Fantastic experience: When I first met Pat at Limitless in February of 2024, I was significantly behind in my recovery from MPFL and TTO surgery due to lack of individualized care in the critical months post-op. Pat immediately brought both clinical expertise and a thorough, personalized approach to my rehab. From the beginning, he developed a structured and responsive program that addressed not only my physical deficits but also the broader dimensions of recovery. What distinguished Pat from previous trainers/therapists was his holistic understanding of health -- he consistently incorporated considerations such as stress, sleep quality, hydration, and nutrition. As a full-time student athlete, I've valued Pat's flexibility and adaptability in working around my academic and athletic commitments. He also prepared comprehensive home programs for periods when I was away from the clinic, whether I was on break or had a busy week, ensuring continuity and consistency in my progress. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I've gained functional strength and control, allowing me to return to my sport. Beyond Pat, the entire Limitless PT team have been extremely kind and supportive. Their collective commitment to patient-centered care created an ideal environment for my recovery. I'm profoundly grateful to Pat and the entire team at Limitless beyond helping me return to being an athlete, but also for equipping me with the tools to better understand and care for my body moving forward!

Fantastic experience: Limitless Physical Therapy has been a huge step in treating my back pain. Dr. Mitch works closely with you and customizes a plan to meet your needs. This is not like every other physical therapy and I highly recommend trying them out.

Fantastic experience: Limitless made a huge difference for me. I had a tibial plateau fracture along w torn ligaments and I didn't think I would be able to be back on my bike and ride like i did before my accident. After my first few months of rehab I was then referred to Limitless by my original physical therapist and I was so glad he turned me onto Limitless. They were able to safely push me in a healing pattern that I never would have been able to do on my own. Casey was very knowledgable and I trusted her every step of the way from her weekly assessments to her fine tuning and catering my exercises to my healing needs. I was able to start enjoying my workouts again and seeing my strength and agility come back was nothing short of amazing. Rehabilitation was focused on getting me back on my bike and all the therapy really helped fortify my knee and I am enjoying my comeback. I would not be this far if I didn't reach out to Limitless. Fantastic experience: I was suffering from what I found out was pelvic floor tension. I had been suffering occasional debilitating acute attacks for several months beginning mid June. Multiple visits to my ob/gyn and an urology office provided no relief or answers. Acupuncture mid September gave some relief, but when I attended my first appointment with Dr. Amelia Stash mid October, I had immediate relief and an answer for the cause of my discomfort. Amelia was professional and her gentle instructions allowed me to gradually gain control over my overactive pelvic floor. I never thought PT would be the answer for the abdominal pain I was experiencing. The office staff is welcoming and Dr. Stash is an expert at providing exercises that don't make you feel like you are working out, but dealing with issues at hand. She has given me skill set to continue addressing the overactive muscles of my pelvic floor and strengthen my core muscles. The atmosphere is relaxed and comforting...something not usually felt in other Physical Therapy places. I have had conversations with other clients while we are working on our exercises and there is a general feeling of we are all working to feel better and get stronger together. I am a happy graduate of Limitless Physical Therapy Specialists in Brighton!

Fantastic experience: Limitless has been phenomenal at investigating and determining what the best course of treatment for me over the last three plus years of treatment. Dr. Pat is probably the most contiencious medical professional I have ever had the privilege of working with and I have and have had some the very best! Fantastic experience: I went to see Pat Shober through a recommendation in order to work my left shoulder back to full capacity from a minor injury sustained years ago. Within a few months, I had full range of motion and nearly all my strength back. I graduated in early November and still continue to do well with it. The professionalism and overall positive environment at Limitless is the best in Rochester and surrounding area by far. Highly recommend it as the first place to go for anyone seeking to rehabilitate any kind of injury.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Dr. Arissa Kyler for 24 sessions on pelvic floor training. As a 51 year old, in relatively good shape, I had suffered for years with pelvic floor disfunction and hyper-mobility is also a contributing factor for me. Arissa was successful in rehabilitating my pelvic floor disfunction and compensating for my hyper-mobility to strengthen opposing areas of disfunction. The office staff is discreet, attentive, and personalize every interaction. I highly recommend Limitless PT for anyone looking to take their life back!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with PT at limitless during pregnancy. They kept me motivated and helped me feel supported. They are specialized for pelvic PT which I feel is extremely important in pregnancy. PT also helped speeding up the recovery in post partum phase.

