Their team is never dismissive of my pain or concerns and always encouraging during the harder workouts. They’ve also helped me significantly by giving me tips to managing my pain. since I’ve had to continue to work with my injury that’s been a game changer.

Negative experience: I’m not sure what the recent five star reviews are for, but I doubt it’s for the primary care at this facility. The care itself is fine, but the delays and waiting times are absurd. Just came out of a scheduled appointment where it was an hour and a half before I saw the doctor. Last time I was here for a physical I was in the waiting room for two hours and people started yelling at the staff and one lady just went back and demanded to see the doctor. Shame on me for coming here for years, and every time believing that they are “unusually backed up today”.

Fantastic experience: BLUF: As a master's prepared registered nurse with 18 years of healthcare experience, I highly recommend this practice. I love my PCP Dr. Bala! He is thorough, conscientious, kind, and very competent at Primary Care Medicine. He provides ample education and guidance about preventative testing and lifestyle choices to aid in reaching your personal health goals. He answers all of my questions and never acts like I am annoying him by asking. He refers out as necessary to Specialty Care, as well as treats conditions that do not require referral (ie. he doesn't unnecessarily refer you out). The support staff are kind and engaging. The phlebotomist I saw was excellent, as was the radiology technician who performed my x-rays. Everything looks and feels very clean in the clinical areas and staff are easily visible using alcohol-based hand sanitizers as well as soap and water hand washing techniques, in addition to sanitizing reusable medical equipment between patients. The parking lot is large with several shaded parking spots and is easy to navigate, even if you are using assistive devices for walking. The front door is automated and functional, and there is an easily accessible elevator, as well as stairs as soon as you enter the building. Everything is easy to find. As a master's prepared registered nurse with 18 years of healthcare experience, I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of having Mike as my physical therapist. He is awesome, friendly, personable.kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable in sharing any and everything concerning my health and well-being with him. I have worked with several physical therapist in my lifetime, he is absolutely the best! Thank you for setting high expectations as it pertains to customer care and patient professional care. He has helped my health improve tremendously. He also makes sure the employees keep the facility clean and they portray a professional demeanor. Thanks to the staff for doing a great job as well. Keep up the fantastic work!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a covid test and it was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I also received my covid test in less than 15 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Love the care that my doctor provides. Workers are friendly and provides a safe vaccination agreement with mask and social distance environment required.

Negative experience: I was charged for services I didn't receive. I have tried calling the center to rectify this but no one calls back despite me leaving messages. This is fraud and not right. I would be wary going here because of dubious charges. I had a PT appointment that was scheduled for 6:15pm. I arrived early but the therapist was busy with his previous patient and ran over. I was asked to wait and around 6:30pm, I was asked by a medical assistant to warm up on an exercise bike. The therapist did not start until around 6:35-6:40pm and the appointment ended at 7pm (at closing). Yet I was charged for an hour (30 mins for neuromuscular reduction and 30 mins for therapeutic exercise). Even if I had the full allotted time it would have been 45mins. I was charged $1,042 for a 20-25 min session of which I spent most of the time on an exercise bike alone.

Positive experience: Staff was very competent and professional. Therapy is never a good thing for me but they made it as pleasant as possible

Positive experience: Facility is very nice. My Dr. Has taken good care of me. The front office staff is unbelievably slow. It might not matter if they’re running behind in clinic as is common in healthcare settings now days but it’s worth noting that if you’re in a hurry you may want to get a virtual visit which tend to be on time.

Positive experience: My physical therapist Justin was the best. All of the staff were friendly, they knew my name even if I didn't know theirs. They worked as a team on my treatment. This was a great therapy experience.

Fantastic experience: Great facility in new condition. Friendly staff on site who took the time to work through our scheduling and insurance questions very patiently. Speedy service to be taken back to the exam rooms and very quickly seen by the doctor. You can't ask for anything more from a medical facility. Two thumbs up!

Positive experience: I had high hopes this year at training camp and witnessed the beginning of the end of our season. The facility is nice and the fans are true fans. I would like to see the facility accommodate the fans during the dog days of summer better than they are now. They use tents instead of fixed locations for the team store and only allow the VIP to attend events for the fans. We are losing fan base and the training camp is the one time we can see the players up close and talk to them. They often avoid the fans and seem to be about themselves and not the fans. I mean have a autograph day or two and some way to show you appreciate the fans driving down to see them. Let the fans use a real restroom and not a portable john. I'm a season ticket holder and feel they treat us like they don't owe us anything. This facility could do a better job making it a real fan experience.

Positive experience: Very clean and neatly arranged. The only reason for the 4 stars is the mix of the types of chairs chosen with the type of flooring melded to create complete chaos whenever someone moved their chair, resulting in a cacophony of noise thought the meeting room.

I was able to meet and take a photo with Superbowl winning QB Doug Williams..also got footballs signed by Gary Clark, SantAna Moss and Adrian Petersen.The players were very friendly, and there was plenty of food vendors and spaces available to watch the players train. Guests can bring In their own chairs.It was nice to be around so many Skins fans! 1st time attending but will definitely return next season. Appropriate for all ages, families and you don't have to be a football fan to enjoy this event.

Fantastic experience: There is a public park attached to the training center. It's open from dusk to dawn and completely free. There is a running track lined with exercise equipment. There is also a large playground filled with equipment that simulates what football players train with, like climbing netting, tackle pads, and much more. All free! There is also toys for making music. A hidden gem!

Fantastic experience: We got to Richmond for Washington Redskins Training Camp, on Saturday. We followed the crowds to the parking lots, where a reasonable $10 cash only fee was collected. We watched the two hour practice and I was lucky enough to get #24 Josh Norman's autograph, thanks Josh.

Negative experience: Yesterday was Fan Appreciation day but the team didn't mingle with the fans.you had to watch them practice till 300 and then the kids got to go on the field and then after standing in line if you were lucky you got a autograph. I was so disappointed ! It was my first and last trip there. Skins your fans love you and all of you need to make that effort to go that extra mile and meet your fans.

Fantastic experience: One of my favorite things to look forward to during the summer. Both my daughters got footballs from the Redskins team one from the coach and the other from a player. They got tons of signatures from the players. Always a great time!
