Korpiel Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Professional, friendly, encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable! From the front desk to the exercise bike, this PT office is the best I have experienced. Tammy and her staff care about each patient and want to help each one improve. I'm glad I found them!

Negative experience: Wish I could leave 0 stars. I had covid and missed an appointment and explained that I tested positive for covid to the receptionist Jenn but she showed no compassion and was very rude about it so I called to check the time of another appointment and again she was very rude and went on to tell me I owe them money which I couldn’t even ask questions because my voice was gone, I still had a fever, chills and body aches and explained that to her but she just went on talking about how I owe money. I couldn’t even go back and forth with her due to my voice being gone and my throat being sore from my cough. So my next appointment I asked if I could be seen between 11:30-11:45 and when I got there Jen was very rude, showed 0 compassion and told me Tammy no longer wanted to see me even though I explained I had covid. I’m convinced they wanted me to just show up and pass it around to everyone. Jenn was rude from day one and I mean VERY RUDE!
