Fantastic experience: I have had excellent progress rwcovwring from my sports injury. The staff here is OUTSTANDING!!!; very professional, polite, courteous, very knowledge, work at your pace; the whole nine. Definitelt a 5 Star location. Well deserved. Highly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: From the front desk to the therapist what a surprise!!! Everyone is super friendly and the cherry on top is even though they know that you really don't want to be there, they go the extra mile to make you feel super comfortable. I wish I could walk my dog up to say hi to everyone, but I'll have to tell them in person!! Thank you Melanie, you work me hard but it feels fantastic after a couple of days!!

Fantastic experience: have been receiving treatment at this center for a long time and I have benefited a lot. The staff were wonderful and friendly. I thank them all, especially my therapist Tom, who helped me and cured my shoulder and foot problem.

Fantastic experience: I started here last summer with Abby. The plan was to fix my knee to hope to prevent surgery. But that wasn’t in the cards for me. As fate would have it knee replacement was the only way to fix it. On 12/9/2024 got my new knee. I returned to see Abby in Jan 2025, and with her help and guidance I am back to marching in my bagpipe band and returned to work as a firefighter on 4/1/2025. I could not be happier. I am going to miss this place when I don’t have to go anymore. Everyone here is awesome and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Therapist listened carefully to my concerns, thoroughly explained how each exercise could help address issues. Gave good advice for practical ways to enhance treatment by changing a few things at home.

Fantastic experience: The therapists at MVPT know exactly what they are doing. If you have any issues with post surgeries or any other physical issues,they are the ones to see.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. My Physical Therapists Tom and Chris are not only very friendly and personable, but extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my area of concern and came up with a plan to address these concerns and explain why I am doing the exercises and what the desired results will be.

Positive experience: The PT therapist, Melanie K. was great! She really works you to regain your movement. The office staff is awful. Be sure to get a receipt and be sure it is the correct receipt for the date you are paying otherwise they will make you pay twice.

Fantastic experience: Every time I need PT I come back to this location. The therapists are kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. They answer all my questions. Many of my family members have been here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this place twice for rehab on my knees. I find the staff professional and very friendly. They listen to your concerns and are helpful with the exercise regiment. I would recommend this place highly!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this physical therapy location for over a year (multiple knee surgeries). Thru it all, the staff has been great, the location clean and there is not the sense they are overbooking appointments. I’ve been to other PT places and you tend to get shuffled to junior or training employees . Not here. Your therapist works with you. Period. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After my first total knee replacement everyone here at the Mt. Read location was fantastic showing care and patience and giving me some great tips to further my progress at home.

Fantastic experience: Tommy was my therapist for 2 knee replacements and immediately after hip replacement. Chris finished my hip recovery. Both are excellent therapists, continually changing workouts keeping PT time challenging and worthwhile. Both are the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to go for PT, you don't wait, you don't work by yourself. Your PT stays with you to help and make sure you're doing things correctly. They are a great compassionate group of people.

Fantastic experience: Brennan is great at his job. He cares about your well being. Christopher is also great at his job. He caught that I wasn’t doing an exercise wrong and explained what I’m doing wrong and took the time to explain why I’m in pain. You are definitely in good hands with these pros. I’ll definitely be back after my fusion and laminectomy.

Positive experience: It's difficult to say how your physical therapists are at work. The first time I called I waited forty five minutes and no one came back to the phone but did hang up on me. The second time I called,the same woman co tinuosly said hello but never responded. The calls were not made the same day. Since there is no way to get an appointment I will move on to another facility.

Fantastic experience: I've been to the this facility many times to resolve shoulder and knee joint issues, and each time I've had great success. Everyone is kind and caring; their goal is to get you well so you can enjoy life again. I highly recommend them for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: As my Physical Therapy for extensor tendon reattachment surgery is winding down at GVPT Greece, I want to take this opportunity to share my appreciation for Tommy Driscoll, DPT, as well as the entire staff. Tommy has been incredible to work with throughout my recovery and rehabilitation. His conservative approach and professional interaction fit my rehabilitation needs perfectly. My progress has been consistent week after week. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work with Tommy and highly recommend him to anyone in need of PT.

Fantastic experience: My PT Melanie is excellent. Knowledgeable and caring. Very positive and encouraging. The entire staff at the Greece facility is excellent.

Negative experience: Both of these stars are for the therapists. They are competent, friendly, and get the job done. However, front end receptionist does not appear to enjoy her job. By that I mean, never a hello, thank you, goodbye, or a smile. unfortunately, her attitude is bound to affect the establishment and it’s future success. Life is too short, get a job that makes you happy.

Fantastic experience: The first thing that caught my eye was when I looked up GVPT before going there they had a 5 star rating. After my first visit I agree. My therapist is Jackie. I find her to be very knowledgeable, and caring. As I observed the other clients around me. I seen that they were greeted friendly at the door and were enjoying their therapy. The place is just the right size and offers the right equipment you need to get the job done. And just like school. I was sent home with homework to continue my therapy until my next visit. Fantastic experience: Ryan and his team fully explained the physiology behind the treatments for my back. Seeing clearly with a model of my spine and photos helped me be more motivated and relaxed doing the prescribed exercises. Explanations in both medical terminology and layman's terms helped a lot. GVPT offers clean facilities, a talented team of P.T.s, and they are both personable and encouraging. The one-on-one attention is great. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I have used many PT through the years. After surgery in 2005 I went to Ryan and he was great. Everyone commented how quickly I recovered. Having the doctor request I go again I looked made a point to return to Ryan at GVPH. He is an excellent and through therapist.

I have gone to another PT company in the past and there is no comparison. These guys are able to work more one on one, so are able to keep better track of your progress. Thank you guys.
