Fantastic experience: Dr. Jenni is a top tier provider. She has extensive knowledge, a calm professionalism and such genuine care for her patients. I have referred countless friends, family and clients to her with resoundingly positive results. She takes great care of her patients and meets them where they are with compassion and patience. You will have plenty of time to have your questions answered without feeling rushed and Dr. Jenni will ensure that you feel confident about your treatment plan. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Negative experience: I was referred here by Sierra Women's Health. They told me they are not in network with my insurance, but that they could fill out an exception request to cover me because there is a lack of providers offering these services in this area. Unfortunately, they seem unwilling to do this for me, and have been ignoring my requests for a status update. They won't just tell me they refuse to do it, but considering I have not received a refund from my insurance, I know they have not. I'm unable to complete this myself according to my insurance, so not only have I spent hundreds of dollars, I can no longer continue treatment. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and unwillingness to assist in getting covered by my insurance. If you were told they could fill out an exception request for your insurance, just know they will probably not do so and will not communicate that to you.

Fantastic experience: Jenni was absolutely amazing! Her office is very welcoming. I felt very comfortable with her even on my first appointment. She knows her stuff and was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and always responded quickly. She helped me understand my body, what is causing certain things & things to do at home in daily life to help my symptoms. Gave me so much clarity and knowledge. I would 100% recommend her & her practice.
