.

Fantastic experience: I got in, was seen, had x-rays taken and an MRI scheduled in less than 30 minutes. Sondra was very attentive and intelligent. She explained everything and was patient with me and my questions.

Fantastic experience: Sondra was wonderful with my elderley Mom. She was very thorough and clear in her explanations and with next steps. She and the staff took very good care of her when she was in 10/10 pain.

Fantastic experience: After an injury on the trail in SLT I did not want to go to the ER, but knew I needed an orthopedic evaluation and a proper brace to salvage our vacation. Everyone at the clinic was professional and friendly. The PA did a thorough exam and got paperwork faxed in to my provider at home so an MRI can be approved and scheduled by the time I get back. My knee feels better in the brace and I got clear guidelines on what things I can still do to enjoy the rest of our trip and a disk with X-rays to take to the ortho at home. All of that took under 90 minutes even though they were busy, so it was worth the hour drive to avoid an ER visit. I was incredibly impressed and I am picky about medical care.

Fantastic experience: I was having some back issues that I felt needed to be addressed immediately and decided to try Swift Urgent Clinic in South Reno. I'm so glad I did! The entire staff were kind and accommodating from start to finish. Sondra Arnett, the PA who evaluated me, was attentive and knowledgeable, and I felt that she was listening to me and taking me seriously. She took notes of everything I discussed with her and I never felt rushed or that she had something else more important to do. After my evaluation she immediately had a game plan in mind and executed it right away, getting me in for an MRI at their Sparks imaging facility the same day. She then followed up with me as soon as she had my MRI results, which she explained to me in detail, and then discussed with me how to proceed. I was so relieved to find a facility where my needs could be addressed so quickly and completely, and quite impressed with the level of service I received. I absolutely recommend Swift Urgent Clinic and will definitely go there again if I ever need to.