Making appointments, finding parking, making payments and communicating with my PT were all an easy process, which helps tremendously when you lead a busy lifestyle. Fantastic experience: I have been a sufferer of plantar fasciitis since 2013. I’ve had a couple moments in the last 11 years of being pain free but in 2019 it came back with a vengeance in both feet. The only thing I had not tried was PT. I wish I had done it sooner. I worked with Dr Byron and even though our time came to an end this past January, I’ve been relatively pain free since February! I have been able to run again! My right heel does get a little irritated here and there after a run, but I’ll take it. Now that I’ve been mostly pain free for almost 6 months, I’m perplexed at how I lived for so many years in constant debilitating pain. He was a wonderful person to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Limitless Physical Therapy enough! After my second pregnancy I worked with Arissa for pelvic floor rehab and she was the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring therapist to help me through this journey. I am a physical therapist myself, but pelvic floor rehab was a completely unknown specialty for me. I learned so much and feel stronger than I ever have in my life. I am so thankful for Arissa for helping me get back to feeling confident to exercise, hike, run, and strength train - things I wasn’t sure I would ever be able to do in the same ways again. Ciara and the rest of the scheduling team made scheduling easy and they have a great waitlist feature too that makes changing your appointment times more simple if you have a conflict. I was able to bring my baby with me early on postpartum and everyone was so kind about having him there with me. The gym and private treatment rooms are extremely clean and the equipment is new and in perfect condition. This is an amazing team!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for pelvic floor PT for several months on the recommendation of my OB/GYN (Limitless has a rather large team of pelvic floor PTs, which is rare!). Great therapists, clean and updated facility, quick check-in, and you can schedule future appointments yourself online, which is so much faster than doing it in person and negotiating availability dates.

Fantastic experience: I have had physical therapy for 2 other injuries but it was nothing like the care provided by Arrisa Kyler at Limitless Physical therapy. I would highly recommend Limitless physical Therapy as the best Physical Therapy I have ever had. I had a radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer. My urologist suggested and recommend that I see a Physical Therapist the specializes in Pelvic floor therapy. I am seeing Alissa Kyler for pelvic floor therapy after removal of my prostate. At my pretherapy interview Dr. Arrisa Kyler, she showed me a video and which explained how the therapy would help me to control my urinary incontinence. Arrisa told me that it takes about 8 weeks to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles which will help to eliminate the urinary incontinence. Arrisa provided a very positive support and concern during my therapy sessions. She also provided a home exercise program that had videos that demonstrated the exercises along with a written explanation of the exercise We discussed how I was doing between session with the home exercises and what is working for me. I have made excellent progress in resolving my incontinence by strengthen my Pelvic floor muscles. And again I would highly recommend Limitless Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving physical therapy services since November 2023. My experience has been wonderful from the first phone call to schedule my visits until now as I near the end of services. I have worked with 2 therapists, Gwen and Byron. Both are excellent! They are personable, efficient, and very good at developing an individualized program to address my needs. I have made steady progress by working with them, doing exercises at home and listening to their suggestions. Everyone I have met or observed working with other patients has been terrific. The facility is well maintained. The equipment is clean and well organized. I actually will miss my workouts there, although I feel well equipped to continue the exercises on my own.

Fantastic experience: I’ve searched the reviews but can’t find any mentions of “men – prostatectomy – incontinence” so let me take the advocate role and be the one to come out and say that I was a man who, after cancer and a radical prostatectomy, was continuing to experience incontinence. My urologist pushed me to try pelvic floor therapy but there are relatively few providers who offer the treatment to men. Limitless is an exception and it was this that led me to the Brighton location. It’s not an easy fix -- It’s been a lot of hard work with Arissa Kyler (and you’d better do your homework!), but I’ve achieved the goals that we set at our initial meeting. I’ll continue to see her for maintenance and tweaks to my home exercise program. She’s awesome. I’ve since managed to blow out a knee, was referred to either PT or surgery, but had no hesitation in having Pat Shober work with me at Brighton. Again, excellent results! All the staff at Limitless are immensely personable, knowledgeable and, above all, caring. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr Arissa Kyler is a very knowledgeable and compassionate physicial therapist that I would absolutely recommend! Dr Pat Shober is super knowledgeable too. I especially appreciated him listening to my input when deciding on daily exercises routines to match various symptoms. And both Dr Kyler and Dr Shober were great at explaining how different muscles work together and how exercises strengthen them. Plus I am grateful for their care and help in uncovering some of the sources of my hip and leg discomfort.

