Bon Secours Physical Therapy at Patterson

Negative experience: I went over there 5 times for 45 minutes to do “exercises” because I have this pain on my lower back and they did a BS job and charged me more then 3 thousand dollars My health insurance covered a portion of it but still over 2 thousand dollars left to pay them

Fantastic experience: There’s not enough time or good words to describe the incredible care that provided by this location. Miss Shanice and Nicki at the front desk very warm and grateful greet you with a smile. Katie, Emily, Greg And others that I might be forgetting their names at the moment provided me incredible service

Negative experience: I had an appointment with Gregory J Miltro, PT today and I have to leave 2 hours early from my job to be there on time for my first appointment at 3:30 and it’s 50 min away from my work place, on my half way I received a call canceling my appointment, I try to reschedule but this time I asked to be after 4:30 and she said for the first visit she don’t do appointments at this time then I just cancel, I’m really upset, I don’t want to come back at this place, their just don’t care, it’s so disrespectful, just call my primary doctor and ask for another referral, if I cancel 15 min before my appointment they will charge me for that, I’m done

Fantastic experience: I can tell you first hand that that Bon Secours Physical Therapy is helping me get my life back! Sara Cregger, Madison and Zachry have helped guide me through a tough time in my life following my full hip replacement. Each of them is very caring, excellent communicators and helped put me in position to succeed with my physical therapy plan! I am so grateful for the time I have been spending with them this past month! This is a great team!

Fantastic experience: I have had two unrelated issues for which I've needed therapy and have had THE best experience each time with Sara Creger as my PT. First and foremost, she asks the right questions and she listens to her patients (at every session) so that she has all the information she needs to deliver the most effective therapy . Sara is kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and strong! And she has excellent awareness when it comes to gauging patient abilities and limits. I highly recommend Sara if you're in need of PT!

Fantastic experience: I was involved in a car accident a few months back and needed therapy. My doctor referred me to this location and it was the BEST decision! The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable and caring! I had the pleasure of working with Greg. Within a few months, I’m feeling better than ever! From the front desk, to Greg, Morgan and Michael… I’m THOROUGHLY pleased! I will recommend them to ANY and EVERYbody!!! EASILY… 5 STARS!!!

Fantastic experience: Working from home left my back in such bad shape, I wasn’t sure what “better” looked like. Sara was amazing. She took the time to listen to me describe my pain and was continuously evaluating my pain and my progress and making adjustments. I’m so, so grateful and would recommend her to anyone. Matthew, an assistant, was also very diligent and invested in my progress and will make a great PT in the future.

Fantastic experience: Sara is the best physical therapist! She really cares about her patients and very knowledgeable. Matthew is a wonderful physical therapy technician and he will be an excellent physical therapist. I really enjoyed working with Sara, Matthew and Emily they made a very hard time enjoyable with their upbeat caring personalities! I was very impressed with Annette at the front desk she knew me the second visit by name I loved the caring attitudes and teamwork! I feel very blessed to have had these professionals taking care of me!

Fantastic experience: I was a patient due to a stroke and Courtney Stevenson was my Physical Therapist. Every session she was at the computer putting in notes that were very judgemental on my mental stability. A cording to my medical records I received. I also had afib with a unstable heart. I would not reccomend going here.

Fantastic experience: Peter and his staff are fantastic! They are friendly and encouraging, making sure you're comfortable with each step. I would absolutely recommend this location. In addition, the front staff are helpful and so nice - they called me by name every time I walked in the door!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for years due to lots of sports injuries. The staff is always friendly, detailed and quick when I need to schedule an appointment. Peter and Lauren have been my two favorite therapists to work with. They continue to remind me not to do to much and encourage my progress even when it feels slow.

Negative experience: I was involved in a car accident and have been trying to get someone on the phone with this PT location for over a week. Every time I call, I have to leave a voicemail and no one calls back. This morning I decided to call and someone finally answered, when I grabbed my phone, I hung up by accident. Therefore, I called directly back and no one answered. Since this was my only window of opportunity to schedule with them today, I kept calling and a "girl" answered and said "leave me a message, okay thank you byyyeeee" and hung up, so I couldn't leave a message.This was the most unprofessional thing to do when you are being referred by a doctor and your name is associated with Bon Secours. She is a horrible reflection of the company and I do not recommend using her services. If I'm already in pain, I don't need additional negativity and she is absolutely negative and wrong. Lack customer service and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and worked with my daughter to make her comfortable to even start therapy. While she was glad to go she was sad to leave the staff.

Fantastic experience: Excellent health care. I've been going here for over a decade and would highly recommend to anyone I know.

Negative experience: This place is a rip off. Their people are fantastic and their staff is super friendly, but they charge exorbitant prices. If price is no option, it's a great place to go. But if you mind paying $700 a visit for something that should be about $200 a visit, don't bother with this place.
