Negative experience: I was late for my appointment today. The clerk informed me that I must pay $100 because they had held three spaces for me. I called at least 24 hours ahead of time for the first two spaces as I was ill with the flu. I did not mind a charge for my lateness today, but for the other two

Negative experience: My three kids came down with NORO VIRUS and as soon as I got the found out I called to cancel my appointments for the week. Because I got the info today and had an appointment today, they were still going to charge me the $100 cancelation fee. I had to drive across town and explain the issue to the therapist in person. According to the woman in charge (?) who “did me a favor just this one time” by waiving the fee; my kids need to get sick with 24 hours notice. I had previously paid the fee twice due to migraines, but didn’t complain, because I get it. They are trying to run a business, but NORO VIRUS?! You’re going to lecture me about the cancellation policy instead of thanking me for not starting a damn outbreak of NORO VIRUS in your place of business. What utter trash. Clearly they don’t care about the health and wellbeing of their clients. So I won’t be going back. Also, the therapist spoke/asked me about my issues LOUDLY and I feel like HIPPA isn’t something they concern themselves with there. If you go, be prepared for everyone to know your business.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility for P T and Rehab. Friendly, courteous, professional staff. Very clean facility. My P T was concerned about my P T needs and addressed all my concerns and has set a course of P T for me. Again, very pleased with all at Todd's.

Fantastic experience: I did not want to see another PT. The last PT that I saw in Carson City tore something in my hip and I wound up in ER. A new doctor referred me to Todd's Body Shop and they called to make my appointment and caught me in a weak moment and I scheduled an appointment. I went reluctantly. I saw Matt at Todd's and I was pretty amazed at what he was able to do in about 30 minutes. He had me almost completely out of pain (low back - had surgery a year ago) -- I didn't realize that this was possible. I have zero discipline when it comes to doing PT exercises, but I might eventually break down and do the exercises that were given to me by Todd's. Since Matt got me out of pain so quickly, maybe they know something about exercises too.

Fantastic experience: I use to see absolutely no sense in wasting my time going to PT…..until Todd’s Body Shop. The front desk, Marci & Presley, are professional. You’re immediately reassured that they are all on page with giving you the help you need. You’re assigned a Physical Therapist that evaluates & then addresses your needs. Vrunda has helped me to address strengthening the areas that are giving me chronic pain. My gait has always embarrassed me. Tony noticed & then addressed this gait issue & now I am hopeful that I will walk, again, without embarrassment. Todd’s body shop is in a class of its own.

Fantastic experience: I had major foot surgery. Everything from the ladies at the front desk to my therapist and all the assistants, has been wonderful. The therapist tells you what she’s doing and why. Someone is with you at all times. They don’t just tell you to go over in the corner to do your stretches or exercises, someone is always there to assist you if needed. Five stars for Todd’s Body Shop. I would even consider coming here for work rather than a masseuse or chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Visiting from our of town. Got in for a single PT session. Todd worked my knee and really made progress. He knows his stuff. My appointment was nearly two hours long. Quality work with no pressure to get out.

Fantastic experience: Todd's Body Shop is THE BEST. After knee surgery, my ortho said I would never lift weights, run, or pick up a barbell again. After working with Amy, I have been able to sufficiently rehabilitate my knee to go back to the daily activities I love. She has a specific knowledge base for athletes, is encouraging and enthusiastic, and understands how to best help patients to returning to their daily activities.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Will only call you from a spam-detected line to remind of visits. I explained to them my father died and I don't take unknown phone calls but they didn't care and refused to waive any sort of penalty fee for not showing on my first visit. Shameful. Updated reply: Only calling from a generic line named "Health Care", (not texting, like almost every other health care practice) and then explaining that the doctor "is very busy and finds it disrespectful when people don't show up" sounds calloused and inconsiderate to the patient. To not even consider budging on the penalty fee and still wanting to reschedule months out shows to me you don't ACTUALLY care about providing great patient care. Seems like you care about patient volume the most. take care.

Fantastic experience: Thought I had plantar faciitis, turns out I just needed to do some stretching of different muscles and ligaments. Symptoms all gone, but will continue to do all exercises that Tony recommended. Couldn't be happier with results !!!!!!!!!

My only issue was getting charged $75 for a missed appointment. I had my days mixed up for a 7:30 session. The office did not send an email or text reminder but called at 7:40. By then it was too late. It was my own damn fault but even though they said they do reminders, they did not and I got hit with the $75 charge.