Fantastic experience: JR is fantastic! Super professional, agile, and a very evidently skilled physical therapist. Last spring, I was healing from a minor lower back injury and he worked closely with me to understand all the intricacies and devised a strengthening plan to get me back to a better normal. The entire staff, from the people at the front desk to the exceedingly skilled and compassionate Doctors of Physical Therapy, were just wonderful. The treatment I received from Dr. Elyssia Primus was so helpful. I consistently felt that Dr. Primus was tuned in to where I was and creatively tailored her treatment approach to what I needed and what would be most helpful and usable at that moment. I very much respect the value that the practice places on meeting their clients where they are rather than just imposing a "boilerplate" treatment plan on them. I was also impressed with the collegiality that prevails amongst the providers and the commitment of the practice to ongoing staff development. I would highly recommend Limitless.

Fantastic experience: For anyone who’s prenatal or post-partum, with any core, pelvic floor, hips, legs, really any physical symptom… I recommend making an appointment at limitless asap. I had a life changing experience and am so grateful for their support. I had a tough but non complicated pregnancy. The biggest thing was a lot of stiffness and pressure on my hips. I was seeing a chiropractor but besides that was told to keep my feet up (the opposite of what I needed). Post-partum, I couldn’t walk or stand for more than a few minutes. I had shooting pain from my hips down to my toes. My chiropractor (shout-out Rachel at Pinnacle Hill chiropractic) suggested I go to limitless to get an internal assessment done on my pelvic floor. I took a leap of faith and made an appointment. I was nervous but so desperate for support. Arissa and the whole staff at limitless are incredible. Extremely professional and friendly. The receptionists know everyone by name, greeting and welcoming them cheerfully from day 1. Arissa was patient and kind. Every single one of my appointments was 1 on 1 with her. None of the therapists double book so you get the attention needed (unlike other physically therapists I’ve been to where they give you an exercise, walk away, and go help someone else). I learned sooooo much from my time with Arissa because she took the time to really assess my symptoms, explain what we were doing to address them, and reiterate techniques so I could really learn and do exercises on my own with confidence. I am happy to say I’m completely pain free and able to continue developing my strength plan outside of therapy from what I learned from Arissa at limitless. Don’t put up with painful or annoying symptoms (peeing when you sneeze for example)… start with an eval at limitless!

Great app with your prescribed excercises, video demos to show how they are to be done. Highly recommend the facility in Rochester. Fantastic experience: I've only been there twice so far but the therapists are friendly and knowledgeable. I think I'm going to have a positive experience! Update: I have now finished my PT there. I transitioned to the Greece branch when it opened after starting at the Brighton branch. I had the same therapist, Dr. Taylor Bowen, as my primary therapist at both locations, and she is the best! Professional, knowledgeable, caring, listened to my concerns and questions--just top shelf, 5 stars all the way. I highly recommend LPTS with no reservations to anyone who needs PT. There are not many places in our area that do pelvic floor rehab for men, and I was incredibly blessed to find LPTS and Taylor after my prostate surgery. I hope I never need PT again, but if I do, LPTS will definitely be my choice! Not only the therapists, but the entire staff, care coordinators, billing, administration, and everyone else, are wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I was first recommended to Limitless after my initial knee surgery in 2018 and the overall experience was phenomenal. This past January I had another knee surgery and came to Limitless with full confidence I would receive great care. Over my years of coming to Limitless I have seen the business grow to incredible heights, teach many students, add 2 new locations, and become an incredibly successful business. I have worked with several of the doctors, met (almost) everyone and I genuinely can’t say enough good. From the front desk staff to the doctors to the owner, you will immediately feel welcomed and supported. The owner, Dan, has made it a priority to make sure his entire team is well educated, organized, and prepared to provide the best care to every patient. I have been working with Dr. Shobar since January and the impact he has made on my life has been remarkable. His advice, support, and knowledge has helped me stay focused during a lengthy recovery process. He is incredibly patient, understanding, and pushes you to success all while keeping your comfort level and safety a top priority. After 5+ years of coming to Limitless Physical therapy I can confidently say that this is the place to go to. The level of care and support you will receive is like no other and I am so thankful for every person who has helped me get where I am today. Fantastic experience: For nearly two years, I was in near indescribable pain in my back chest and abdomen. Dr's. Kaitlyn Hanley and Becky Cavellier were able to determine the best way to aliveiate all of my pain. Since I "graduated" from their care I have been able to go back to work without pain and stiffness. I am grateful to the entire Limitless team for their assistance in getting me back to where I was before all of this nearly three years ago.

