Negative experience: I wouldn’t bring my dog here for service let alone a human being. This places is racist at its finest!!! Just a discussing group of individuals.

Negative experience: Nice , friendly people but I really don't understand how doing a couple boring excercises are really going to improve my health. Never offered biofeedback therapy, gait balance training, waste of time .

Positive experience: It was ok

Positive experience: I've gone there in the past for other problems that I've had. They seem to have a good work epic and know what they were doing. I definitely recommend it to somebody else if they needed physical therapy.

Negative experience: I've had 3 physical therapists here. 2 out of those 3 were absolutely terrible and didn't help at all and may have actually made my condition worse. I spoke to management and it's really no use. You just have to go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Jessica Nonkes is fantastic! I had neck pain for over a year & in 2 months I was pain free. She taught me exercises so when it starts to hurt I can keep it from getting worse. Everyone at East Ridge was very nice & professional.

Negative experience: I would not even give them a 1 star if I didn't have to choose one to submit this review. Horrible most disorganized office I have ever dealt with. First off I have a referral for hand therapy because of an issue I have been dealing with for awhile, I call this place they put me on hold for 25 mins until I finally hang up and call back, they then took my contact info and said they would call me back NEVER DID!! THEN... I finally call again about a week and half later, they are now booking 3 weeks out, great! I am trying to get this done before my Medicaid is up on the 30th and I have to pay out of pocket for a split and services. I make an appointment for November 26th,2018 at 2:40. Well... I get here today and they have NO appointment actually scheduled so whoever I talked to on the phone never put me in the system... Now i cant even schedule an appointment until i have all my new information and insurance cards and will now have to pay out of pocket because they cant get their **** together. I am completely dissatisfied and they should have squeezed me in because it was their fault. The splints can be quite expensive the lady says... Thanks piss me off even more because it would have been free if they actually scheduled my appointment. I did end up calling and speaking with a manager by the name of Sue and she was very helpful. I really appreciate all her effort and getting this issue resolved. Hopefully when she calls me back she will be able to get me squeezed in for Thursday. I give Sue four stars since I can't rate her separately.

Positive experience: My mother had a stroke - this place is like all others. You get what you get and there is no way to ask for anything more.

Fantastic experience: Great place for all your therapy needs.

Negative experience: You go in as an emergency patient and they get you in fast but the problem is that the nurses and doctors would be talking about the patients in an inappropriate ways. They laugh at the patients that come in. They should not be talking about the patients outside the room. And if they do they should not laugh at their condition. Please stop that I dislike the way they talked. I was involved in it too. I love the children side much better the nurses and doctors are very nice And friendly.

Negative experience: You wait along time to be seen. It's crazy b/c you can be sitting ther in a lot of pain and no one cares. Not very clean, especially the bathrooms.