When I first started going to Todd’s my right arm barely functioned and I was in 24 hour pain.I was looking at a major surgery but wanted to try physical therapy first. The therapy worked and at this point It looks like surgery will likely no longer be needed and full recovery is on the horizon. Since day one the staff has been highly helpful and facilitating. The level of customer service and quality of care go well above my expectations. I would advise anybody facing a surgery or similar procedures to try the physical therapy first and I can say with all confidence that regardless of the outcome the staff at Todd’s will give a person the best care and service humanly possible.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. Todd and Diana are the best. I have gone to other physical therapists and have been disappointed to the point that I didn't think PT could ever help me. All other physical therapists would do was give me exercises and stretches. Todd and Diana get hands on and work on the problem. I have constant pain from my hips and back, it was even starting to radiate to my knees. I am still not 100% but much better than when I walked into Todd's Body Shop three weeks ago. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I left the session today in more pain than when I entered. The young lady who directed my exercises ignored my statement that the particular exercise she had me do was causing pain in the back of my neck. She asked whether it was a sharp pain or an ache. When I said "an ache" she said that was not a concern and had me continue. I left the session before my hour was up. She had hooked me up to the "tens machine" and left to work with someone else. She came back at 3:00 which would have ended my hour had it begun on time. I asked her to stop the machine so I could leave and she wanted me to stay to complete the hour. I told her I had become dizzy and I left. The pain has continued all evening despite putting ice on it, using a vibrator on it, and taking a couple of tylenol tablets. It is now 4:00 AM and the pain is still with me and I have been unable to sleep. In her defense, there were quite a few patients in the shop during my appointment time and not enough therapists. On my way out, the receptionist noticed I was not well and asked if she could help. All I wanted was to get out of there.

Fantastic experience: I have used Todd's body shop before and had excellent service from everybody that worked there then and now if I was asked where I wanted to go and of course I said Todd's body shop some old faces and some new faces but the professionalism is still there the kind faces and hearts of these people help heal you as much as the work they do on your body. I would recommend Todd's body shop to anybody. I love this place.

Negative experience: Edit: I did call my insurance company and they have it on record that they gave you the correct information, which is not the same information you gave me, which I also have records of. So something doesn't exactly add up, does it? Even if it's my responsibility to verify it myself I still don't expect to be lied to. Went to PT sessions for over a month because as far as I can tell Marci completely lied to me when she told me that she had verified on the phone with my insurance that it was 100% covered with no copay. A month later she calls to say that my insurance made a mistake and it's not fully covered and they are charging $250 on my credit card without even an offer to set up payments. I called my insurance hoping to dispute it with them if it was their mistake, but they have it in their records that they spoke with Marci directly and gave her the correct information at the very beginning. So it sure seems like Marci just intentionally scammed me. If it was actually an honest mistake on their part they should've just admitted it and waived the difference (my insurance had covered 80% of it already) and they would've kept a long term customer and made more money from me in the long run, but I won't be going back to a business that scams people.

Negative experience: In my opinion I would NOT put my credit card on file. I love the therapists but Todd’s wife needs to stop spending money on Botox for her face and get an attitude adjustment.

Negative experience: Unbelievable!! At a time when everyone needs to be responsible and considerate of others, this establishment is NOT. I woke up with a headache and thought I was ok to go to therapy - until I started having other symptoms (low grade fever and aches and pains. I called immediately and told the receptionist that I had a fever and headache and thought it was best to cancel my appointment. She thanked me and said no problem and of course you will not be charged. I looked at my cc statement and saw a $75. fee for the day I was sick. I called and spoke with Marsha (Todd's wife) and she said she would not reverse the charge because I did not call at 7am when they opened. I told her that I would be calling my Discover card to dispute the charge, She said, "go ahead, you signed a waver that you cannot dispute any charges." To which I stated, so, you would rather me come to your place of business sick and possibly infect others during a pandemic? I have called my credit card and disputed and will not be going back. Buyer beware.

Fantastic experience: I went in for PT for post-operative care on my ankle. I had Briana as my doc and she was great. She has lots of experience treating this kind of injury and really paid attention to my needs and progress. I highly recommend Todd's Body Shop.

I walked into the building with my whole left shoulder and neck seized. By the next morning, I was a new person. On top of that, I have now learned the tools through their PT exercises to have stronger shoulders than before. Thank you so much to Dan who I think worked a miracle on me. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!

My Therapist Kat Baltierra is an excellent PT. She knows how and where to work on, and does a great job. Also, all the staff at Todd's Body Shop are friendly and professional, the ones who help me out with my workout, especially technician Stacey (?).... She does above and beyond her duty, so caring and attentive. After my treatment, each time I leave this place I am happy, and feel better physical and mentally as well.