Fantastic experience: Been going there for 2 months for issues related to being hospitalized for 4 months. They have gotten me back on my feet, literally. Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with Buttock pain for almost 2 years now. I have seen many doctors for this issue and had surgery that did nothing to relieve my pain. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment at Limitless Physical Therapy in Brighton with Kaitlyn Hanley! Kaitlyn was simply put, "amazing"! She spent a great deal of time in my initial visit listening to what I had been through and discussing what she thought could be the problem. She then did some treatment on me and gave me exercises and stretches to do at home while I continue to see her. After 2 weeks my pain has diminished greatly and I think finally there is a "light at the end of the tunnel" Kaitlyn and the staff at Limitless are wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I had 3 back surgeries. I have received physical therapy in many places but none as good as this place. Dr. Byron has helped me to regain confidence on my body. I started to feel better after my second session. I enjoyed the individual attention and look forward for my next session.

Fantastic experience: Limitless is AWESOME! The customer service provided by the entire team is incredible. This past week I had a wicked headache coming into my appointment and without me even saying anything the women from behind the desk came out and asked me if I wanted to wait in a dimmed room before my appointment. I was surprised by the amount of support and care the entire team provides. Katie is amazing, she has been working with me for almost two weeks on my concussion symptoms. Her knowledge and care on head injuries is next level. She takes my specific symptoms and caters my exercises to treat the things I am struggling with most. I was frustrated and stressed before starting PT but since I have seen so much progress in myself and know I will be back to normal activity in no time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I know I am getting the best, you can feel and see it all around you from the entire team.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend limitless physical therapy for any pregnant or postpartum women! They were so helpful with my pelvic floor and even other mobility concerns that arose during my pregnancy and postpartum period. I strongly believe physical therapy was a major reason my labor and delivery went smoothly. I would recommend it for every pregnant woman in preparation for giving birth.

Fantastic experience: Limitless is amazing!! I came here for pelvic floor therapy with my first pregnancy and knew they were the people to call when I started having issues with my second pregnancy. Arissa has been phenomenal to work with. She is so caring and encouraging. She has helped me build more strength than I ever expected to have while pregnant!

Fantastic experience: After dealing with some medical issues I found my recovery had stalled. My Dr. recommended I try physical therapy. Initially I had no luck finding anyone with expertise in the area I needed until I contacted Limitless. From the onset everyone at Limitless was great; professional, knowledgeable and careing. From Emily the patient care coordinator who obtained approval from my insurance company (with surprisingly little paperwork) and always had a friendly upbeat greeting for every visit to Taylor, my therapist. Taylor worked with me evaluating my issues, creating a program specific to my concerns, gauging my progress, tweaking my sessions to address my strengths/weaknesses and setting up an at-home program to compliment my in-person sessions. Taylor's program has gotten my recovery back on track, giving me a much brighter outlook and a way forward. Thanks again!!

Fantastic experience: I did not know there was help outside of kegal exercises with progressive incontinence. Unfortunately, those alone did not help me much. I thought I would just have to live with incontinence. At first, some of the suggestions for mind training and the exercises prescribed did not seem to be helpful, but Priya kept encouraging me to keep at it. She added exercises to strengthen my core, glutes, and arms. I have seen a pretty dramatic improvement. Today I was able to go on a trash pick up walk for 45 minutes repeatedly bending to pick up trash around town after drinking 40 ounces of water and had no leakage. Then I trimmed hedges for an hour -still no leakage. Both of these activities have led to leakage and often to a need to change my clothes, despite a full undergarment. I am very thankful to Priya and Limitless for helping me get stronger and enjoy life without the embarrassment of full undergarments. Each day is better and I look forward to no pads soon. I highly recommend Priya and Limitless and encourage anyone looking for help to come and follow the instructions at home. It's not perfect yet but substantially better! Thanks Priya for pushing me beyond what I thought I could do!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Alissa Kyler for pelvic floor therapy. I have been very happy with results. Alissa has explained everything in a very clear manor. I started having better control early on. She has given me the tools and knowledge to continue to keep my pelvic floor functioning well. Between treatment she gave me in the exam room and exercises out in the gym area, I could not ask for more.

Fantastic experience: I’m excited to be a patient at Limitless PT. My chronic pelvic pain, sleep and dizziness issues had been bothering me for months, while examinations at medical offices did not reveal any problems and diagnostic findings looked normal. I was starting to feel desperate as I didn’t want just to treat symptoms with medications and face more issues in the future because of possible side effects. I wanted to get well and get my normal life back. Once I had evaluations at Limitless PT and started working with Dr. Arissa Kyler and Dr. Becky Cavellier, I finally started to get answers to my questions and quickly see improvements.
